Highly recommend!! I had such a great experience at the clinic. Went in for a cavity filling that was causing a lot of pain. Dr.Vinothini was so sweet! She is very friendly and answered all my questions, explained everything so well, very gentle with the tools too. They stayed back late in the evening just to finish my procedure. The clinic is also super clean and easy to park right outside.

I have always been scared of Dentist, I have avoided getting my procedures done all my life. But when i came to Dubai i had an emergency and it was completely new place. Then i somehow discovered Dr. Akanksha at Shine and Smile and she made it all a piece of cake. I highly recommend Dr. Akanksha for getting your veneers or actually anything dental. I actually wait for my next appointments.

Halo. I just wanna let you know, the brace that fixed by your dentist has come off again today. I am already out of Dubai, but I am very disappointed, first she wasn’t professional enough when she changed the rubber on my brackets, she had long nails and would grab my gum with her long nails and it hurt. I knew that she knew she didn’t do a good job. She kept saying sorry. I didn’t say anything, because i thought it was okay gonna be the only experience I am gonna have with you and ofcourse I decided to never gonna get your service anymore. But knowing that my bracket, comes off again today I really feel like I didn’t receive a good service. It was only 6 days. And it wasn’t a cheap service. I paid quite a lot for it. Now my tooth stands in a different direction.You better get a better dentist for brace services, or better decline any bookings for braces. If I could give you 0 star I would.

I had the best experience in this clinic! I was so afraid to see a dentist until I found this clinic. The doctor is very gentle. I was so happy with the service! I will make sure to recommend it to all my family and friends.

The management is unprofessional. My friend went for a training here and after working, they just whatsapp him not to come the next day. No explanation.Before, they said they will pay for his training BUT now they dont want to pay it anymore.Very unprofessional. It is illegal to hire someone and not process their visa and it is even more illegal not to pay for the days that he worked!

Yesterday was my first visit to the clinic for tooth pain and Dr.Akansha was very friendly, carefully diagnosing the pain suggested cavitiy filling which was done very smoothly in a short time. Highly recommended for tooth related problems!

Ive been alive 34 years come end of the month and I wish I had knownDr.Vino my entire life. She is one of the most remarkable professionals I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Her kindness is only matched by her amazing skills as a dentist.Ive always been embarrassed of the state of my teeth, esp at the dentist because in the past, they have made me feel ashamed of them.Dr.Vino did not once make me feel bad about my teeth. She encouraged me to be brave and take care of my teeth. I am so happy I listened to her and am well on my way to have not just a nice smile, but a healthy one.I can not recommend her enough.Both her and her staff are a complete pleasure.Booking is super easy via whatsapp and there is ample parking.

Excellent service, reasonable prices, highly recommend service by Dr. Akanksha.Me and my wife both went for teeth whitening, while my wife’s teeth were no problem i on the other hand couldn’t get it done due to my front two teeth’s enamel had worn away making them extremely sensitive.This explain why my teeth wear so sensitive and all the time I was going to my UK DENTIST complained about sensitive teeth he just advised me to you use sensitive toothpaste which was wasn’t the long term solution.Dr. Akanksha looked at my teeth told me the problem and gave me a solution which was to have Vaneer fitted .I can’t thank Dr. Akanksha enough firstly we only had 4 days left of our holiday so from start to finish Dr. Akanksha had managed to complete the whole process in 3 days, in normal circumstances I’m sure this would take longer.If Dr. Akanksha had a clinic in the uk I can definitely say we would both have you as our dentist.Also a special thank you to both receptionist who were very kind and helpful, I don’t know your names but thanks again for your help .

From the reception to the dentist were all accomodating. Ambience of the clinic was good and clean. As far as ive experienced in extracting my tooth, it was healed faster than i expected. Thank you Doc and to her assistant!

Doctor said its finished after putting wire and rubber on my lower teeth. Did not even clean my teeth and did not adjust the braces of my upper teet. The Dr. just said the she has no enough time to do it. Yet I was still charged in full (Aed350) and get poor service. Expensive dental clinic and low service.

Dr. Akanksha OMG! i was new and i was searching all the dental clinic and checking rates along with it , when i am stubble of so many 400 AED to 600 AED just for consultation , she done that for free , and that to i was late for my appointment and late night , she over stayed and explain me every well all the possibilities, and free of cost i cant imagine , she is the one you all go for it , explains really well and she make you understand as a patient what were you looking she will full fill it .

Shine & Smile Dental Clinic has really impressed me from the moment I walked through their doors. Upon arrival at their clinic, Louvie, their front desk staff immediately welcomed my friend and I with her warm & friendly smile. The wait was brief before meeting Dr. Akanksha and Pao. They welcomed us both and made us feel at ease during our first visit. They had to take some insurance approvals for my dental procedure though hence I had to return the following day. On the day of the procedure, Dr. Akanksha explained to me in detail what she was going to do and what I can expect from the process. She is gentle and I experienced no pain and minimal discomfort for a procedure where a high level of teeth sensitivity is to be expected. I have only good things to say about Shine & Smile Dental Clinic and will definitely recommend this to family and friends.

Such a greedy clinic, really had poor experience last week.If you have medical insurance, doctor will go mad and try its best to take out maximum of your teeth without any reason.I went there and they took 100 dirham even i had insurance and i can not give more than 20 dirham maximum for any treatment. Doctor lied me that i will get my payment back once approved by insurance but they never return my money. I filed a complain and my insurance force them to give my money back. NOTE: I never had any treatment but still they took 100 dirhams from me which is illegal.

In Dubai very hard to find professional dentist. Finally I found Dr Akanksha who is extremely accurate, extremely professional and very responsible. It’s been already two years since I’m having any kind of treatment on my teeth only under her check up. I’m super happy to find her in Dubai.

The worst experience at a dentist I have ever had and the most expensive! Went in for a general check up and clean, told them I had sensitive teeth and asked them to be gentle. The most aggressive clean I have ever had, wouldnt stop when I asked. Left half way through my appointment and wont be back.
