I had consulted Dr. Sajeela , dermatologist for my 9 years old daughter. Meds prescribed by doctor started creating rashes , burning sensation accross the face of my daughter after applied as per doctors suggestion. She stopped applying the medicine and we consulted another doctor. We are shocked to hear that medicine prescribed by Dr. Sajeela is for mature skin and not for children and is very very irresponsible from Dr. Sajeelas side to prescribe the medicine. I am advising everybody to avoid this doctor.

Your insurance desk is not good. Seems like they don’t care. Simple blood test approval takes long time. They should not wait until we ask them to do follow up on insurance.

Consult with gynecologist Kirthi Menon , had very bad experience. She is like murmuring about patients with Nurse , kind of bullying. After consultation also she didn’t give the proper guidance. Bindu ammini was better..

Please from my experience I’m writing this. If anybody is facing balance issues, the best doctor I recommend Dr. Abdul Sattar ENT Specialist, he is professional and he knows how to do the treatment for that illness. I have been gone to my home town and did so many tests and treatment and had lots of medication however no better results. One of my colleague recommended Dr. Abdul Sattar and he exactly diagnosed my problem and treated me. Now I’m feeling better.Also, I need to mention one more thing, the staffs are friendly manner and even the clinic ambiance also really good.

Visited the Ophthalmologist Dr. Baskher for a conjunctivitis problem.Before seeing the doctor, the process from the Reception, checking the vitals and visiting the GP doctor for a referral was very quick, systematic and highly professional.Comparing to the other clinics like Aster and NMC, the services and hospitality of Al Noor staff members were excellent and comfortable. There is uniformity in the behavior of the staff members which shows they are well trained. Highly recommended!!!

Worst patient experience I ever had , had to wait 2 hours just to see doctor.Went to see ENT doctor Dr. Sathar, very arrogant and mocked us when we tried telling him about how long we had to wait and again asked us to wait again so that he could go for a 10 minute walk in between consultationThen why did they call us in, in the first place.The Manager can be seen running around everywhere and when we asked as to how long we have to wait, he told us the very next patient is us and then calls in 2 other patients before us.Will never recommend this place to anyone, and when we walked out after cancelling our appointment, the receptionist dint even have the basic courtesy to ask us as to why we are cancelling appointment( probably its quite common over here)

Waiting here for 2+ hours for my turn to see the eye specialist. This place is so unorganized and they send In people of their preference in between patients. Very very unprofessional and badly mismanaged clinic. After complaining I’m told that it will take more time. Just frustrating.

I went to abeer al noor polyclinic last saturday and visited the dermatologist Dr. Sajeela Rashed for hair treatment ... It was my worst experience with a dermatologist i have ever met.She was in a hurry and she ddnt give any treatment at all... Also insisted me to take the hair treatment package..i was surprised when in the reception they said that they will do blood test only if i take pacakge..i will never recommend this doctor to any one because it is a wastage of time... This will help somebody who dont want to waste time going there to ser the dermatologist...

Experience with dental Dr. Sulu Faisia is very bad.... These type of doctors only need money, but doesnt care for their patients. Please suggest good dental doctors in UAE, who really is sincere in their job. Dental consultation is very critical as it is not easy to stop the consultation in between and switch to another doctor.

Woest service ever . ..between 2 patient s 1 hour gap....no use of taking appointmentEven after that....visit dr. Sajeela ...which is more concerned about insurance instead of patients....we are sharing same insurance but for one patient its its allowed to take sugar check but not for other...just bcoz not same age ...dont hv diabetes...so without having diabetes we cant check weather we have it or not and that was also after 3 monthsSkin ointment is there available in insurance but she wants to wait for 2 weeksPatient was suffering from pain ...not available in noor clinic dr. Already left ...so went in other clinic...where they confirmed infections...so wrote some test which were allowed in insurance so nextday went noor clinic waited for 2 hours ...and after she said no need of these tests ,if u want u hvto pay ..but same tests were free for other patients which hv same insurance...in which diabetics test was also mentioned, when asked she said u are not that sick ....u are not that aged ...will insurance people reduced the amount of insurance on that basis...they are charging same amount...then why u hv problem....just trying to misguided patient...supporting ur management....giving excuses now insurance people become more strictNever visit this clinic where too much time waste u suffer a lot and in the last not proper treatmentNot even ready to give single star ,,if possible less than zero i will give

