The Doctor and the Nurse kept conversing on personal matters non-stop during the entire procedure! How can they get concentration on the work?! Also, in a professional workplace the staff should be instructed to converse in Internationally accepted English language.

The treatment was good as well as the doctor. But when it came to billing they had already collected a token amount of 50dhs beforehand saying it would be deducted when the procedure is complete and later they did not acknowledge that payment and charged us on the whole including the 50dhs and not deducting it as promised.We felt deceived when they did that and highly disappointed with their explanation and behaviour!
