I was trying not to buy a Playstation 5 but in the end I couldnt resist. I searched Google and the cheapest one available in Dubai was through GadgetBy. I called them to get a sense of whether or not all was legit, and got a positive feeling from speaking to their customer service representative, who told me that free same day delivery would probably be possible. I ordered the PS5 online, cash on delivery. Within an hour I received a call to tell me that they could deliver same day. Within 3 hours of placing the order I had a PS5 in my hands. My experience with this company was characterized by excellent communication, customer-oriented service and brilliant turn-around and delivery times. A faultless transaction.

Getting a refund for a returned item is a hassle. 3 years now and they still have not refunded me after they pulled out the item from me. For years now, they keep saying that there has been a change in management (every year? Im not sure). Getting in-touch with support is a dead end. I honestly dont understand all the negative reviews! I ordered the Segway Ninebot Max e-scooter and it was delivered to me in Riyadh in a timely manner and perfect condition! It seems a lot of mega outlets cant compete with Gadgetbys great prices and awesome service, so they choose to ruin thier reputation instead.I am a very happy customer who is going to be coming back to this awesome store for more orders soon.BTW, this scooter is not yet available in Saudi and its way better than the Xiaomi one.Keep up the good work!

Bought a Gopro Max.5 days later the screen went dead on its 1st use at Atlantis the palm. Came back home 2 days later and contacted GADGETBY by phone and email, no reply . This my second experience with this e-commerce service. First wasnt that bad, although the delivery took ages. Ironically the delivery was in within Dubai city. Tempted by the broad offer, and reasonable prices I gave them another chance. Big mistake. The owner or whoever manages this service on line, most probably doesnt even know about the mismanagement on lower level, or if he does, he must be doing pretty well not liking, nor needing the costumers money. The truth is the service posts false advertising. The information declarer informs you about 3-5 hours of express delivery, and I understand it may not apply to all the purchased products. Please be updated that 3-5 hours Delivery in Dubai is a complementary service and may not be available for all products or location within Dubai. Although we try our best to fulfill, delays may still happen. Having waited three working days I tried to get to the customers service, which took me about an hour of waiting and multiple dialing until somebody would finally answered. I was informed that day (Wednesday) that the delivery is already scheduled for delivery and was released from the stock room and would arrive the next day (Thursday) before/around 4 p.m. Three working days so far within the same city. On Thursday close to 4 p.m I spent another hour trying to get in touch with customer service and again it took very long time just to find out that the delivery will be delayed and will arrive around 5.p.m. I was very disappointed because I wasted the day of waiting and stayed after hours to get this delivery on time. If I had been informed before about the delay I would have postponed it and do something useful, but it seems like they do not respect the client, neither their money, nor the time. After a short discussion I suggested to contact the delivery driver and confirm the time of the delivery. After about twenty minutes finally the driver contacted me and announced that he was out of the emirate and he wouldnt deliver my parcel that day! Far more I heard from the driver that he doesnt care - yes! He said he didnt care and with rude sassy voice send me to the head office to complain. No self introduction, arrogance, sassyness and lack of respect for someone who at the end of the day pays his salary. Not only I paid, I was lied twice, I was ignored by disinformation, but most of all I had to be humiliated by a driver!!!So I contacted the office again after multiple attempts, to find out that the manager, supervisor or whoever was on charge that day had left the office, even if the website and the service message informs you they suppose to work till 6 p.m! I was denied to be provided the contact number to the owner, neither to the management who left the office. I filled the written complain to the email suggested by the customer service, I have received the no-reply confirmation so I do not suppose anybody ever reads these emails. In the conclusion I want to add that they totally lost their reliability. Lack of professionalism, false advertising, lack of reviewing on social media, not keeping the policy declarations, lies but most of all - the rudeness. Im pretty old, or at least middle aged but first time in my life I heard from the driver who is formally delivering my property I paid for, and is late four working days and few hours before the weekend starts he dares to tell me he doesnt care! That is unforgettable. That was my experience. In the era of competition its better to find the services when employees will treat you with respect for your time and money, and they know what basic courtesy is.

I ordered a TV, they delivered a different model (purposefully) and when I rejected it and claimed for refund, it is not happening. They dont want to answer calls properly to give a valid reason. They say they have refunded but I havent received into my account. Not a trustworthy company. Please avoid getting cheated.

I was comparing online shops and TBH, I was hesitant with gadgetby because of the negative reviews. I never have the tolerance for any mishaps. But i took the risk and happy to report I have a smooth transaction with them! I read it will be 2 days delivery, I decided to put my work address as the delivery address. After an hour they called and informed they can deliver the same day. They were flexible when I told them to deliver at a different address instead. And they reach out just to give updates. I received the product within 4hrs without extra charges! My husband did a test drive of the Ninebot scooter we ordered and so far its functioning great! Fastest online shopping ever. Ordered at 10:42 with cash on delivery, my order was delivered to my hands at 11:50 same day. I am talking about one hour, people!!Since the initial contact before purchase, they were polite and helpful. I bought Xiaomi Mijia M365 scooter and there was a little screw problem with the handlebar stem however the Gadgetby team was helpful - they sent the video links to solve the problem.Only thing is that even though the team confirmed there are no spare tires in the package (hence I ordered a spare solid tire) there were two in the original package. Understand it is a matter of luck, since some other customers didn’t get any - so make sure you open your pack before ordering any spares.Definitely recommend.