Not advisable to visit the clinic and specially the dental department , after raising a concern about the quality of treatment by Dr.Sulu Faisia from dental department was least bothered and surprisingly the clinic couldn’t resolve the issue even after Multiple promises and reminders. Dr. Sulu faisia (dentist) is really a bad doctor, doesnt wait for the approval and treats and says its not covered you have to pay full amount....I asked her to wait for the approval to come but she said it will be approved.....now its not covered and she called and said that we will adjust it on any other teeth which is not treated with her.....no ethics.... personally called and told me that she knows what to do with me..... I dont know what she meant.......she shouted on the phone too...worst doctor I have ever seen.......Edited on 25/1/2021My treatment started 15 days before,And as you replied here I have not been given ANY free treatment till now....I have already paid 130 AED,and u told me to pay again 165 AED, IF TREATMENT COMPLETED!!!!!!!!!!!!Just making people misunderstanding the situation.....I am still on my pain, and no one has ressolved the issue.... Treatment is still left incompleted.The manager Mr.Sajan and customer care ms.gill called and assured me that they will confirm a booking with another Dr. Shaheen and call me back,After 8 days ,now they are saying that only Dr. Sulu can fix the problem, no other dr can....If Dr.Sulu goes for a leave, or if she resigns what will the patients do????? Request not to visit Dr. Sulu Faisal , Our family friend has been treated very badly also she is not professional . These kind of doctors attitude and unprofessionalism should be reported to DHA .I suggest you should not hold these kind of doctors which will impact your policlinic reputation.Clinic not advisable to visit .

Heath sector should not count as a profit oriented money making institutions but it should give priority to a service oriented organisation. But in the case history of Abeer Al Noor Polyclinic it is merely a profit oriented business firm. Some official of this clinic are not meeting the norm of service to the patients but finding ways how to run the clinic profitable are their motto.Dr. Sulu Faisia is one among those are in favour of the clinic finding ways and means how to mislead the innocent patients and satisfy the management. She sometimes rudely behave with her patients and dare to challenge her revenge her patients in an unprofessional manner.Better if Abeer Al Noor Polyclinic Management pay attention in this context.

I underwent dental treatment recently here with Dr. Sulu. She counselled me on the prognosis .Even though I was panic about the procedure, she did it with utmost care. Thanks for the service..

Never will I ever recommend the Pediatrician Dr. Prashant. Sorry to say he is more scared than the patient. I faced 2 incidents. One is to pierce my friends daughters ears, he was so scared to handle the baby like a mouse had jumped on to his body. Second when she was having a flue due to climate change he insisted us to do a Covid test just for the temperature being at 38.2. The medicine he proscribed even gave the child rashes, had to go for a second opinion. They changed the antibiotic and it was all fine.if you love your child please don’t consult him.

Dr Suriya, General Practitioner is the best doctor I had ever met. She is very patient, and listened about my problems very carefully. She is very concerned about the patients health. She is very kind and friendly. I am very much pleased by her treatment.

Very bad We visited Dr. Prashanth, pediatrician to consult my daughter for her vaccination and taking an advise for her speech problem..… we feel he doesnt know how to treat kids and their parents, firstly he questioning us for the delay of vaccination and he doesnt refer to vaccination, telling us to come gain after some days.He didnt consult or advice anything, for my child for her delay of speech , secondly we dont understand why he didnt prescribed for vaccination, this has been already delayed.. behaving very strange.In this covid situation, without any reason, telling us, to come back again for vaccination, what behavior it is ?

