Fraudulent scam thieves .. they sold me tablet, and it takes more than 5 hours to charge, there is problem in the battery, and they refuse to do anything. I also bought Samsung care which was another scam!!SCAM company people there do very bad service and they give false information and refuse to help after sale!! Fraud company !! NEVER buy any of their products !!You want a proof for my words?? they only reply if you give them 5 stars rate and they ignore all negative and complains !! they do not care about their fraud products once they are sold!!

My device A70 was not charging as charging port was defective,Ive sent the phone to the service center 27 April and job was (completed) 30th. After 17 days same exact fault reoccurred naturally Ive contacted Samsung to fix it for free,they redirected me to another branch at banyas as festival branch not performing repairs cause of covid-19,I placed my device as adviced and explained my issue to the agent at place, I followed up daily for 3 days, made at least 5 calls,finally complain department called and accused me of dropping the device and damaging the mother board thats why the device is not charging...what an excuse...the funny part is that I received an SMS saying that please collect your device repair completed 😅what a joke.Ive send my device to Be fixed at Samsung Store as its a trusted source and Im suppose to have a piece of mind at thats what has happened to me .

Purchased a phone from this store in 2019. After a month the phone was auto-shutting down and deleting data. When the store was made aware of this they informed us that the phone only had a 7 day guarantee and refused to provide us with a new phone. The only assistance which was provided was the store doing a factory reset.This has not helped at all, the phone still crashes regularly and is costing us time and money to repair.I will never purchase a Samsung phone again and highly regret not taking this matter further with Dubai Consumer Protection when I was in the country last year.

Really Im struggling with Samsung as i bought Galaxy S20 Ultra and after only 3 weeks it stopped responding to the charger without any reasons and after checking with the customer service they told it is clear manufacturing defect but they cant replace it, they can only repair .What a shame!!You have to be fair Im not asking for anything but return my right back.

One of the worst service I ever had. The technician does not have any responsibility about what he is doing. I gave the phone cause of charging issue. He said need to change the charging port. After changed port the screens was full of scratches and he was saying it was from before and this kind of scratches will have in every phone. Then I showed my phone and he became speachless and was telling some excuses. The one more problem was after changed port is network not working,then he changed back our original port. He said he will take the service charge and the refund will get next day,he said he will call once your refund ready. Not yet called and refund is still with him. I have never seen this kind of stupidity before. My refund is still with him. If anybody want their phone as its original state dont go this shop.

CAUTION!!!! BEFORE BUYING FORM THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!IF you buy any products / have any service from this store, very well good chance in future you wont be able to CLAIM warranty! AS this store doesnt follow business ETHICS!Reason is Store manager is non-cooperative. And comes off as robotic and not remorseful for the hassle his individual managerial skills have caused.HOW IT ALL HAPPENED? Read more..Whats a function of store? Simple, a customer comes and Store caters the services they are trained to offer, right? This makes any store unique, this how I can differentiate between a Carrefore and a SAMSUNG store. And then there are certain elementary services that the all the stores offers, this is how I know their a legitimate businesses. Like a legitimate store is Trade License, a non legitimate doesnt have one.This store has lost its Elementary store practices, under the manager. Which any legitimate place of business does. How? When we buy anything, whats the proof that you have bought it? And hasnt landed magically in your hands?A piece of paper called as a Tax Invoice, provides that proof. If you make a cash payment, a stamp and store managers/cashiers sign is given. And if payment is done with Credit Card / Debit Card, the payment slip is given. Which confirms the payment for the Tax Invoice is settled. Elementary Business Practice.The Samsung Store manager FAILED to provide that.So this happened, I PAID BY CASH for a product. And the Invoice doesnt have cash paid stamp. Then when I claimed warranty, IT GOT REJECTED, why? Because they couldnt find that I had legitimately acquired it.Dubai Consumer has a specific guidelines that all CASH invoices must have a PAID stamp. WHY? Exactly to avoid this such situations.Samsung is a huge company it doesnt care if a single customer facing such an issue. But when a store, place of business is run by a such managerial skills, this potentially affects ALL THE CUSTOMERS.And I am sure, there are many customers like me, who have lost their claim to warranty because of their UNETHICAL practices. This also points to many unquestionable claims, that is my sales record on their system? Or they deleted the record once I left the store, and pocketed the cash, and claimed the product got stolen? This can be a possibility. And all these are raised, you know why? Because the manager fails to provide the basic businesses practices that all lawfully company abide to.MY recommendation, dont buy anything from the STORE in CASH!

Bad after sales support and uninterested staff. I visited on 7th September to get my phone checked which is still under warranty as I bought it in October 2018. The staff checked and said that system is showing that warranty expired in 2015! Anyhow, he assured that he will check it with the main office and get back to me. He refused to keep the phone as well saying that if he will take it now, he will fix it on chargeable basis only. So I agreed to wait for his call and left. I did not receive any update so I contacted the same guy few days later, he asked what is the problem in the phone!! So this guy who throughly checked the phone when I visited did not even leave a follow up on the case and forgot about it. Nevertheless, I reminded him of the case and mentioned that I am not fully convinced with their support. To this, I never got a response. I am still here waiting and it is 17th of Sep today. I might have to take it to a different Samsung service center now or get it fixed myself. So nothing convincing about the after sales support that they usually promise.
