Oh my GOD...Literally I must say that these people are extreme professional !!!I mean what I say....Such an excellent customer service that weve received recently. We opted for an iPhone and I must say that the best knowledgeable sharing were done by each individual ! its not the model briefing or specs they gave have impressed me a lot, rather what comes to as a highlight is what really a customer needs, what are his/her areas of interests and in accordance they give us the best and better option and navigates us to that particular product(s), which for sure end of the day makes the customer happier and meets the requirement.Excellent customer service experience in the way how they deal, they talk, their body language and eye contacts. Very good customer service with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I bought an HP pavilion x360 from them and the charging port was defected. They replaced it almost instantly. Great service great people. The manager was the best retail staff I’ve come across Best place to buy international version of all electronics. Will never go to any other electronics store again. We recently bought Samsung s21 ultra from this place. They had an offer ongoing which was really lucrative to say the least. whats more? they even threw in a wireless Bluetooth headphone as complimentary with the phone. The staff were really courteous enough to allow us all the time to decide on which phone to choose. Today I visited E-city dubai mall branch for buying an iPhone 12 Pro max. I would say ecity provided me with good discounts and they have offered me good gifts. I visited many stores but the rate is lower here compared to any other electronic stores and customer service was awesome. I always suggest E-city..

I was sooo amazed by the Sales Associate AMIN, he’s been soo attentive,polite,kind and so sincere. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted so warmly with a sincere smile I really felt so special during all the assistance. He’s just an expert in his store. He knows everything about each and every product.He made the atmosphere so awesome,I never felt any pressure or kind of making me purchase anything, i had the space which is more important while you’re looking for a product. Honestly, he’s been there for me like a best friend. I would definitely recommend him and this Store E-City,the Dubai Mall.Even the rest of all employees were super friendly and sooo kind to me and mainly super helpful with answering all my questions.I’ve never experienced being assisted by such a lovely friendly team, even the manager was super nice! Previously I have given a perfect review about this store,but I must confess I am disappointed in the service rendered between ecity and dji as regards sending my delivery,I was called to pick it up,just to find out it was not delivered and nothing was said about it until I got to the store to pick it up,I have chat proof on this,like for real, should the guest be in charger of contacting your logistic or warehouse to get my stuffs sent.This is one bad service which no one should experience.Time wasted

I bought an apple iphone from them and the sim was not supporting. The staff there offered me a replacement through mail and when I took the phone back, they told me that they cannot replace. I lost my 3000 DHS. Very bad customer service, shop, and the people there are so arrogant. One of them called twice crazy in front of other people only because I dont agree on quality mobile phones between Samsung and Huwai. He want me to agree that Samsung is better than any other...how on earth he dares to call a customer twice crazy!! Where are the values and principles of this company!!!

One of the best experiences I have ever had in an electronics store. They have all the varieties, a great customer service & on the top of it iPhone 8/8 Plus is available for pre-booking :) what exactly I was looking for. Dont go for bad reviews as they seems to be fake.

These people promote me Cash Refund if the adapter doesn’t work. When I go there for the refund they said they don’t have money and asked me to come back. What kind of a customer service is that?Edit: Later that day I went again and the store manager gave me a refund.
