Shame Emax, tried to get the iPhone 12 Pro. The phone was available but they force you to buy a 2 year insurance plan for more than 400 AED and they will not sell the phone otherwise! Even when we explained that we live abroad and the insurance would not be VALID and there no package price advertised like that still they insisted that is we wanted the phone we had to buy their insurance plan. Apple and Commerce department should be looking closely in these dubious practices. Stay away and if you dont check closely what they charge you!

What a wonderful experience I had today. Meeting Luqman at Emax MOE who was very helpful. I wanted to buy a TV and I had already seen one at a good price somewhere else but wanted to learn more about the tv and I was clear Im just here to ask not to buy and luqman was very happy to assist and share the knowledge he knows about the TV.. knowing Im not buying but only asking yet going the extra mile helping and assisting with all my enquiries set a great example of what a good quality customer service should be like. He even offered to share his whatsapp number to assist if I have any further questions and within 2 days of sending msg back a forth. I knew I had to buy the TV from Emax. The price was better, the service was superb, and Luqman and his manager Salil didnt hesitate for a min in assisting and helping it was a no brainer that I needed to buy the TV from there. Ms Sumbal Qadeer was a FANTASTIC help. If I need any other communications electronics, I will go to E-Max and look for her. I was looking for a new Android phone as I had smashed my screen and the phone was bloated. I knew I was NOT going to buy the latest and most powerful model. She showed me 4 options, and after asking about my phone usage, said that the cheapest, lowest-spec model would suffice. Then I mentioned my phone was also slow, and Ms Sumbal said that I could then go for the next 2 models as the lowest-spec phone had the same specs as my current phone. I ended up getting the 4th option which was the most expensive of the options and the most powerful, and I was happy because I felt that I wasnt pressured into making that choice. I appreciate that Ms Sumbal was knowledgeable, patient and considerate of my needs rather than trying to sell the most expensive choice possible. I got a good deal too. I recommend E-Max, and Ms Sumbal highly.

The place has types of electronics, the staff is presentable but not true in advancing products. They majorly aim at selling you the costly stuff.The items in the store are not very much updated but are not old too.It can be a solution for your electronics purchase, but I would say therr can be more better options.In comparison to rest of the malls and items in those shops this is not the first choice.

I paid over 5,500 aed for a jbl bundle deal only to recieve 1 of the items which had the seals previously open (which means its highly likely to be refurbished).Customer care center were useless and the store claimed thats it was only my oppinion that the seals were open, which is why I am posting the pictures of the seals to see of this is only my oppinion or fact!

We bought a mobile device last month end with an offer of a free bag pack from Emax Mall of the Emirates outlet. Though the promotion was on and mentioned about a free items (bluetooth headset & bag pack), bagpack wasnt available and so we were asked to pic it up anytime after 3rd Sept. Visited on 5th Sept but the bag pack was still not available and I was again asked to pick it up in weeks time. I visited today, the 20th Sept, after 15 days but again found the item not available. On insisting them to let me know one exact date of its availability, they again told a week but didnt give me a date and just said that shipment has got delayed without having a guilt about we visiting them 3 rd time. For them its a free item so they are not bothered about it. They told me not to visit them but to wait for their call. Their call centre doesnt have any idea on the status of the same and so you have no choice but to pay a visit to their store. The store manager was rude bad didnt wanted to help. He blamed it on Emax management that this is what they have told us. They do not realise that I have been their customer since last 10 years or more, have bought several products from them, will no more be purchasing anything from them. I didnt wanted anyone to go through such bitter experience and hence posted this review. Hope this helps.

Worst customer service ever. On top of keeping us waiting for over 20 minutes, the technician barely glance at us despite our repetitive question and was ignoring us the whole time. There was only one guy at the counter and was busy with whatever in hand instead of the customers infront of him. And we only wanted to ask about data restoration. Not visiting again.

Bought pre order phone, received in different date and different color. The salesman also tried to change the promised freebies to other items. 3 stars for general shop situations.

The store has huge varieties of electronics whether its cameras, mobile phones, laptops, gaming...etc. you name it !!The staff are usually helpful, always around you if you have doubts about what to buy or looking for something.The shop has slightly better prices than other electronic shops especially for memory cards!!

