Unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience in this clinic, particularly with a dentist Heidi Omar ,she is not professional at all,she agreed initially that all treatment will be included the price and after signing the contract she said something else that retainer and x ray and extortion tooth not including in the treatment and I don’t know she decided that because I asked for discount so she can compensated in a way or another or they really like to hide the real price and cost until they make sure that I sign ,she shouted at me saying I’m not here to discuss money matters ,so with whom I should discuss my case if she is not the one for that she should’ve ask me from beginning to approach management and discuss instead of shouting at me and saying I’m tired of this you wasted my time,unprofessional and high nose person she doesn’t know how to deal with clients,good doctors they are clear making every single detail from beginning,btw thanks a lot for Haya, the receptionist she is the best and know well how to deal with customers

I did laser and It was a very good experiment and I advise everyone to come and try it also the reception was very nice and friendly

Unfortunately, they do not respect the appointments, Plus when you make an appointment for the first time the secretary does not inform us that the clinic has parking spaces for the clinic.Personally, I had a date yesterday Thursday at 2 pm on 27/9-2018 and arrived at 1:30, I suffered to get a parking lot for more than twenty minutes, And when I asked the security man at the Sarakal building, he told me that the clinic already have parking lots and they had to inform you and open the gate for you anyway, I entered the clinic about 1:55 pm and filled the form as the first time I visit them, Then I waited for a forty minutes. After that the doctor Abdulrahman came to ask me to wait one more hour because of he is busy with another patient. I immediately refused and left the clinic and went out without receiving any treatment. Just a waste of time.

They were all accommodating and kind. They have high class equipment. The kind of service is really one of a kind, youll get to have your trust with the expertise of Dr. Mohammad Al-Rifai. Youll have your perfect and unique smile not just from the service theyve done but also from how theyve done the service. :)
