Dr.Wael is the most patient , meticulous and attentive doctor .Do mention all your concerns before any procedure has started and the doctor will take care of those thoroughly.My experience was long but the most effective eventually as all the concerns were taken care of properly .The crown was fitted comfortably and it is being maintaining oral hygiene at its best so far.

I am happy I have met Doctor Wael and despite my worries, the job was done painlessly and properly. Very professional and knowledgeable. I had to remove my impacted wisdom teeth ( gums covering the tooth) and I had no pain, no swelling no issues whatsoever! Not even pain killers were needed after! I was really impressed and satisfied. The clinic responds to you in no time and the nurses are polite and available to accommodate your requests. One of the best dental clinics in Dubai. Highly recommend.

Last year I was experiencing severe wisdom tooth pain and needed to see a dentist ASAP. My friend who is already a patient of Dr. Wael suggested that I see him. It was a great experience and I dont go anywhere else. My husband also sees Dr. Wael now. The clinic is clean and tidy and the staff are all very friendly and professional. Easy car parking too is great. The reception ladies are also very knowledgable about the insurance paperwork and procedures which is a bonus. The thing I like the most about Dr. Wael is his honesty. He is not constantly trying to sell you veneers and whitening like other dentists in Dubai. He will tell you exactly what you need to fix and what is unnecessary. After a few unpleasant experiences with other clinics in Dubai, I can finally say I had a very positive experience with the clinic, and Im able to recommend it.The clinic itself is extremely clean and well equipped. and everyone starting from the staff and the assistants were very friendly and helpful.Dr. Giselle was very professional and detailed, gave me confidence and provided me with a painless and effective fillings treatment that finally resolved my issue!

Extremely professional and customer oriented. Waiting time was minimal, cleaning was thorough not as those quick 10 mins cleaning. Filling was done professionally and they called me the next day to follow up if I was in any pain.

Everytime I come here I feel like there is a lot of rush. Its a constant rush in doing anything.Taking a decision, an important decision as operating in the regards of your teeth is very expensive and important, it determines your futures teeth health and overall oral health.I felt rushed in deciding, I felt there was rush in operating me and somewhat even if I did get great results, there were still some minor defects.The worst aspect of this clinic is that they dont produce their own crowns or artificial teeth.Youll have to go to a lab thats not so far however clogged with traffic and short traffic lights going and coming back, taking extra of your time. Youll have to pay for parking for 3 hours cause the lab will keep you waiting a while, fit the teeth, paint, bake, etc.After that youll have to take it back to this clinic and wait another queue of people and finally fix the crown or artifical teeth you took from the laboratory.Pity in my case as my tooth was the wrong coloration, I had to go back to the laboratory and get it done again. I had to do everything on my own twice. Time consuming most of all.Now of course I have a great smile, Im happy about it however there is a minor defect in the tooth next to the one I operated, it has a dent on the inner side and it feels like theres food between the slit. I told my dentist but he was rushing to another patient telling me its normal. It is not normal at all.Moral of the story, I had to go 4 times to this clinic while it only needed 2 times. I also had to go twice to the lab while it only needed once.They are professional and do their job well, reception staff is great however these elements cited above make it a 3 star rather than a 5 star as I would have rated it.Pros:-clean-great skills-good equipment-plenty of paid parking around-staff is really kind and easy going-wifiCons:-super expensive (hopefully you have a good insurence)-too much rushing with the patients-they dont have a lab so youll have to go yourself to the laboratory-they do not provide parking for their customersIm sorry to have to leave a review like this one. Well see if things change and hopefully improve with further experiences.

I went to the clinic for wisdom tooth removal.I was so afraid to be done but the doctor Wael removed my tooth in 2 seconds ! It was like a magic !! and I had no pain after the tooth removal, I didn’t take any pain killer because it wasn’t painful at all ! The best clinic I’ve been. I will go again if I have some problems someday :)

First of all the clinic is clean and very organized by the receptionist. She knows her job very well. She dealt with all documents I need and information for my claim..I usually go to the dentist back in my country but in this situation, I cannot travel I would say in Dubai is not that bad..The cleaning was very painful and after you still feel something on your teeth. I cannot blame the doctor for that probably this is how she does her thing..You have a lot of parking lots.

I have recently had an implant with Dr. Wael. Before I decide to go to ADMC, I visited a couple of dentists in Dubai to get more opinions. Dr. Wael was the only one to explain the process so well and he was very clear to what he will do. After the implant surgery I had absolutely no pain or any kind of discomfort. There was no bone breaking, comparing to suggestions of other doctors and the surgery couldnt go smoother. Despite it is slightly more expensive than others, when the time comes to do the surgery and you hear the doctor saying bring the blade no. 5, then you know you have come to the best.

