The most pathetic service I have ever seen in Emax repair centre at IBN Battuta Mall.Went there to repair my Samsung mobile but It was my biggest mistake to trust their mobile repair technicianhe doesn’t know how to handle customer and how to talk with the customer, Please Don’t trust him and his workIf you have lots of free time to waste then please go and enjoy the Emax repair service centrePlease see the below image of how I waste my time and fuel at Emax IBN Battuta centreThanks to their store manager to understand the issue and support to refund the money

Got lost in ibn batuta and the maze that is is. Emax was a good refuge but after waiting 20 minutes in line because a bloke needed to have 457 pieces of paper to go with his cordless hoover.

Be sure , do not contact the Samsung staff directly..... always talk to the Emax staff ... they will let you know about the promotion correctly... this was my experience and i shared with you...... Rest all were fine

Your customer service is waaaaaaay beyond terrible.Staff standing around, singing talking to each other and non of them paying attention.I tried calling many times but no one listened.I called one of them but he replied that he don’t t work in this section.I asked for a manager then the staff gone and never came back and never seen a manager even.And the funny thing is that the store is almost empty!!!

Worst customer service ever. I purchased a Panasonic washing machine from them and it is not working now. I have been trying to contact the service centre for the past 1 week. All they can do is provide us with a number that literally no one picks up. days back I asked them to connect the call and they themselves admitted no one is picking up and they will request a callback. Nothing has happened yet.

I think this place give the maximum discount . Try to get the vvip emax card . You will get almost 20% in most of the items except apple products

1stly I like their customer service they are needy & hungry to do business so they support the customers well unlike Carrefour & other electronics like JackysAlso I called them to have something sorted and I must say there customer support is excellent also. Dont use the screen protector it is very bad,Once we talk to supervisor after a conversation, they said to us go and complain with Dubai consumer.

Very bad service...i went there twice and no one assisted, forget about greeting. Second, time i went i waited there again people looked at me but no one assited. I called someone but as soon as another client came he left me. When i shared my concern they said, i thought you have been assisted. My last 2 purchese are from noon and amazon, they are excilent.

One of the worst electronics shop. They do not honor the warranty for which I paid additional amount. They are just good in bluffing customers to buy extended, assure++ and other warranty for their electronics but when it comes to provide a service against the warranty being purchased then they have 100s of excuses about not honoring the warranty.

I bought a 49 LG Smart TV on October 12th with 3 years warranty, and just today the screen blacked out but sound still on and remote control still working too but cant see a thing. Your store is closed now so is there any way to contact customer service other than phone number because no one is answering?

What an useless and unprofessional staff

I purchased a phone from emax and i paid extra for insurance which turned out to be a scam while in the store they happily soled the service as being one of the best. Do not trust this store, they lie to the clients in order to sell and make them pay more for services that are not real.

The most pathetic service I have ever seen. Given my phone for a small repair as I paid an amount for extended warranty and they would not give my phone back for over 3 weeks and would not respond to any phone calls. Upon responding once, they said that since it was on extended warranty, it would take longer. I do not understand the logic behind this as I paid for the warranty and would expect a quicker response on the repair. Horrible experience EMAX. Let me down to level 0, in fact, negative expectations from you guys.

Poor salesmanship - I was sold a defective panzy glass the new samsung s9 I bought from them , after a week it comes apart so I go to enquire and one of their salesmen informed me that the product is faulty and all s8 and s9 buyers face the same issue which led me to question why did they knowingly sell me a faulty product . I have spent over 10000 dhs on emax in the last year ( laptop , 2 phones and accessories ) and Im their so call VIP member . I surely didnt deserve to be cheated . I wont buy again from Emax.

On the 9th September I bought a tablet Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 Plus at Emax inside the Dubai Mall. The same evening, as I was unboxing it I found the screen was broken in a corner. Therefore I packed it and brought it back to the Emax. Well...after 2 weeks I received a new one! Thank you very much!
