Unfortunately their system is not user friendly.No mobile optimized, complicated dashboard, super difficult integration with almost zero support, zero guidelines and basically a pain I bought myself..You may consider paying a little more but have less headaches in the future!Canceling to move to another payment getaway provider

Im happy with payfort service.I think the rates are very low because payfort didnt update their proper contact number in Google map.Ive been using this system since April and they always resolve problems promptly and are nice.It takes about 2 month to install it into your website and you need to submit so many papers but I think its worth it.

Worst team to help you and finish your work! Please make sure not to deal with them ! It took them 6 weeks preparing my payment gateway and nothing is done yet! Bank finished everything and Payfort still delaying processes simply cuz of miscommunication between their employees!

My bad story with this companyIn July 2017, I wrote to the company to open an account they had for my company, and they sent a list of the required documents that I had provided to them, including a request for a mail box. DubaiI completed the required documents, sent them to them and signed the application, and they said that they will start procedures that take between 4 to 6 weeks.Then some time passed, they came back and asked for other documents, and this matter was repeated more than once. The amount of documents they request did not find another electronic payment gateway from those I sent that you request in this way that is very exaggerated and boring.Although from the beginning I made it clear to them that I had prepared all the documents they requested and sent, and even some of their requests I had previously sent them to them to return and request them again !!The time passed without contacting me to inform me about the developments of the request, except when I was urging to contact themAfter submitting my complaint to the company, they said that they are following the request, then they sent me that my request soon will be answered, and then I was surprised by a letter from them at the end of October 2017, after more than five months of delaying that the request was rejected without giving any reasons and that the request He was rejected from the request and did not disclose reasons !!I did not gain from dealing with them other than wasting time and money, and I did not find on their part to show appreciation and respect for what was lost so that even they did not cost themselves to express the reasons for rejection, which is a disgrace to the client and his time
