Zero stars, do not buy from this company on any platform amazon and especially Sharaf DG, supplied non working Sony TV, screen faulty and accuse me of physical damage, no damage at all TV was kept as is in supplied box for 3 weeks as brought on sale and was not ready to install go to plug and set up screen does not work, you return and they accuse me of physical damage TV not covered under warranty, is in perfect condition not a mark on it, so guess what i now have a brand new non functioning TV thats what you call bad service so now have to claim on my credit card,thanks for you reply but this is completely incorrect nor have you provide any proof of this i have taken photos of this TV both in and out the box and there is zero damage to item, today i have just received this item back from your delivery agent and guess what now we have plastic sticking out the box, i will attach pictures to this reviewbe interesting to see this actual Sony tech report not just a hand written paper from your WH staff please high light on attached the physical damage as am struggling to find it ? apart from when you just re delivered the non working tv back to me today sticking out the box, any ideas what i could do with it now ?kraykart you not going to update here or provide report i very much doubt sony ever even saw this tv again since they madeupdate is there is - no update cannot even supply this so called report reply or call me post report on this review thanks there is the service for you

Absolutely scammed! Ordered a refrigerator from Noon which promised 200L but got a tiny 127L minifridge instead that looks used, with holes and dents, no warranty papers, no invoice. And when called back about false advertising they managed to take their product off with no refund! Complete waste of money, never again!!!Edit: thanks for the prompt reply, but what explains the holes in the fridge or dents?

How disappointing!I ordered Smart TV at Noon from Kraykart,I was amazed by the fast delivery but when I turn the TV on it has a huge crack its defective very useless!!!!!Upon checking the box I notice a broken part that they just put tape at that side means they already know that the unit is broken but still sell it anyway at online shop!! REPLACE MY ORDER!!!!!

I had an issue with Mr. Nafeer, apparently his company has delivered second hand items as new to my place, online he was saying those to be replaced, got his apologies, however, over the phone he asked me to call the police and open the case against him, he doesnt care and the machine is definitely a new one. In my opinion he is a liar, he is selling old second hand machines online and informs the buyer that no returns are being accepted. Dont work or trade with Kaykart, they are not an honest company.
