Staff was very helpful, polite & accommodating. One of the best customer service experience I had in a long time. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and someone is always asking if they can help you. They give great advice as to whether a pair of frames looks good on you or not. Optometrist was very professional. She is very knowledgeable and again, really a great help picking out the right frame for you. You have a great staff! I have recommended people all the time to you.

Host of issues faced, along with an uncomfortable amount of money wasted here on 3 of my frames.The eye test was skewed, provided me incorrect prescription and i faced constant discomfort and headaches post getting their recommended prescription.Even going to another optical chain to get tested did not help as the staff was only bothered with getting my sign-off on the new suggested prescription from the 2nd optician.Every time my eyes were tested in this outlet, there were inconsistencies in the results and it had me confused as to what my new prescription should be.Even the expensive frame they sold me is not symmetrical.Since I got a 2nd opinion and insisted on getting that prescription done, I am sure they will wash their hands off citing said reason.The staff were not rude or unpleasant to deal with at any point, but the communication certainly felt like they wanted no liability whatsoever and kept assuring me that my eyes would adjust to the new lens-- I am not willing to take a risk with my eyes and go through headaches and eye strain for nearly a week (this is not normal under any circumstances, which they should understand as professionals)100% will not be visiting them ever again, or recommend them and would certainly would not bother trying to get any sort of refund-- I wholeheartedly do not want to deal with them again.

Manner less lady staff.. Today 30/6/2021 time 4.30pm visited this store.. Mannerless staff.. Bussy talking to other staff.. When asked for something.. Was very very rude..

The staff are nice and accommodating, however I bought lenses for my glasses, and I tried them for 3 weeks now and I still feel uncomfortable and its not the degree as I use contact lenses and my old glasses and they are fine. There is something uncomfortable about the type of lense and I am not sure what it is.

A very pleasant experience. I visited the Rivoli store in Oasis Center to change the lens for my glasses. They had a special offering for Medical Professionals.I interacted with the salesperson Parth who expertly guided me in choosing what works best for me. The sales team was very professional and warm. Bought glasses from there for an expensive price but the parts were not assembled correctly. Here is my 2nd visit for them in 2 weeks. This is the last place you need to buy from.Really the worst ever. My regret is that i did not read the reviews before going there. This is a nightmare.

If I could give negative stars, I would.Bad service is only the start of it.Horrific and incorrect advice resulting in a substandard product. And then zero after sales support.BUYER BEWARE.PS This is my first ever bad review. That’s how bad this company has been.

The worst service by far. Bought 2 pairs of sunglasses from them (Oasis Centre). Cartier and Mont Blanc. Mont Blanc was damaged and was under warranty, took 6 weeks and a lot of follow up to fix. Initially they tried to pull a quick one and charge for the repair. After the repair, soon got damaged again, because the product had a defect. Now for the last two months they are still thinking what to do with the product. Mind you, their repair team is useless and so their store manager and Im still waiting for the replacement. Wrote several emails but got no reply till date. This is Rivoli for you. -5 stars

Bought Oakley pitchman recently but disappointed. By wearing this kind of frames, the nose will leave red marks. Staff are friendly and supportive though....they gave me silicon nose pad as a solution still same result....
