Doctors are very nice and professional and taking care of patients. What i dont like is in reception, i am the first in line but they prioritize me last. They accommodating their own nationality first before us different nationality. Its not fair. I waited for too long while others that came late goes home early, i am sick too but this reception not treating me well. please train ur reception well. They are unfair

They dont have enough staff nurses. Only one nurse looking after patients and making documents. Unnecessarily waiting in queue . Doctors are free but no nurses or staff to finish after registration process.

Worst experience. Rude behavior from the staffs. Lazy guys simply rejecting the treatment request without consulting the insurance team. They want money upfront even if you are a good insurance holder. DHA must take action against these guys

I will, say one of the best option available in international city. They are cost effective and offer a decent service. I met Doctor Prathiba for my kid. She is highly professional and caring. Evening times are mostly packed with people, and the reception staff are annoyingly slow. So plan your visit during day unless its an emergency. Call and confirm your visiting doctor availability before going.They also pick up service. It means they send a vehicle to pick you from home and drp back once done.

Dr AJeetha has cleaned my tooth today, she is second to none in kindness, honest, understanding & knowledge, i have liked the way she has handled me from the time i called the Clinic for inquiry, i wish she was a universal Doctor so that incase of any illness i can only approach her. nothing can define her professionalism ,May Allah accept all her prayers.

I Visit Apple only for Dr. Mun Mun Dutta Ghosh, She is really a good Dentist, have attended many places in past 25 years in Dubai, first time I came couple of years back with my Wisdom tooth to be removed, It was hell for me prior meeting her as my past experience with Karama dentist were not good where i live. When i visited, told her i have childhood fobia of the machine voice, the tooth was removed without any pain & next day i travelled to Florida & didnt get little pain also. She is awesome & always takes away the stress by her work. I decided than that whenever i will visit a dentist in UAE will visit her. So i came recently & did another job of filling, Scaling & Extraction. God bless her she is awesome & Very supportive.

Visited the clinic with my 7 months infant for vaccinations. Was told that they do not have the vaccines available, and that they will call me once they have it in stock within one week. It’s been 4 weeks and no call. I had to go to another clinic in international city and get the vaccines for my child

This is a place as similar to any clinic in remote area. The staff seems so bored of their job, you will find people eating in receptions, the computer systems are worn out, medical staff seems so overburden that they dont want any new work. Queue system is always down and patient fighting for their number. you will experience clumsiness in whatever you will look at.The fees is cheap so the place, so before you decide.

Very good clinic...I usually take my son there.., the pediatricians are really good... and I also consulted Dr. Munmun for my dental problem...she was very good.... I like the service very much...Keep it up guys...doing good job...

I had been to apple clinic international city France cluster today on 4/3/20 consulted Dr Mikshaf and her behaviour was so rude she doesnt have courtesy to listen and she doesnt know how to treat patients not at all professional wasted my time by waiting outside her door for no reason. Not recommended for anyone who wants to get treated and get well

Now they asking for appointment for Pediatrician. At least there should be time for walk-in. Clinic told at 07 pm that no walk-in also possible.Also clinic and pharmacy procedures are slow as compared to other clinics like Aster etc.
