Pathetic and very poor in store customer service. Nobody will bother assisting you and then they will start calling each other for assistance.Later the guy acts like he is doing me a favour selling the laptop.The worst part is they put school student deal and later when you like and make up your mind wasting 1 hr of your time.. They say they dont have stock.On requesting the other stores details where the stocks are available. They says there are no stocks. He doesnt even bother to offer a call back when stocks are available and just walks off. Absolutely pathetic sales and customer service. Going back to this store will be very difficult going forward

Very disappointing services. Takes too long . I went to avail trade in offer for laptop. Which took more than 3 hours to complete & it can be availed only one old model and credit note expires in 5 days there were clash between sales and billing counter. Sales area gave me price of 1599aed after exchange price without any freebies while billing counter said its 1800 something with freebies. Even tho they offered little bit more exchange price than other place , it doesnt worth it.Day 2laptop I got previous day Lenovo ideapad 3 , was hanging badly I need to return it and purchase different model .They had student discount but it was available only on ideapad 3 model.Incase you need to return the item, please note that they will charge you 15% of invoice as restocking fee .If you see any good offers in emax, please make sure they cant rip you off with marketing jargons.

Emax is a electric store which has variety of electric stuff, they also give discount on all items to their customers when they have a VIP membership card, it’s not a big deal to take it.I got 5% discount on Dyson hair dryer because of my VIP membership but because of my long term visa They charges me 5% tax. The good thing is they don’t charge tax if some one is a tourist.Another option is the same day delivery if you buy online from them.I have bought electric things once since long time I don’t have any issue with E-max at all.

Went to receive the pre-ordered Oppo Reno6Z 5G, and sharing the experience:Staff behavior: Over polite which makes customers feel something fishy :)Staff Knowledge about the product: 1/5. They not only dont know about the product specs but also they give wrong information to customers.E-Max Offers: 3/5. Even though they provide more freebies, the quality of them are poor (this doesnt include the earbuds provided by oppo).Billing section: 0/5. E-Max must be ASHAMED of begging its customers to pay 1 AED for the plastic bag in which they are packing the product. When questioned about this, they dont hesitate to argue.Overall: Not happy with the experience and will never recommend to any of my friends.

If you want on time delivery look for another store. Second time they have kept me waiting for an item to be delivered. First time they palmed it on the external vendor so gave them a second chance. Which now I know was a mistake. Was given a Delivey slot between 1-4 pm. When I followed up with the customer service was told they would deliver before 10 pm!Keep you whole day free if you expecting an delivery from Emax or their partners.

Absolutely the worst experience with Emax. Previously I purchased all my kitchen appliances with Sharaf DG and regret not doing so this time around too. Their technicians arrived promptly every time I had an issue. This time I purchased all my appliances with Emax. My dishwasher was delivered on the 18th of this month and despite several calls and promises, I’m still waiting for the technician to install it. I am at my wits end as to what to do. Extremely disappointed. God only knows if I had an issue God forbid with any appliance, I doubt anyone will show up to fix it!!! Buyers beware.

Yet another outlet with poor customer service. Waited for over 15 mins wanting to buy a portable Ac unit. 3 staff walked passed and congregated in a group of 7 staff. I was trying to compare which unit to buy, hoping for someone to offer help. When i finally got their attention, there was a small commotion between them when they realised that there a customer waiting to purchase. There was a staff member at the cashier dressed differently in long sleeve behind the counter with the cashier. I informed both of them of the lack of attention or assistance. I wanted to buy the item, but when i realised that my disappointment wasnt acknowledged, i took my card back and cancelled any intention to purchase and walked out. So many staff, not enough care or accountability. Emax i would suggest you improve your staff training or staff morale. Sadly you lost one customer who almost purchased that Ac unit. I guess oh well...

We didnt have a pleasant experience in their Oasis mall store. Now looking at the reviews, I should blame myself for not reading them before going there.We selected a blender at this store to purchase and the sales rep advised that if we pay with PayIt I can avail a discount. I installed the app and when I went to the counter to make the purchase the lady at the counter had no clue about Payit. Instead they asked to make the payment and Ill get the discount as refund in PayIt. When I made the payment another guy comes over and says I shouldve asked for the coupon code to apply. Now Ill not get the discount.Obviously we were not happy. We asked them to take back the product and issue a refund. As it was PayIt, they cant refund the amount and instead gave me a voucher to use later. Now Im stuck with a voucher which I have to redeem in 6 months :-|I wouldnt rate it as a pleasant experience nor excellent customer care.

