They did an excellent job on my tooth brace remove, cleaning, polishing, and Essix retainer.Front desk: when I call for an inquiry, they were so friendly, even my English is not very well they still explained very carefully, and also directly ask the doctor to speak to me, made me feel that be taken seriously.Environment: super tidy, the most important is they do have background music, light and soothing.Treatment: Dr. Shams Tabrez Siddiqui asked me about my condition, then propose options, also explain the difference, flow up plan, you will know whats the professional means. Clinics reception is quite cooperative and quick in response. Immediately on demand she checked whether insurance is covering a particular treatment or not. Few other things also went smooth like that... Overall experience was good with the entire team of Clove dental clinic.......

The place is bit expensive though, having all the specialties under 1 single roof. For me 2-3 specialty doctors discussed the case how they are going to proceed one after the other. Very well planned sequence of treatments to ensure the time efficiency. Everything is as was told and I expected.

Date : 15.03.2021The Worst Experience I got from a Dubai Based Medical Facility in my 6 years of being in Dubai ! (HAD TO ABANDON THE APPOINTMENT !!!!!)DOESNT EVEN DESERVE 1 STARSo I went to do scaling and polishing my teeth, called this dental surgery in the afternoon and got an appointment at 6 pmI was 15 minutes early since theres documentation to be done,Documentation done !And since then my whole experience and the first impression of CLOVE DENTAL started falling APART !!!There was no efficiency with the appointment booking since the staff let a south east asian couple in who came after me to sit in the dental surgery chair.And then I can see the doctor was busy discussing with two then arrived middle eastern looking men for FIFTY THOUSAND MINUTES !!!I was waiting for more than an hour for my turn to get my teeth scaled and polishedGod Knows what was so important than my prebooked appointment !!This Head Doctor needs to learn a thing or two about respecting patients and customers and he needs to teach the staff about efficiency.They did one thing right though ! Giving the worst first impression ever !!Will never go back to this placeAnd I DESERVE A PERSONAL APOLOGY FROM WHOEVER THE HEAD DOCTOR IS !!!If you want to waste your time you can go to this dental !Not recommending to anyone at all !!!

I have tried 2 different places for my dental treatment in Dubaithe dentist in the 1st clinic was not (dont understand) able to properly treat the particular tooth , may be because of lack of experience or he couldnt understand the issue.the 2nd clinic had issues with the dental material used for me , crown quality, cementation material etcbased on my experience from the all 3 facilities I can say Clove Dental Clinic for the same dental treatments proved to be way better than last 2 clinics.good luck to the team !!

It was super random when I walked in to Clove Dental Clinic because of tooth pain and normal cleaning of teeth. I easily found the place because of landmark Millennium Plaza hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road. It was random and without appointment therefore had to wait for little bit time with Coffee. Receptionist arranged an expert consultation meanwhile and within 15-20 minutes doctor arrived and started consultation. The pain was in wisdom tooth as I expected because it was hurting the other one. Doctor suggested me to remove and since then its relief for me. Dr Mukhallat Qazi did a great job thank you doctor

I cannot appreciate more the doctors, for their tremendous job and service. Especially Dr Sajida for my smile transformation. Dr Qazi did a great job in handling wisdom tooth infection and pain management. Procedure was smooth & after healing Dr Sajida worked on shades and shapes for my smile. The confidence Dr Sajida showed while explaining to me about the procedure like no. of sessions, duration, before & after. All that really put me at ease. Whilst consultation for full mouth oral rehabilitation she got me the chance to have a look at the patients she treated before and all those videos in patients own words were as satisfying as I myself am in their place. Along with high level of professionalism, lots of artistic work was done as it takes dedicated hours of sitting in the chair depending upon the sessions & skills of the experts. The entire thing was crafted very nicely which enhanced not only the smile but overall look of my face. Much appreciate and thank you guys for making me photogenic :D

Visited this clinic at the time of dental emergency when I broke my lower jaw left side tooth. Because of intolerable pain in the tooth and its sharp end it was cutting my gum & tongue. Sensitivity at certain point became another issue, I needed to see the expert at priority. Luckily we found this clinic around 8 oclock was about to close for the day. I went to Clove Dental clinic for my daughters teeth extraction...she had 4 milk teeth loose but werent falling for many months...so decided to get then extracted. And to my surprise my daughter did not experience any pain at all despite the local injection to anaesthetise the area.Thanks a million Dr.Sajida for the fantastic job! Gap between the teeth is something none would like to have, i consulted many specialists around but the idea of alignment and veneers on, was the best suggested by Dr shams. Veneers not only covered the gap, also its so natural looking and perfect according to my face structure.

Dentist was needed for my kid as its really difficult to handle a kid, understand, study, diagnose, treat and do everything required, coz sometimes kid gets scared, not comfortable at all if they dont either of the parent with them. Would say not every doctor has this quality of handling kid patient, seriously. its really tough if you are not good with kids. I and my family including feel at home with this clinic and drs.

Always scared of going to the dentist because I’m really afraid of syringes but when I went to clove dental clinic for my extraction, I was shocked because I haven’t felt any pain and did not even knew that they have already injected me anesthesia. There is a certain gel that they are putting first before injecting and you will feel numb. The dentist was just talking to me the whole procedure until she told me that it was already finished with comfort and painless. Now my fear of going to the dentist is gone. I will be back next week for root canal.Thank you so much guys , you are the best
