Great dr and great staff , couldn’t ask for a better dentist. One issue go there with a book dr’s never on time (except to wait 40 min to a1hr).

I cant be more thankful to have such professional and experienced dentists in such a lovely place as Dr Aburas clinic.

Good doctors technically, good results on teeth, though not professional! Doctors chatting and doing admin work while patients waiting to see them ( with appointment)! Also they decided to change an appointment i took 3 weeks ago without even calling and informing me! Never going there ago, no respect to patients!

Great impression: professional personnel, caring and with attention to detail.I was very stressed about the visit to the dentist but Dr. Claudia was amazing.I had a root canal treatment but it was really painless. This helped not only to fix the issue but also to overcome my fear of the visit to the dentist, so I will definitely go back for teeth cleaning and polishing.They also work with my medical insurance for direct payment, but I would say that even without insurance, their service is affordable and really a “must try” in my opinion.

I visited Dr. Alah for a cleaning and he was amazing! I mentioned that I was interested in aligners I really wish I could have continued my services with him alone as he was very prompt and professional. I took his recommendation and visited Dr. Salma for an aligner appointment (Feb 1st) and I was told that I would be contacted back within a week to come see my photos and my alignment plan after paying a 1000AED 3D photo fee. It’s now been 2 weeks later and I have called the office twice with no response back from Dr. Salma or the other front desk representatives. This is very unprofessional as I have already spent my money with this office and I now wish I would have taken my business elsewhere.If you like prompt responses and trust that a business will honor their promises to you, I don’t recommend Dr. Salma.

The story started when I started to treat my teeth in different clinic and already I have paid 4500aed,some of my friends recommended me to come to Abu ras then I started All over as I said if its good as they said it worth to lose some money to get good results,What happened then:All at the beginning was good I have paid most of the money over, then I started to have pain in the same area again!I been trying almost 2 months now 4 times in total 6 times over the phone I been Al ways on waiting list minimum I spend one hour and a half waiting and nothing, as they think people has nothing to do just to wait for thier mercy as Im not working as well.Every time I ask to come as I have pain and I cant handle it the same answer I get come and we gonna Squeezes you between Patients as Im getting treated for free(what Im asking always just give me an appointment as normal patient and I want to have my time like other and respect to talk to all is very nice all very kind but I feel they dont take me seriousNot recommend if I could rate you 0 I would love to do but theres not7.5k I paid and same pain remaining and then I get bad treatment and attitude from some Drs and some treating good but no actionsI CAN GO TO OPEN A CASE AS THE MAIN ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED AND GET MY MONEY BACK BUT I WILL NOT DO IT AS IT DOESNT WORTH I JUST GONNA BE YOU WORST FEED BACK