If i could give less stars, i would! You should know if someone takes time out of their busy day to write a bad review about a bad experience, there is something seriously wrong. We bought a Samsung Fridge on the 6th of Feb 2021, and ask if they had the fridge in stock and if they can deliver it on the 27 February. They answered that they will be able to do the delivery on the the set date, so we proceeded to pay the fridge, and we were exited and waited for the delivery. They specifically told us they would call us a day before the time to confirm the date (we didn’t receive one single call from their side). On the day of delivery we called them to confirm the delivery time from 10am and several times after that about every hour to hear about the progress of the delivery. With the reply that they will get back to us to confirm a time slot. 4pm Shows up and eventually they contact me for the update just to let me know that they don’t have stock available. After the entire day waiting for them, this is the news I received... wow great job guys. I called the Emax store in Mirdif city center where we bought the fridge wo hear why the didn’t inform us earlier and why they didn’t keep the refrigerator aside after we purchased it on the 6th of Feb. I took this up with the stores supervisor and Emax guest service centre, and they both said they would contact me before 1pm the next day. I specifically asked them can you asure me that you will call me to correct your mistake, and both of them told me they 100% assured me they would call. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out they never called me back. So with no solution or communication from their side i am still left without a refrigerator and no answer from them. I would recommend anyone to use Emax in general if they can’t even keep a promise of a simple call back. WORST SERVICE EVER!! 🚫🚫🚫 DO NOT BUY AT EMAX🚫🚫🚫

Worst experience. I bought samsung s21 ultra last week from other shop and I was not aware that s21 series have screen protector. I went to EMAX mirdif and ask the sales man for screen protector and they explained about the screen protector. After getting my mobile without saying anything the guy removed the existing screen protect in a fraction of second and start making the new screen protector. Atleast he can get permission from me before removing the existing screen protector so that I can stop him. But he did not ask anything and removed the existing screen protector. And the screen protector cost 105 AED and its not worth for that. The quality of installation was poor.

They are not explaining in more details, then when you have a damage or replacement to be done, they are deducting 20% axes fee, plus 20% or more of depreciation value. Not buying from Emax anymore. They will encourage you to get Extended USELESS warranty. only 1 Year warranty from the store and the extended 2 year warranty is from another insurance company Allianz. (sales lady did not even explain it honestly. She just told that if unreparable, device will get replaced. A trap!! ) That is why we were confused because my 3year warranty is still valid but the guy keeps telling warranty is finished. What he meant was 1 year warrant from store, and the extended 2 years is from insurance company. what a scam taking more money from customers. Waited for 9-10 days to get reply from the insurance which customer service told only 48 hours, even an update from email or call, nothing. until I decided to just restore my phone because I really needed it for my job. I emailed them to cancel everything because I do not want to get it fixed by them anymore. Cant wait. I want to give a feedback for my laptop purchase today. Your sales people lies about the time I need to settle things up. The first one was the Sales man who lied about the Microsoft office installation by saying it will just take 40 minutes and turn into 2 hours which cost me to miss a meeting. The second one told me it will take 10 minutes to put the protection screen and I ended up waiting for more than an hour at your respected shop in MCC with an angry wife and hungry kids waiting for me to show up at home for dinner so your employees can have a the ultimate satisfaction with false information . Avoid a big nightmare, there are other good stores with proper support and quality profucts.In August I bougth a water dispenser Midea brand in Mirdif City Center branch and only one month later got damage so I went to request the warranty, I complained that was a leakeage, vibrating and not cooling. I have bought a tablet and made payment when I open inside the tablets touch screen was not working. They asked me to send multiple emails and not at all replacing the item which I have opened in front of their eyes.

The worst customer service, after Payment no one bothered to deliver the product. I spent 2 weeks after payment just to get the delivery. They don’t know about stocks availability and sells product just to take money & achieve sales targets. A big communication gap between Mirdif city centre sales staff and delivery/warehouse team. I was regular customer of E- max but now onwards will never visit and never recommend to anybody.Zero star Rating

The guy in costume service that assigned last Friday evening 29.06.2019 mirdif city center was so sarcastic and makes me look stupid. I did was I was told and he blames me for that. Please never ever buy from this shop as after sale service is useless. AC unit isnt working well after 1 month and when I called. They said wait 2 to 3 days. Seems someone will sleep outside tonight. Ill never approach this shop and will tell everyone to buy from else where. Poor customer service and poor maintenance team.

I was one of old customers of Emax, i was very loyal to this outlet over the past 10 years until i have bought a vaccum machine and unfortunately, they convinced me to get extended warranty so i can repair or replace for any damage.After one year of using the machine i took it back because of defect in the hose.They said, oh no this is not included under warranty and they accused me that i did not read terms of references of the extended warranty.When i bought the machine their representative informed me i can repair it anytime with this extended warranty.I am very frustrated and please take care when you buy from them and do not trust what they say as long as it is not written.Any ways, it may cost me few Dirhams to repair, but definitely Emax lost a loyal customer.The manager in mirdif city center was kind of careless, and told me in a very polite way.. go and do whatever you want.
