This was my first time visiting the store and was very happy with the overall experience. The staff especially Ms. Affna was very accommodating and helped me choose the best lens option for me and my daughter. They have very good selections to choose from and I recommend it to everyone.

I was deeply disappointed with the service in the Burjman store. When I arrived to collect my glasses I was assisted very poorly, ignored and did not receive a proper fitting for the glasses. I am very unsatisfied with my lenses and would not shop here again.

I visited the store last month .. just to check out sun glass however was not interested in buying one as i prefer online or a generic one. While in the Store .. I was assisted by Amrin Sagar i still remember her name.. She assist me for close to 40 to 45 min.. i might have tried more than 25 pairs .. and still i wasnt convinced however Amrin patiently explained me the different between counterfeit and original Sunglass sold in the store and the after sales service.. I was very much convinced and bought a Rayban sunglass chromatic for 600 AED and she also gave a me gift coupons for future purchase. I will really like to Recommend Amrin Sagar ... she is an asset. thank u .. will visit again.

They are not interested in educating or advising what is correct or wrong for you. They are only interested in selling to you so they can squeeze the money out of your insurance. They charge hefty amounts (2300 AED) for progressive, which are made wrong. Whereas you can get same for 200 AED at Al Fahidi. AVOID!

When I first heard about Rivoli eyezone giving complimentary lenses to Frontliners, I was hesitant and thought that maybe its not true. However, I tried asking thru e-mail and was glad by the immediate response of their Retail Operations Manager, Mr. Stephen William. He asked for my details and endorsed me to his wonderful staff namely: Rahul and Dr. Sehandra from Burjuman branch. When I came to the store, my eyes were checked and assessed accordingly. Though it took more than a week for me to get my new blue light blocking lenses, it was worth the wait! I really appreciate their outstanding service. They were really helpful and polite. I know that you did your best to meet the deadline. May you continue to be exceptional. Hopeless customer service !! Was waiting for 15min just to get an answer if it can be repaired or not. Specs bought 3 months ago and now it’s take ages to prepare a job order and confirm if the lens are available.

Went for repair of glasses bought from Tivoli at other location but this staff Amit, refused as he said they dont Keep this brand and they dont have technician and said that the location I bought from there is no shop. And Rivoli claims to be one of the best brand.

Its the worst company to work with, they hire me and 11 others and after 3 months they says we only hire us for DSF(Dubai shopping festivities) we lost our jobs and our carriers because of Rivoli, and I will also like to mention the manager name Amit Singh (indian) he took my signature in a form by saying its a check list and every new employees need to sign after completing a month, and after that he over write the form, I get to know this the day when my HR show that paper to me and it was written all false blames on me, the worst company I work with, and I waste my 3 months. Might be if we were continue with our last job we didnt get faced this problem, they didnt even give us enough time to find another job. I strongly says not to join this Double Face company. #dontshopfrommrivoli.
