Here are my teeth after going to this location for tartar and dental cleaning. I am very disappointed in the service of the doctor. he makes me quickly sloppy and painful. In less than 5 minutes he was done with my teeth. Its been about 20 days now, my teeth are still numb and have an unpleasant odor. I hope you work with your heart. The doctor is really sloppy, no mind.

Poor service and knowledge about dental care . I suffered almost 1 year because after dental sergery from this clinic and God knows if they sterlize their instruments as per dubai heath guidelines

5 stars just for the fact thay dont have consultation charges! Just straight up fees for the work they have done, which in itself is quite affordable. I usually go there for filings and old crown re-cementing.Recently got my wisdom tooth removed in a pain free treatment, which was done within minutes. Good Job Dr. Okba Butt!

I hope there was an option of not giving a star , my wife had a severe pain and we thought of visiting this clinic since it was near to our house, the owner who also claims to be dentist with 23 years of experience is a good businessman but not a good dentist it seems. Instead of treating her pain issue which was related to tooth decay and root canal, he did gum surgery which wasn’t required at all. But just to keep us in loop to visit him again, he suggested for root canal after the gum surgery, so that he can earn more money for *the real problem*. Even after X-ray he could not prioritize what is important and let the patient suffer with pain.Well thanks to *Elegant Dental Clinic* in quasis. The doctor there was so kind and polite. The doctor at elegant dental clinic prioritized her service at such affordable price, gave complete time and care and guess what without any medications, they treated my wife’s pain so smoothly unlike Royal dental clinic which suggested my wife to take heavy medication of antibiotics which weren’t needed and made my wife feel drowsy.Well certainly, Royal dental clinic will not agree with my review just like it doesn’t agree with other patients who have put their honest reviews , Therefore guys, be vigilant to visit this clinic.

I highly recommend royal dental clinic, Dr.Okba butt is Pakistani and Canadian citizen and he is the best dentist I ever visited.I had a wisdom tooth which was paining me a lot, actually, I was recommended to dr okba by another dentist. I had no pain during the removal and after the treatment. The other good thing is I paid 3 times less then other clinics. I strongly recommend DR. Okba and royal dental clinic.

My advice to everyone would be never to go to this clinic! This damage and pain cause by there lies has been unimaginable. I paid for a root canal which was never giving to me. The doctor lied to me and told me that he had preformed a root canal only to find out from a real professional doctor in London that there was no root canal performed on my teeth. He lied to me and took my money, not only that he will attempt to push you for treatment which you dont need like whitening and crowns only to try to extract more money out of you. Terrible service, horrible clinic I honestly hope that karma pays them back for what they did to me.

Disgusting service ever. Literally a doctor in the cover of a money looter. Instead of treating your problem he will do other service and keep u in loop to offer the real service in next appointment so that he can charge extra. He will write u unnecessary medicines as well. A pure looter and not a doctor.

Ive been here in this clinic and it was very great experience. Doctor and nurse was very helpful and accomodating. Not only took care of my teeth but also they educate me on why they are doing certain procedure. They give quality services. I recommend this clinic to all my friends. 👍👍👍👍

The best dentist I have ever been to. Thanks to my friend who recommend this clinic. I had to have an emergency root canal and Dr. was so patient and helpful. I wasnt even a regular patient, but he was very thorough and explained all the procedures and answered all my questions to help me in my panic mode. You can bet I am now his regular patient, me and my family actually. This is the 1st time I have written a review and clearly this place deserves 5 stars! The clinic per se wasnt that big, but it creates a relaxing ambience. Dr. Okba and his nurse Roslyn has been very professional yet personable and really care about their patients. Thumbs up! 👍

When I needed to remove my bad tooth and I know it’s a complicated removal, I started to contact almost all the clinics in the area around me and my old clinic. Everyone gave me a ridiculous prices which I need to sell my kidney to afford it. But I was amazed when I heard so affordable price from the Royal Dental Clinic.I hesitated a bit before I go but once I met Dr Okba and I realised that he knows what he is doing - from my medical experience - I didn’t feel the complexity of the surgery as he did it very professionally. Highly recommended and trustworthy.The clinic is so simple.Finally I found my new dentist.

This not Dental Clinic, this Trading shop he only want to you to pay money and he only think how to get money from you,,, doesnt matter how to solve your problem just trying to offer you extra unnecessary things to earn money from you ...and after i finish i start feeling pain again because he didnt fix it correctly and i went to another doctor.... The worst doctor I seen. first of all i went there when I have a tooth pain and doctor told me you need root treatment will cost you AED 600 and you need to pay now AED 300 before we start (I did that and paid the said amount) after that in second session He couldnt find my file even ( not organized at all, even the nurse it was there in first visit only after that his alone and cant do everything by himself!!!). in 3rd session he asked me to pay the remaining amount of AED 300 before he start the work (I did that also). Here more worse scenario is coming, I surprised that theres an offer the same treatment what Im having is cost only AED 380 (which is almost 40% discount from what I paid) and after he finish the tooth and fill it up im really not comfortable with what he did (even his explanation to me is ZERO), still I have the same pain, tooth with cracks, not closed properly, when I asked for the offer to get refund for this discount he refused and come up with some fake story ( at least because I need to go to another doctor and pay more money to fix what this doctor cant do). Im not feeling sad because of the money only (which is my right to ask for it) but im very upset from the way how he treat me and the way how he fill it up and close my tooth.Highly NOT Recommended to anyone, please have a look for another doctor who can treat you well even if you will pay more and to be more honest with his patients

This is my third visit in this clinic for this year. And i cant help my self but to give this clinic a rockstar review. This was one of the most efficient doctors appointment ive ever had. Very friendly staff and compassionate doctor and nurse. Thumbs up to Nurse roselyn who is very friendly and entertaining. This should be the future of dental care. Quick, informative and very proffesional dental service. I surely will recommend this to all my relatives and friends...

It was so pathetic experience to consult with this dentists seriously he ruined my teeths, now after his treatment i continuously feeling more pain and sensitivity, and he is like money making machine
