I actually love going to get my glasses from Grand Optics. The team are so so helpful and always try to make sure we get exactly what it is we want whether its the exact tint on the lenses for our shades or sourcing a specific frame. Its absolutely 5 star service everytime.

Ive been to Grand Optics MOE twice in the past 6 months. Once for an eye test to renew my driving licence and secondly for a new pair of glasses. Each and every interaction was met with courteous and professional staff who even (for a small fee) processed the licence renewal meaning I had a completely stress free experience. Highly recommended

Got my eye test for drivers license renewal done in 5 minutes. They are certified for all emirates, so I was able to renew my Abu Dhabi license online.

Excellent service from consultation, eye check-up, to helping me choose what lens and frame from their selection, and educating me on the best option for me within the budget. Kudos to Ms. Lilibeth of the MOE branch who assisted ne althroughout the session :)

Not recommended !!*The have very unpleasant staff, “Yahya” the sales person must go through intensive programs of customer service to reach the minimum skills required to deal with clients.*The reading glasses that i purchased was faulty and unsuitable for eyes.*The shop does not have a website nor a customer service number to escalate your concerns* They refused to refund my money and offered to fix or adjust the frame , which was not acceptable for me as i deserve to get the quality that i paid for .* I have filed 2 complaints so far , one to the consumer protection authority and another for the management of mall of the emirates .

The staff are accommodating, and they even fixed my sunglasses (wc I didnt even bought from them) with NO CHARGE. Kudos to the repair guy for his kind service.

When we buy the Glasses(2 no), we were promised one year warranty for the frames and scratch free lens. within 3 months, both the frames got broken and lens got scratch in it, very poor quality for expensive lens. They never pick up the contact number which is provided.

Grand Optics has a great sales team. They are always respectful and thoughtful. Most of all I like the stores variety of products and brands. They always offer interesting eyewear, and always update their collections. This store is my favourite eyewear/spectacles shop in Mall of the Emirates I really recommend it.
