Unfortunately my review is less than 0. The doctors (Rola and Rana) have nice techniques in their filler procedures. However the disappointment lies in the waiting time. The receptionists call you and confirm your timing. You arrive on time and before time also, for common courtesy and respect. They make you wait from 1 to 3 hours. I faced this, my sisters also faced this. We each came separately on different days. Apparently this is the norm there. It is sad when a clinic is overrated and you’re excited to go only to be shocked with the level of unprofessionalism. I don’t recommend this place. Especially if you are someone who is busy and has other things in your life apart from waiting hours and hours for a lip injection. I raised this with management, my sisters did too. We also raised this with the doctors. The reply from the doctors was “yes we apologize, this does indeed happen frequently”. What can I say. When a customer is not put first, why would we ever re-visit or recommend this place to other people?

I must say Dr Rola did an amazing job. Very Professional. Beautiful Clinic and courteous staffs. 💕

Unprofessional behavior and highly overpriced almost by 3times in comparison to nearby aesthetic clinics

All I can say is that Dr. Rola is a genuine person. She treats all her patients as VIP ❤
