I had a procedure done in CosmeSurge last week, I am sure that I couldnt have gotten a better care from any other medical/cosmetic hospital anywhere else in Dubai. My transparent and honest experience about the whole process is briefed below.1. Wonderful experience with Dr. Gabriel Saab. He is a cosmetic surgeon, a consultant, a beauty expert, even a psychologist, all in one. If you want an honest straightforward and to the point opinion which will make your life and body look better and that you feel great about yourself before, during, and after any procedure, I advise you ask for him by name. He is a wonderful personality, and super understanding and takes it easy with his patients, especially the demanding or the stressed ones (and I am both of them! :-)2. The doctors assistant Ms. Lody was super friendly and helpful since the moment we first met till she helped us with the hospital discharge procedure, she helped facilitate my appointments, went through the procedure details with me, what to expect, making all the coordination between the hospital, doctor, and myself, and checked on me before I went into the OT and then post-op, it really made me very calm, comfortable, and felt cared for. All this with a constant sincere smile on her pretty face.3. The nurses and medical staff were always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep and post surgery recovery. Whereas other hospitals would dump you in your room until you ring the nurse call button, those beautiful nurses in CosmeSurge would check on you every half an hour to make sure youre doing well, you dont need anything, and that youre feeling absolutely comfortable. Felt like a queen - no joke.4. I would never choose another hospital - and if you want to put your health and beauty in the hands of a top tier medical facility in the UAE, you should look no further than CosmeSurge.

Such an amazing place, very clean place, receptionists are very welcoming. The doctor was excellent, he literally met all my expectations and beyond (Dr. Mayur) he did a great job! I’m extremely happy! Looking forward to be back!

First impression was very good with their professionalism, however it was some misunderstanding in between, the manager called me right after, we were able to find a suitable solution for that. All in all, it was a nice visit to the clinic, decided to do the laser treatment in this clinic.

Tried permanent makeup & stretch mark camouflage here. both didnt work for me but have gotten them done with another clinic since then & worked fine so i dont know what happened. they seem professional & nice otherwise but have to be honest with my experience. facial was amazing.

We cannot express enough how happy me and my wife are with CosmeSurge. The hospital is extremely professional, clean, the staff is attentive, and Dr. Gabriel Saab, oh, what can we say, hes from a different planet as good as he is and as sweet and professional his attitude and attention to his patients. We felt like we were in a 5 star hotel on a weekend staycation during the procedure, we were even sad to leave haha. Love it and would definitely recommend without hesitation.

Dr Inaam is a magician .. She is phenomenal in her suggestions and really guides you the right treatment . If you need Botox or fillers done plz visit her .

Not good at all .. I did Botox the results not good wrinkles stays the same not that big change Abd the doctor changed my eyes look when she left up my eyebrows . And it looks like someone hit me in my forehead … I know her since 9 years and this is the second time she make a mistake. Last time my left eye stay blink for 6 months… I will never go back to her again in my life

Mai at Cosmesurge is super efficient and helpful! My laser treatment at Cosmesurge has been a wonderful experience and a great treat. The gentle touches of the laser machine was accompanied by soothing creams. Mai made me feel comfortable and secure during the entire treatment. She not only makes the atmosphere comfortable and welcoming but also her intuition and knowledge on how to work on your skin for laser is spot on. Contacted their call center few days ago & scheduled an appt for 30-12 Which was confirmed, on appt day i drove all the way (25mins) & showed up on time & to my surprise my appt wasnt scheduled & didnt appear in their system, in return I was asked to wait for 5 mins until the therapist was ready for me, in which i ended up waiting more than 50 bloody minutes .. NEVER AGAIN!!UPDATE: Thanks to Rose (Cosmesurge Jumeira) branch manager who called, apologized & offered to make up the bad experience - much appreciated Rose.

I like the laser hair treatment and it is the best and I tried many other places but waste of money but here I got results u must come it’s the best

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would... Their facial caused me to break out so much, their laser doesn’t work at all, and worst of all, their appointment system randomly ‘cancels’ ur appointment causing you to drive up to jumeirah for nothing. I had the worst experiences with this hospital and I will never go back.

Amazing friendly staff straight from the first interactions, kindest receptionists Soumaya and Asma, could change my appointment so many times and they were always so kind. Dr Afif was very kind and professional, he removed a mole and corrected something I suffered low self-esteem on for a long-time and they made me feel comfortable and cared for.His team of 3 nurses led by Cherrie honestly felt during the 90 minute surgery like I had 3 angels with me. They had caring energy, did everything they could to make me feel comfortable even offered to play my music throughout the surgery, got me fresh juice to boost me after and the Dr and nurses were checking how I would get home, and how I felt.Overall great experience. If I had to complain about anything I would say both times I did have to wait a while past my appointment time, so if you are a person like me that arrives early or on time, take a book or something to do, as in my experience they run on gulf time :)Thank you to the team and if I ever need anything again (hopefully I wont) I would go to them.

It’s a shame I have to leave this review as I’m receiving exceptional service from my technician.I was at the clinic today waiting in the lobby with a number of other ladies when someone working at the clinic (who I later found out was managing the hospital- floofy hair and blazer + jacket with heels ) came to the ladies, asked them if there was anything to do to help them like bring them coffee or tea, and went out of her way to be super cordial and welcoming (clearly going out of her way for them). It just so happens that these ladies were dressed in UAE National attire and I wasn’t (clearly an expat). As a result, she didn’t even bother speaking with me or asking me if I needed anything. She made that very clear.This has of course rubbed me the wrong way because as a PAYING customer I should be treated in the same way as everyone else, regardless of whether you think I’m less financially lucrative for your hospital. Very disappointing. I hope this lady’s behaviour isn’t common with the rest of the staff.Please highlight my disappoint to this person as I’m certain I won’t be the last person treated this way.

One of the best hospitals and clinics that I have dealt with for 15 years for all services. I did a liposuction and a tummy tuck with a fat transfer with Dr. Muhammad Thabet from 4 days ago. Thank God, I did not feel any pain. The doctor is very excellent and I share your hand, Doctor, for the excellent and wonderful work and most important of all that The pain is very, very, very light. During my visit to the hospital on 19-10-2020, I noticed before entering the reception that there was a sign on which it was written that wearing gloves and a sleeve is mandatory for me, but when my wife visited the doctor, I noticed that he did not wear a sleeve or even gloves, not even his hand was sterilized.