Dr Aswathy vajith is Freindly down to earth, professional and updated. She explains in detail about the condition from the root, its treatment ,prognosis and gives us the best care a doctor can ever give...am cent percent satisfied with her treatment n approach to the patient care...

I cant really think of ant way to improve.Dr Moidu has always been amazing and I keep returning because of him its been more than 6 yrs.He is very friendly and patient, listens to any questions and concerns.I like lab service too as I always request lab result through mails, I need not to remind them. I receive my reports within promised time.

As a first time patient, I was not even ask for my details like the usual protocol...bp, height, weight, etc After seeing the doctor, I was asked to submit for lab. They also have an unorganized system. Until now I am waiting for a call for my lab results but not received any at all. I will never visit this clinic again and of course will not recommend it to anyone.

Be ready to wait for hours. When calling prior , they dont accept appointments for General Practitioners. Though there is a token system, they seem to let last minute walk-ins to go before the ones waiting in the queue. Not sure about the purpose of tokens and queueing.

Really bad experience faced by my sister. She consulted Dr. Sulu, dentist and first they said it is covered under insurance and later they denied the same.

Hi, I visited The ENT Specialist Dr. Abdul Sattar. Excellent doctor. For years I suffered with a Sinus problem and many doctors treated me with Antibiotics. When I came to Dr Abdul Sattar, he was smiling and very courteous. He patiently listened to all my symptoms and problems and he was the only dr who did an Endoscopy and also made me take a facial Xray which showed the entire problem of Sinus. He said I may have to undergo surgery but first he tried with antibiotics and I was totally healed. I have been free of Sinus for last one year and never got even a cold inspite of change in weather or even enjoying ice cream. Will recommend him to everyone. Thank you Dr. Abdul Sattar. Dr Prashanth is too good .i always go there if my son is sick. But yesterday I visited the clinic .His temperature was too high .We always consult the same doctor for last two years and the man who stands in the reception told that token is closed at 7.30 and Dey cannot give token as doctor is sick .i tried to explain my situation and he was telling he cannot give token and when I told the temperature he is not ready to hear that.So I talked one of the nurse and helped me in checking the temp and talked to doctor and got the token As for the dr Prashanth we can rate 5 star but how rudely the man in the reception told sorry I can’t do anything .we were really thinking how they are treating the people with sick who is running to the clinic for emergency was really too bad . as a clinic please take care of your patients ..please take this issue seriously

Good Clinic , good staff . But the ENT doctor asked my daughter a 1000 questions like a quick fire round impatiently . Told us whatever we already knew and to our surprise he even suggested back whatever we told him. He had no opinion what so ever . Not being rude here . But we could have saved some time and money by google searching the issue.

The New ENT specialist Dr.Abdussathar here is very good.A negative review by Daisy nelson was regarding a former doctor. The new doctor is from Manipal University, India. The clinic has a friendly atmosphere and the staff provided an excellent service. I found the ENT department is also totally updated with new facilities.

I visited today to this clinic to see internal medicine . I don’t understand why they don’t have an appointment system . They have to understand the people waiting for 2 to 3 hours to see patients are not a customer they are patients with issues. It will be great if you could introduce appointment system .

Had got a dental procedure done , filling of a tooth, was charged 500/- cash after a week the filling came off ., visited again to show , was just cleaned a temporary filling done , was told if it comes out again , need to do root canal, which came out after a week again. . so the filling amount 500 was wasted, did not want to waste time and money again , so never visited again .

Horrible!!!! I had visited Dr. Prashanth paediatrician to consult my son for cough and cold.. no smile, doesnt interact well, doesnt know how to talk to a 4 year old kid, very mediocre doctor and above that cold has not reduced even after 5 days of antibiotics... pls spare urself.

