Very good customer service experience at the store recently. I have a P40 Pro and GT2 Watch. Staff always happy to answer technical queries and even replaced my screen protectors for free. Awesome service Emad.

Good for electronic buyers they can get everything for mobile phones, laptops, headphones, with a cheap and expensive prices,

I bought some huawei freebuds 3i from the store had them a couple of days and found the mic was faulty, I called and they told me to bring them back for a refund or replacement. Brought them back (within 7 days) they tested them and found them to be faulty but refused to replace them or return my money instead Sent them back for evaluation. Still dont have them back. Terrible customer service for someone with a Huawei watch, phone and other Huawei stuff. I guess my next phone wont be a Huawei.

Im an apple user and I know nothing about android nor Huawei products. I wanted to buy one for my mom and I decided to go the Huawei shop in MOE. I was assisted by Mohamed and he was so patient in explaining the products and pointed out the advantage of using Huawei. I walked out the store happy and satisfied with the excellent customer service I received from him. Im now a Huawei advocate. Two thumbs up to this guy!

Do not buy from this store or Huawei! I was given the wrong phone cover and came within 7 days to return and refund. They refused to return the item and refund. I called their supervisor and she refused also even though the item was not even taken out of the packaging and I was given the wrong item by their staff. It even says on their website on Eros that returns are possible within 7 days and mine was within 4 days, yet they still refused. If you have a problem with your phone they will not help you or refund! Save your money and do not buy from them! Terrible customer service!

Horrible. Huawei has a known issue with their freebuds and they dont replace the products without sending them to the service center for up to 15 days because its 8 and not 7 days since the products were bought. This despite the fact that Huawei forums are full of complaints about this problem.Now I have to go back again for a third time to get my sons Freebuds which he spent his own money to get.Huawei just lost an entire family as a customers and ambassadors. This experience marks the end of me as a Huawei ambassador.