I went to this dental center primarily because of my teeth problem regarding fixing of my old filling and some sensitivity. I would say that the clinic is very clean, hygienic and I like the ambiance. The dental instruments are properly sanitized. Moreover, from all the staff of AMDC, I like their professionalism and teamwork. I met Dr. Wael, he is professional and has great dental skills. He advised me to have dental veneers and he made me feel at ease during the procedure. From the first visit till my next visit, I felt comfortable and I loved the result. Dr Wael and his team are fantastic. My teeth were completely destroyed due to my previous dentist.So on google my dad had just stumbled upon this dental center and we were nervous, but Dr Wael changed all of that.He has this magic in his hands where everything is so smooth and perfect. I had a emergency for a root canal, I was flying the next morning. I was lucky to find the doctor, who in 1 hour of pain free dental care sent me happily on my way. It has been 4 days and still no pain in the 4 roots he removed and my teeth are fine. I highly reccomend American Health and Dental Care to anyone, everytime!! The doctor was very pleasant and was very concerned to ensure I had no pain.

I had a bone graph and four implants put in on Dec. 5 in Kuwait. Between the 5th and the 12th of December my wound had to be closed 3 times. Thursday night, December 12th I was flying into Dubai and my sutures ruptured again. I made it to the hotel and started trying to find an emergency dental hospital. I reached the Dr. and he met me at his office early the next morning on his day off. Unbelievable but true. He examined me, fixed the mistakes made in Kuwait and sewed me back up. It’s now December 22 and his sutures are still holding and I’m healing. I would have paid any price for care but was shocked by how reasonable it was. Good guy, straight talker, did exactly what he said he was going to do the man earned my respect and confidence.

Delighted with my final veneers! Through years of grinding, my teeth had lost all shape and its great to have my smile back! They even have the realistic very slight imperfections of real teeth.What I like most about Dr Waels service was his honesty. Never once did I feel like I was being sold extras that I did not need, nor did he promise a quick fix.Definitely worth the investment!

Unfortunately not a good experience. Came for a check up and got dropped for whitening which I didn’t actually wanted. Shallow check up without a scan. When complaining for pain during whitening a nurse would say she can’t see anything. Had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Other two teeth done.

I removed one of wisdom teeth few days back.Dr. Wael took literally less than 5 mins to take it out, and it was quite tricky one. It had long root and came out side scratching my cheek inside. No bleeding for long time, no swelling at all, and the most importantly no pain. When I came out from the operation, everything I needed was already prepared (like documents to claim) staffs checked some extra informations for me, and they are super nice and friendly😍maybe you can do cleaning or whitening in other places and think they are good, but I can guarantee you that you would never go back to any place after you experience American medical & clinic centre.

I had a great experience in this beautiful clinic with Dr, wael that was so amazing dealing with my case that I was in more than 2 clinics in Dubai and could not fine out the issue.Dr. Wael found and fixed the issue in less than hour and almost no pain which is an other point, the product he is using is American product and 100% original and anyone can feel the difference. I would also suggest the mount wash in pinkish colour ( I forgot the name 🙂) but Im sure you will find it there and only there, super magical product specialy for a sensitive gum.I promised Dr. Wael to do a Hollywood smile long ago but due to the very less free time I get I could not make is till now however Im still on my word and wont choose any other place.Not to forget the staff that are amazing and super helpful 👍🔝Thank you AMDC Dubai and see you soon

Its hard to find a dentist that can help you get over your fear of dentists!! I was so scared and had a few dental issues, but dr. Wael always calmed me down and has looked after my teeth for the past 3 years!! I have now finished the implant, he informed me of every step along the way X-rays and follow ups, brilliant care and thank you, if you need a caring dentist this is the place to come!

I rarely post reviews but I will make an exception for AMDC. I wanted to start an orthodontic treatment and I went to that clinic. Initially I wanted to start Invisalign treatment and even though the clinic officially works with them, I ended up with EON aligners which I found afterwards.My case is a bit more complex and instead of offering me other alternative (e.g. lingual braces, ceramic braces) Ive been given a list to sign at my 3rd visit with results that CANT be achieved in my case. The list was handwritten on a piece of paper which looked quite unprofessional to me.Also, there was slight change of what Ive been told at the beginning. For example my midline is off and Ive been told that after the treatment it will be centered. Afterwards Ive been told it will just slightly move but will be far away from whats supposed to be.Considering all of this Ive decided to cancel the treatment at the very beginning of the process.The dentist at the clinic promised me to cooperate for at least partial refund of what I have already paid and transfer me to an orthodontist. After a few weeks it was clear that I wont get anything back. Ive lost 8k AED and my time. Currently, Im also experiencing some enamel problems thanks to the IPR they did.So if you have any minor problem that requires teeth alignment they can help you there, but if your case is a bit more complicated I would strongly recommend you to find a real orthodontist somewhere else.

I have been here twice for wisdom tooth extraction...I had amazing experience both times...Dr. Wael is absolutely professional and very nice person at the same time..it took just few minutes to get it done with almost no pain and never any infection afterwards...If you look for great dentist this is the right place for you.