The Philipinas staff makes you confused and sell you other than you want, with wrong information, you go to buy something and will end up with some other thing in this shop what they want to clear

Emaxx ( Landmark group Dubai) Pathetic Behaviour of Staff and iphone return policy is totally a scam. First they activate the phone and than phone can only be returned or exchanged with a 15% deduction of price without telling in advance.If its gift for someone and they want an upgrade or exchange it. They will get stuck with their scam of activation.Even though phone is not opened or used yet.All over the world its 14 days return policy and they give 7 days! They big companies are just a scam with no rights for the consumer.

Delivery is horrible since have to wait for agesStore does not answer calls at all, neither the store manager.Even after being a vvip emax holder no value for customers.Even after complaining 2 days ago still noone bothered to call and do the needful.When you go to buy the staffs are very helpful and full of energy and once its time for delivery date everyone is in a slow pace and it really took 10 days for the delivery of my things which they already had the stock.

Dont bother with the Allianz Protection insurance that they offer. I used it for a cracked iPhone screen but compared to AppleCare its very cumbersome. If you call Allianz theyll tell you they are waiting for assessment and quotation from Sharaf DG, etc.etc.

I was told when I bought it with the extended warranty that once I claim the insurance I would get a new unit!!!!TOTAL lies by the way.So you bought the unit for 3299 dhmsI paid 3 year insurance 900 DhmsUnit must be collected as per EMax from home 315 DhmsYou get 70% of your money back 2898 onlyTo claim the new unit you need to pay an access amount of 370You need to pay again new insurance for the unit for 900You also pay for the extra money that would require to get the new unit .You do the math and tell me that they don’t scam.

This branch specifically as my experience is the worst branch of Emax in dubai and maybe in UAE, weak costumer services, even number of employees r consider alot for small branch but useless, better choice if u r in mall of emirates to go to Jumbo

Sold me a TV that was out of stock. Was waiting for delivery all day long, called them to find out why they never arrived only to be redirected from one person to another and left waiting for a call that came 4 days later. Still no TV but plenty of excuses. Canceled my order, got my money back. Never again shopping at any emax. Cherry on top: They tried to make a fool out of me and blame it on miscommunication, taking every route to delay the cancelation and getting a refund. Customer service of criminal nature.

Please never ever buy from this shop as after sale service is useless. They sold me a TV worth 10k and promissed they will deliver in 2 days and now its been a week and they delivered nothing! Just lies! Dont do the same mistake. Btw 2 day delivery was mentioned before i even buy!!!!

Customer service is very poor. We came last night to ask for a certain product. This one staff said they dont have but the other staff who is Indian take some time and effort to assist us only to find out that they have the item that we are looking for.

Bought a labtop and when I went to fix it using the warrantee less than a month after purchasing they had zero record of my purchase even after giving them my phone number and the serial number of the labtop!! Why would they spend so much time collecting all my info (email, number, name) when they didnt bother to keep my records! Feels like they’re just trying to scam their customers. Now they’re making me call an 800 number to track my invoice. Terrible service.

The worst place ever in UAE to purchase electronics . I bought my laptop on feb 28 from MOE and I came to the branch on March 2 to fix as it was extremely slow they took my laptop for 2 days and then called me to pick up the unit after they updated the software as they said its a software issue !! For four months I came back 3 times with the same issue. Each time I am trying to use the laptop it took me more than 15 mins to open the browser only !! In the 4th time they told me that they have to send to the service centre what were you doing then in the previous 3 times !!The problem that I did not ask for any paper as it is a very reputable shop however it was my mistake to trust the shop and its staff who did not document my complaints for 3 times unfortunately I couldnt claim my replacement (as per the law) because they did not document my visits.. not recommend at all

When you show up to claim an accident they ask you to pay another fee worth another 10% ...Impolite staff & management ... When complaining they just answer: Go and complain at DED (which what I will be doing)

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought a Huawei phone from them and I tried to call the Mall of the Emirates store to ask when I can pick it up but there was no answer for several hours. So I called the main customer service line and told them my problem A very rude operator called Bernard told me that I should visit the store if no one is answering or keep trying to call them. When I said that I had had already tried to call at least 10 times, Bernard said then try an 11th time and said he couldnt do anything else. Thats the last time I buy something from the store. What a disgrace.

Bought KEF Egg speakers (AED 2400, with 2 year EMAX warranty) and the power brick stopped working. They told me to go to a service center myself and that it is not covered under warranty. Useless warranty. How can I use the speakers without the power brick?
