Made-up delivery times unless you pay cash on delivery. Even so, far from 90 minutes. You’ll wait for your order for days. The customer service will not respond. They’ll deduct money from your bank account straight away and tell you that “there was a problem with your card security”. Also, the quality is out of question. It’s a reseller, not a producer, so really don’t understand why this company is praised for “good quality”.

However Im knocking off a star for deceptive advertising - I keep receiving unsolicited SMS ads on discounts of up to 35% whereas my most recent order was only discounted 6%, classic bait and switch.Another star is knocked off because despite the products I order being advertised as same day delivery I have not once received them the same day.Incentives like discounts and fast delivery are among the reasons I and other customers choose them over competitors. When you fail to deliver on either incentive, what differentiates you from the competition? Now that Ive paid, it seems nobody cares to answer.The products are great, but this sort of dishonesty really leaves a bad impression.

My corrective lenses got delivered after 5 days and that too because I called them up. Totally unprofessional.90 mins and next day delivery is all fake advertisement.

I have been using Bella lences which I order from Soukcare for quiet a while now. The reasons why I continue purchasing them is because they are super soft and extremely comfortable. The quality of the lences is also extraordinary. They do not dry out or cause any itching even after sitting on the eye for continuously 12 hours. As a long time customer I’m sad to say that I’m having a really bad experience with my last order.I have been using contact lenses for years and when I tried the Biofinity Monthly lenses on I realised there was something wrong with them. So I emailed them the day after to get a replacement.Two weeks in and I still haven’t got any. Not only that, I have to chase the costumer service team to get a solution.They want me to spend more money and get new lenses while not providing any replacement.I think it is completely unacceptable since is something that I need to function on a daily basis.

Overall my experience was bad. Very long delivery if you pay by card. They ask your documents, your passport, then you wait 5 days. I think in 21st century there are ways to process online payments faster. With such slow delivery your discounted prices are not worth it.

I have no idea what happened there. I placed order and waited like 4 days. Then our of a sudden Was in texts me saying my bank blocked the payment and my order for canceled. What?? I called my bank and they say my account is ok and they didnt block anything, authorized this payment as usual and everything is fine. This guy Wasim asked me to pay cash and ignores my emails on refund. Seriously, I have no idea if they try to avoid paying 5% VAT or something but this is really weird. First time I see something like this in my 13 years of life in UAE. Be aware and better purchase elsewhere.

They told me my order was going to be ship out that day. Later that day I received a confirmation that my order was shipped with a tracking number. Three days later the package arrived but FedEx held my package for two extra days. FedEx lied and say they had my address wrong. But I did get my package.Very good company.
