This is by far the fastest phone I have ever put in my hands. I keep about 10 apps open at a time, along with a virtual machine, and my browser has no fewer than 25 tabs open. I am a multitasker and I cannot push this phone to the point of bogging down.The camera is hands down the best Ive seen. The detail, the colours, the depth of the pictures will have people asking what camera you used. The curved screen is beautiful and it turns heads when you open it to do something on your phone. The sound is very good and can get loud for times when you need it to be loud. The weight is good, and you can feel the build quality just by holding it. The glass front and back with the aluminium frame makes this a beautiful phone, and very solid.The screen can get bright enough to easily be seen in broad daylight. And even though this phone reports to have 90fps, Ive not been able to see a difference between other phones reporting 120fps. I do not see screen lag or stutter on HD videos and games. The call quality is on par with any other phones I have owned before.I tested Huawei Mate 40 Pro against Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra and Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max and I surprised to see Huawei Mate 40 Pro is on par against them due to the high performance of the Kirin 9000 chipset along with RAM and Battery optimization.Bottom line If you are looking for the latest tech, the fastest device and the best cameras, but you are worried about the whole Google thing...dont worry. Get the phone. You wont be disappointed. You will still be able to use your Google apps. If you dont need Google, or you want to cut those Google chains...get this phone. Thank me later.

I went to buy a Huawei watch in MOE, at I first went to jumbo to check for the same watch it had a 30 dhs discount. Then thought to check in the Huawei main store when I went there the price was more than jumbo but I still got the watch from the Huawei store MOE cause, one of there staff. The staff was verry informative and an amazing host to me in store she took her time and explained it to me properly which made me to get the watch. Staff are not willing to help, even though I’m an IPhone user I bought smart watch GT2PRO few weeks back as I liked the watch and asked if I can get the protection to my screen, they told me you have to come on Friday as special staff come only to do the screen protection every Friday, this is the 3rd time I’m coming especially to fix the protection on my watch screen but they always told me that the staff didn’t came today, Really!!!!!!! Whenever you ask about accessories for your watch they will always ask you to go and buy them from online!!! I thought I’m in HUAWEI store!! Please go and learn from Apple store how to handle guest with careThe staff doesn’t show any kind of customer care as they just want you to get out of the storeVery bad

I had the worst experience. I entered the shop asking for the P40 PRO. Despite I refused several times, they pushed again and again and recommended me to take the NOVA7 which DOES NOT WORK WITH ANDROID but the staff made it up and convinced me that I was not gonna have any problems. Still up to today I am not able to use MANY applications. The NOVA7 is nothing special, just an average phone. I feel cheated and very unhappy. The staff cannot mislead clients just to take the benefit of sales of an specific product!!!!! I would have returned the phone right away if I had the chance to do so. I am SO UNHAPPY.

Moreover, he helped me transfer all my data and meticulously taught me throughout the hour all the features of my new Huawei P40 Pro+...and it was so seamless...That my new phone is working perfectly... Dont buy anything from that store they will never return or exchange. I bought an expensive laptop and I found its not sufficient as mentioned by their sales men, They refused to return or replace even its still in the box. I had to sell it with big lost.

I was in emirates mall just the other day when I hit Huawei store looking for P40 pro, honestly I was planning to get it from jumbo because of the extended warranty they offer. I met Suraj in Huawei store this guy is a magnet he allow me to get my hands on the phone and answerd all my questions patiently without getting annoyed, infact he is the one who penned down my app interest and made it clear Im good to buy this new Huawei phone. I dint think of going to jumbo after meeting suraj, great guy to have conversation with.... if at all you go to emirates mall Huawei store look for Suraj cheers buddy and thank you

The most inflexible customer experience I had, the phone comes with a fee cover with color I dont want, Diaa the sales rep kept changing his story one time its a bundle and I have to get the color I dont like then said if they had black color he would switch, when I offered to postpone the whole thing till the get color in stock he reverted to bundle story. Usually the sales team are very nice, this guy is the worst I have ever seen there. Never again this store

Worst experience in UAE.After my purchase I found out that there’s 1 year product warranty and they gave me only six months (I honestly don’t know why) cause if it is an authentic product 1 year should apply, right? Per se you buy apple product from any authorized seller, you get the same warranty anywhere in the world! But ok ... After I found out I went back after half an hour or so to get a refund cause I’ve been cheated on the warranty right, the cashier guy or whoever he was didn’t want to give me refund because the sticker was half open 🙄 (really) ... on top of all he was really impolite and rude. I got so upset of the service there I just grabbed the bag and left the store cause if I stayed more it would’ve been drama. The worse customer experience I ever encounter in my 13 years residency in the UAE.That’s the last time I set my foot in that store!Thank you
