Extremely Bad experience! No one answered the calls in service centre for 2 days and when after 4 days got a call back informing us that the Inspection will take a few more days and only after that repair will be done for a simple crack on the Iron cover without any mechanical damage.Really disappointed !!

Job no 2114417 We complain electric hub whirlpool brand and they send technician and technician just see and said need to change parts and go back then we try to call more then 100 time no one pick phone then i call sale counter from sale department i get supervisor mr. Wilson mobile number and hi also didnt answer for while then i continuously tried finally hi answer and say will take 7 days after 7 days then again 7days and finally the come with parts and try to open fix but while fixing they damaged the other parts and make more worsen then before and now again we have to struggle for another 3 week to try to call no one is answeringoverall i want to say its bad service i ever i see in my life no one is responsible persons their, anything they will till you to wait

Quick service with good product knowledge with the team attending customers.

Not designed as a consumer friendly place to find, but the staff are friendly and helpful. A bit expensive though and I wish they would open a window to the shop on the main street... They are literally back to back, so might only need to knock a small wall I guess..