Went to dental doctor bcoz of thooth ache. He suddenly took x-ray to check. I don’t know why they are very interested to take x-ray even they know that I don’t have insurance. Beware

ZERO STAR !! I just dont recommend this clinic.1. Receptionist Emil said I could just walk in as I visited to get a sick letter. But Dr. Geetha wanted me to get out and follow token whereas no token was issued. When I pointed out communication gap between reception and Dr, Dr was in brilliant refusal mode. Instead blamed me that I did not communicate correctly at reception. Mistakes do happen, admitting it and saying will improve, will impress people. But refusing mistake that too by a Doctor is a disease to hospital.2. I had to go for second opinion just for flu. Yes just flu. Thanks to Dr. Geetha. I asked for DHA sick leave letter for current date and next date. But she found me amazingly fit to even jog to work. I then consulted Dr in another clinic. He found I am infected with influenza flu. My leaves would have been unpaid leaves and I would have been left un-diagnosed for another one week and additional consulting charges if Dr. Geetha had to find this.3. I observed the clinic network is growing with opening of new branch. And I could not find any option for customer feedback or complaints redresal. High time for management to act about it.

Before coming to the clinic I was going through reviews and was in doubt but came because this is the nearest clinic, must say reception team is very good and Dr Moidu is a very nice doctor.

I booked appointment for dental doctor vajeeha March 4 2020 time 5.30pm I reached 5.25 but doctor didnt come until 6pm....shame on your punctual professionals.... Someone called my mobile after 6.05pm and asked... You left... Can we call next patient.... Shame on your ethics not feel sorry even.... I will refer the incident to Dubai customers rights.... Lets highlight the negative practices....

Very bad, it was mentioned on roll up banner that no waiting time and I can get token through whatsapp. I have sent all the details, patient name was asked then there was no response at all, still had to wait for hours to see the doctor

Zero Star.i visited today 19-06-2018(Between 2 pm to 4 pm)Unprofessional reception administration and nurses management.This is my second and last visit.Never recommend to anyone.In the reception 3 female staffs and 1 male staff was there.The mail staff was busy with his sons typing center documents related things and he went out to submit some documents in the typing center in between the duty.Other female staff was talking loudly about some of her friend cooked beef and she is going to eat after duty.Other two female staffs were just hearing some Malayalam songs in the mobile.Always having problems with insurance policy for most of the patients.My insurance company doesnt have tie up with this clinic.I did not know that.The reception staffs were not able to identify that.They were calling to some other numbers to rectify it since they were thinking it is a system issue or some thing like that.it look more than a hour.The funny thing is,the female staff was suggesting me to pay the amount without insurance coverage and ask HR to refund that.At last i decided to pay full amount by using my friends credit card.Credit card pin number was saved in my mobile.My bad luck, phone got switched of that time due to low battery.I asked the reception staff to assist with any mobile charger.They did not hear that.They were still busy with their extra activities.So i told them i am going back to my room and will be back with ATM pin number.They said OK.climate was so hot outside and i am sick too..I came to room and returned to the clinic and paid full and got sick certificate also..........By writing a long story like this i just want to tell to all visitors of the clinic about the bad behavior of the staffs and unprofessional reception management since they are in health care field and they need to pay more attention about the patients.I do not have any personal issue with this clinic and hope the clinic management will take necessary actions to serve the patients better.Thank you

I visited abeer Alnoor clinic this month with severe diarrhoea and high grade fever and I was advised iv fluid and inj for the same by the dr .. was sent to treatment room... the nurses in the treatment room was really unprofessional and it didn’t look like a treatment room and staff there was really behaving very unprofessionally and didn’t bother abt my bad condition and just asked me to lie down ,then said to sit and the nurses were infact communicating themselves saying ,not aware where the medicines are kept and also they are laughing and enjoying and no seriousness for their profession and no care for the patients...dr.geetha who I visited was really good considerate and so caring and the next day when I visited she infact accompanied me and made all arrangements with out any delayOnce more I’m informing the concerned pls do take things seriously as nurses there are truely not working for the clinci or the patients.. patients are not given any importance in the treatment room ...nurses were not at all professional and not duty oriented..