I was never comfortable with dental procedures – took it as necessary pain in emergency situations (broken tooth, intense pain etc). In one of those situations I happened to be in Dubai with an intense tooth pain and I had to find a dentist who I could trust. After a few days of research I decided to visit AMDC and to my relief, Dr. Wael turned out exactly the dentist I was looking and hoping for. He and his team are highly-skilled professionals who took care of me on every step of the way – from booking an appointment to the dental procedures themselves to following-up if everything is fine a few days later. The clinic is well-equipped and conveniently-located in Dubai Healthcare City. During my first visit, Dr. Wael diagnosed that my intense pain is caused by an infection and we need to do an endodontic surgery. While it sounded absolutely terrifying to me, Dr. Wael and his team did it at such a professional level, that after that I felt I could trust them with anything. I came back after in a year to improve my other teeth – almost the entire mouth actually. We decided to go with veneers – Dr. Wael created the smile design, adjusted the bite, straightened the teeth so they would be like they are supposed to. I am very happy with the process and the result. I feel like I found the dentist who I can trust and I recommend American Medical & Dental Center to anyone who is looking for an emergency dental treatment or a cosmetic improvement of their smile.

I know how hard can be to find a good dentist. Doctor Wael and his whole clinic is the best i have ever been. I did teeth whittening and 2 teeth crowns 2 years ago. After amazing experience and great result I decided to do the implant with Dr. Wael as well bcs i know he will do great job! I already went to the clinic to start the process for tooth implant and everything is going great, without any pain and complications. From the clinic i get always excellent service from all the staff. Today wasnt differnt. When i come for the check up for my implant, doctor fixed broken part of my tooth as well and cleaned them for me as a really nice gesture. I always leave the clinic feeling very happy! And I can not forget about lovely receptionist as well that always takes care of your appointments. I can only recommend AMDC clinic!

Excellent service from all at AMDC. After losing part of my tooth and feeling very upset about this, Dr Wael provided me with a service that left me feeling very happy and confident again. Unlike some clinics I have visited, it can very much be about getting the most money from the patient. Dr Wael advised me on what to do like I was a member of his family. I most definitely felt like my needs were put first, rather than money. I would recommend AMDC to anyone who wants to be given a top star treatment.

It has nothing to do with american...the dentist Dr. Wael is under-qualified (prescribed a drug that does not exist!!!) and reception has no clue what to do? he just brought a certificate from US without any real qualifications!! imagine waiting 1.5 hours!!!! After years of deliberation on the topic of veneers I decided to take the plunge and have veneers fitted. Not before I researched Dubai and UK dentists and attended a few consultations to see what dentist I should start this process with. You hear horror stories on what could happen if you choose the wrong dentist who isn’t qualified to do the dental work and I didn’t want that to happen to me. After attending 3 different dental consultations with other dentists, all with varied solutions for me. I booked an appointment for a consultation at the American Medical and Dental Center in health care city. My Consultation was with DR Wael, he gave me options that were non- abrasive to my teeth and appearance pleasing and less costly like teeth whitening. By recommending this it reassured me that he wasn’t trying to sell everything to me, which can happen in Dubai. It showed me he cared about me as a patient and he wanted the best for me without costing me lots of money and unnecessary pain. By doing this it made me know he was a genuinely dentist and person that he wanted what was best for me. I explained it was dream of mine to have a nice smile as I have always been conscious of my teeth since having an accident which caused trauma to my 2 front teeth which have root canals. He assured me my teeth were in good condition and I could choose non- abrasive methods if I wish. I opted for veneers, Dr. Wael recommend 10 veneers for my top teeth and just whitening for my bottom teeth as he assured me my bottom teeth there was no need for veneers. Again, this showed me how genuinely he was by recommend this to me, as he could have sold top and bottom to me if he only cared about the money side. He obviously cared about me as a patient and the results for me. I took his advice and started the process of 10 veneers for my top teeth, Dr. Wael was amazing through the whole process by making me feel comfortable and generally caring if I was in pain or had any discomfort during the fitting. I highly recommend Dr Wael and his team they made this experience for me so much more comfortable as I knew there would be some pain and discomfort involved in the process. They assured me and supported me through everything which made me less anxious during my fitting. I’m so happy with my results it has honestly gave me a reason to smile now as before I never wanted to show my teeth. Great staff, very Experienced Doctor.I came here to do Invisalign, which is my teeth abit difficult case, but the nurse doing it patiently and try to get accurate measure of my teeth, so that ill get perfect result. Highly Recommended.

After 3 years of searching for a really good dentist in Dubai Ive finally found one. Dr. Baydoun at The AMDC is by far the best dentist Ive ever had. Ive tried a couple of other dentist in Dubai and just wasnt getting the right dental care. I did my research and talked with a lot of locals and the majority referred me to AMDC. Its located right in Dubai Healthcare City, 2 blocks down the street from The American Hospital. The clinic is close to DXB airport and a lot of hotels are within walking distance. Perfect for those coming to Dubai for medical tourism and locals looking for a top notch dentist. Friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended.
