THE ABSOLUTE WORST! Save your time and money, dont ever go there. Save yourself the stress of talking to these incompetent people working there as well. I would rate them a 0 if I could.They are liars and the boss, Imran, is extremely rude! They broke my microchip simcard and literally said this is not our fault. Refused to take any responsibility for it and said it was my fault for not telling them there was a separate microchip on my simcard. He handled my phone so poorly and was extremely arrogant and rude the whole time.Asked another employee, Ali, if I could get a screen protector for free since they broke my microchip and he said yes. BUT I can only collect it tomorrow. In the end, I had to call to confirm the next day and he still said that he will charge me for the free screen protector.The quality of their work is extremely sloppy, and honestly just the quality of the whole establishment is horrible.

Bunch of thief sold me a low quality iPhone screen with the price of high quality , when i dint like the quality after installing it they refused to take it back or to give me my money , gave me one option to pay extra 150 dirhams for another one. i left with it next day the screen started to glitch and not to not work at all had to go all the way back and then they finally agreed to take it back but left me waiting for one hour. very rude people they just dont care
