.So bad experience in marina branch..I had laser hair removalThe laser technician left many areas in my back not done . She did the session very fast . .so not all my back was hit by the laser.I am sick of that experience

This review is only of a female dermatologist in the clinic.Delayed due to a previous patient who had apparently asking allot of questions on beauty procedures.Initially I booked for a rash on my skin where she prescribed a cream. I took the opportunity to show her an old burn on my skin darkened and if she would have a suggestion on a medicine to whiten the area. She saw it and immediately said that I was lying and it is not a burn, that it never could be as it does not look like it. I tried explaining on how I got. I was never heard and she refused to listen. Finally, she said okay, if YOU say that it is a burn, then I recommend oil.My conclusion, if she was sure I was lying, then maybe she was lying too. I went to another doctor.

To say that I’m happy is nothing to say , Dr.Lana is a fantastic specialist , I was little bit nervous for the result as I did it at first time but Dr.Lana explained how this correction will help me to look more stunning, and her smile and confident made this process goes smooth and easy. Tried for two weeks to make an appointment. Every time I call the clinic, I am told someone will call me back. This of course never happens. Extremely poor administration/reception at CosmeSurge Dubai Marina. Basic customer care skills are lacking.

Not recommended .... they give appointments to patients and when u reach there you will be surprised that the Dr is not there!!The reason mentioned that the Dr. Thought no more appointments for the day and he leaves for the day.Very disappointing!!!!!

I had fillers done with the dermatologist 5 month ago, doctor was very professional, explained procedure in details, no bruises or swelling whatsoever. I was amazed with the results. I would highly recommend Cosmesurge .

The worst place to get treated... A very simple blood test will take five days to get the results.. saying there is no doctor to sign them after four days..Nurses unfriendly.. Doctors dont have time.. Once it comes to you, they are in a hurry..Not recommended at all...

Staff at reception is unfriendly - GP was 30 minutes late - paid 800AED for a 15min teeth cleaning - one dermatologist refused to see my eczema and offered an expensive treatment for rosacea instead. Second dermatologist treated my eczema very well. Orthopedist is good.

Not professional dermatologists at all, not trained properly, lack of experience, not polite or truthful and encourage people to inject fillers which are harmful to the skin. Stay away from this clinic - just about money making there.

For myself, I did filler, fraxil, PRP, Hydra facial, laser Hair removal and Botox in CosmeSurge- Al Habtoor tower- Marina , doctors are great and professional. On the other hand they can understand your face beauty and enhance it, that was wow... with my full recommendation for dermatologist & plastic surgeons. On the other hand, i have 12 years boy, he had an accident and broke his tooth and he did it in the same clinic with the dentist, result was amazing and natural and my son start smiling as before, because he loves his smile.

Horrible. Disgusting staff at the front desk. Rude beyond anything ive ever seen before. Plus the dermatologist really dont know what they are doing and the treatment prescribed doesnt even work. Never should have gone here

I was there for a normal doctor visit. I had a bag cold which was lasting for many days and wanted to check what was going on. .. the doctor saw me for not more than 5 minutes and then i did x ray. . . .I am covered by insurance, so i did not have the chance to see the prices charged until today....!!!!It is just in-human what this hospital does. It charged me (my insurance) more than 1300 AED for this visit.! I was charged for specialist consultation, x-ray and pathology outpatient...for this visit of less than 20 minutes in total.!When people play with the health of others like that they are just in-human...it is really crazy! Never go to this hospital...

They wont respond to emails. Esthetician took a call on her mobile during my consult. Very unprofessional.

I was hesitant to do a treatment at first but when I saw the staff are carefully assisting me and giving me enough background on what is the treatment and the results are for, I don’t have 2nd thoughts of coming back again. Thank you.

Whatever you do don’t goto Dr Yavari. He doesnt believe in painkillers. He didn’t give me dental block or any anesthesia despite my insistence and tortured me throughout the treatment. It was a nightmare.

They are always fast at responding, and I actually feel like the doctors are very well trained and they know what Im talking about. I am about to start a 3 year plan of shots for allergies, I hope this cures me!
