Great products with good service. They honor international policies of a customer being able to return item with 14 days. (At least for the headsets). There is a guy Ritesh and Assim who are really good.
Mr. Richard the manager is just a fantastic guy. Super professional and friendly. I had a small issue and he fixed it to me swiftly and followed up to make sure everything is alright. Great guy and great service overall. I don’t need to mention that B&O has the best sound equipment in the world by far

Staff dont look interested to helping customers. For more than 10 minutes no one bothered to check on us. Will instead be buying from another brand who probably has better after-sales service as well

If there was a chance to give zero stars, that what I would have done. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. Contacting the Head Office in via email was not a picnic either. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE experience. Save your money and go to Bose instead, at least there, they know how to treat their customers!
