They sell their products in different store across UAE! I usually get the green juice which is basically green apples and vegetables. It tastes good but it can benefit from lowering the amount of apples to make it less sweet. They have several options of fruits juices without sugar added. They also offer smoothies but mostly with regular milk. I think they might start offering smoothies with non-dairy milk sometime soon. I have been buying Barakat’s fresh juices and smoothies from a long time and they’re absolutely amazing and super fresh. My favorites are their watermelon and pomegranate juice. Barakat also offers fresh produce like vegetables, fruits and berries.

Ive been ordering fruits and vegetables from Barakat for the past 2 weeks. I wish I had started months ago! The products are very fresh and well-priced, if not much cheaper than the popular chain groceries stores. The online ordering on their website is easy to use and delivery is efficient. Have been buying from Barakat since the pandemic so as to avoid going to groceries maximum. They have good packaging and on time delivery, except maybe few delivery personnel who at times cannot wait for even 5 minutes if we delay in opening door. But packing is good, products are fresh and their packaging is perfect for storage also. Maintains the freshness. Overall Good

We are a restaurant/ coffee shop located in Downtown, Dubai, and Barakat is ( was ) our fruits and vegetables supplier. We kept getting from them tax invoices that are empty ( not sure how is it even possible to issue an empty tax invoice, without having the other companys complete details mentioned, I should ask the Federal Tax Authority ) and today I have tried to call them to solve the issue. Unfortunately the shocking customer service, that kept cutting the line and hanging up the phone instead of helping us, pushed me to this point to give this company a 1-star review. Shocked by the customer service!

1-star for the customer service, I was present today when we tried solving an issue we have with our incomplete invoices, we were given zero support and the rude customer service kept hanging up the phone

This is the third time i order and get delivery out of limit they offer i gave them 4 hours range time but still delay this happening always i think this company soon will loose their customers

Avoid this fruits and vegetables supplier if you are a corporate client, because if you will need support you wont be able to reach them and they will be hanging up the phone like they did to us today.

Terrible customer service.I placed an order in April, most of the items were fine, however the baby potatoes were shrivelled and already sprouting, the strawberries had mold on them.I contacted them to replace the items and they said they would send someone the next day. I was impressed. The driver arrived, only to tell me that he doesnt have my items and he would come back tomorrow. He never showed.I contacted them several times and they keep telling me they have passed the matter on to the “concerned team” but I’m still waiting for the refund.I will never order from them again!

Fruits and vegetables are fresh but they have the worst customer service. I ordered from them 6 times, there were missing items in 4 out of 6 orders. Every time I had to get back to them, nobody is picking up the phone for 2 days and not replying any emails. They promised me to deliver my items over the phone, then said something different in email so I had to do all over again, call them and demand to deliver the items I paid for.Delivery is always late, sometimes up to 3 hours and they never called me to tell about delays.Whenever they were supposed to deliver missing items it was never delivered on the day they promised, I called again and got it in 3-4 days.I will never order from this company again and dont recommend it to anyone.

I had ordered 4 kgs Alphonso Mangoes and they were of the best quality and delivery was also quick.

Delivery scheduled 1.5 week after order. At date of delivery, delivery man could not find location, asking for whatsup, and could neither speak nor understand English. Finally delivery did not happen!

I ordered online delivery.I needed one specific vegetable. So I order it with other veggies and fruits, just to try them.I received everything except the one I needed. They should confirm with customer what is not available before delivering. Im quite annoyed... If I knew they didnt have the item I wouldnt have ordered.

My order number 20 2040133 was supposed to be delivered on 28 March at 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 am. wasted my whole day yesterday till evening 5:00 p.m. delivery did not come in spite of many many messages to Mr Chandan and Mr Himanshu. They give revise appointment today morning 29 March 7:00 a.m.. till now 8:20 a.m. no delivery has come and several message to Mr Chandan and Mr Himanshu is like we are begging for them. Most unprofessional and useless company with respect to to online order and delivery. They are most un considerate and unsensitive to the the clients and treat them like beggers.

These cunning and annoying jigglos at the wholesale building; like theyre very resistant to deduce the price of those things Ive bought. Like I tried to buy these 1kg rocket leavels from indian dude and asked him to give it for 30 or 35 from 40. Many scrumptious items like holland round tomatoes; they very resistant; they only allow you to buy 7kg for 70 in full stock.The funniest thing is these wholesale people and their neighboring competitors have same photocopy stocks but not with different price. Is as if their buying from each other.I went there to special stuff like kale, rocket leaves and portobello mushrooms. Upside-down universe, portobello mushrooms 2.5 kg for 30Dear intellectual civilized peeps; let me give you some wise insights; observe the items around these wholesale markets and take pictures.Dont hesitate or panic.Whatsapp to ur servants or some of lower standards these pictures or send arabic or hindi translations or take print-out of that specific vegetable or fruit u want and let them do the work by showing off their expertise and the reward would be theyll get the stuffs at more depriciated price than you or commoner die trying.Its kinda annoying and hard to find out this place. It is near to the vicinity of union coop but you gott search for those house like building filled with trucks parked nearby.Very few people like people with big fridges buys in these wholesale buildings compared to aweer market.From my today 29th November, 2016 encounter; it is not advisory to buy these items by having bargaining mindset; expensive than the aweer market; but definetly fresher and cleaner and looking flawless than stuff served from aweer market.They claim that they only depreciate prices for ordering huge stock like 1000kg capacity fridge or gordon ramsay type fridge.
