I was advised that I should have a baby tooth extracted. After the consultation I emphasized that I would only go ahead with the extraction if the implant was covered by my insurance. I was assured that it was fully covered and that the client had per-approval from the insurance. After going ahead with the extraction I was informed that actually the implant was only partly covered. Completely misleading communication. Now I am left without a tooth. Be warned!

Excellent experience throughout. Professional team and one of the few clinics that provided me with full support, clarity, and care throughout my treatment. I had Drs. Marc Habib and Johnny El Helou take care of my treatment, and frankly they were exceptional. They discuss in depth the treatment plan, literally zero pain throughout the treatment and no interruption of work, and very happy with the results.

I have been dealing with this clinic for more than 15 years. They have the best orthodontist in UAE, Dr Salam. Dr Salam has corrected the teeth of all my 3 kids as well as mine. She is extremely professional, working with passion, very friendly and compassionate!

Dr. Zina Shoaib is the bestMy teeth are prone to cavity and due to a previous harsh experience with teeth implants, I hate going to dentists. I had a recent problem so I visited Dr. Zina Shoaib in the Spring Souk branch. In addition to being extremely professional and with a vast years of experience, she understood my fears, explained the job in an easy manner and handled my concerns. I didn’t feel any pain, though I’ve very low pain tolerance, neither during or after the treatment.She’s highly recommended

I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Sarah over the last couple of weeks - and all I can say is I wish I had come to her sooner. She’s extremely gentle, and takes extreme care of her patients. Very few dentists operate with a mentality of trying their level best to save a patients teeth rather than taking the easy way out of recommending an extraction or an rct - but she’s one of them.Had I not been moving out of dubai, I would definitely have redone most of my previous dental work with her.Hopefully I’ll be back to visit her soon.Godspeed!

4 months in severe pain after meeting Dr. George Shoukry...One of the worst experiences in my lifeI first visited the clinicin April for normal tooth pain and ended up in more than 12 sessions for one tooth, it started with normal filling to the root canal. Unfortunately the pain he caused me and the poor advice that was always late and always come after the sessions. For example, the Dr will work and when he is done he will advise different pressure that he will not mention in the first place which is painful, very costly, and time-consuming, I used my fully dental insurance twice at the clinic plus I paid more than 6K and the problem is still there. My advice thinks twice before you choose your dentist. Not everyone is reliable and trustworthy. I am very disappointed and still in pain.

Worst clinic ever. Rude and unprofessional. I went for teeth cleaning and was asked to leave half way through because they have back to back patients on the day and wont be able to make money if they gave patients more time. Do u go to the dentist for time slots or a full service!!! I asked to talk to the management and they were like no1 is here and we cant do anything about it. The technician is not only below average but also unprofessional and zero background on how to deal with patients. Never stepping a foot in there again

I rarely write positive reviews, but I have been seen by few doctors throughout the years, The receptionists are always on the ball and very efficient, the nurses , especially Nurse Marina is very knowledgeable and attentive. Recently I have been seen Dr Wael, very thorough and easy to talk too, especially he listens...physiotherapist Sheetal has been very good working on my leg and helping improving, special mention for Dr Atanas , a credit to his profession, he spent long time to explain why I should take some medicines, how can i improve, very human approach, highly recommended.

Exorbitant prices, and below average service. They will first break a healthy tooth doing a root canal which wasnt even needed - blame you for breaking it, then extract it because theres no other option, then ask you to come back for an implant, which is usually not covered by insurance. I have going to see Yasmin regularly for over 6 years now . Every time she always greets patients with such warmth and engages you which automatically puts you at ease .She is also a tip-top hygienist and l would totally recommend a visit .

AVOID GOING TO THIS CLINIC! So unprofessional!We saw a doctor (surgeon) in Jumeirah branch. On the recommendation of the surgeon, we had an appointment in Jumeirah branch with a general doctor to remove the bridge in order for surgeon to assess the situation under the crown/bridge. He suggested to see both doctors in same time in order to assess. Very logical. Only that LAST MOMENT it was cancelled as the general doctor realized 30 min before the appointment that he doesn’t have the right competence for the case and we were referred to go to another doctor in Mirdif. Now if the surgeon is in Jumeirah and prosthodontist in Mirdif, we will run between 2 locations? We are wondering is this a joke, how someone can deal so unprofessional? I asked to be called, the surgeon called me and i asked how will you assess without seeing? He said: they will take photos! Seriously? In Nicolas ASP methods, patients can run between Jumeirah and Mirdif and be treated by doctors in different locations. I am wondering in surgery day will we need to go to Mirdif to remove the crown and then come to Jumeirah to do the surgery and then go back to Mirdif to make the crown? This is your genius way? We are still in shock of such approach.

Normally I don’t like going to the dentist, just the fact to get an injection in my gums and I am frozen...but with the doctor Stella and her nurse, I didn’t feel anything while doing the injection and so while doing the teeth treatments/fillings. Good advices were also given to me for future treatments .. so well done to the team... I ll be back soon then....

I usually go to the Dubai Marina clinic & the customer experience is more than satisfactory so far. I have sensitive gums & that can be worrying at times.Dental hygienist Marelize Maree helped me overcome my gum related worries.Marelize is very knowledgeable and makes sure I’m well aware of each of the steps & procedures she conducts and that puts me at ease from the psychological aspect.On the practical side of things Marelize is very attentive and thorough in her work. Thankfully she is very light handed as well so her thoroughness doesn’t translate into swollen gums nor that pain that can last with you for a day or two!!Great to deal with a professional who constantly gives you advise & genuinely cares.

Worst customer service..I have been asking for my report since 15 days.they said I have to fill online query and I did, I have been told it needs 3 working days and I waited although I did mention it is urgent.I called 5 times and I asked them to send it by whatsapp or email urgently and I gave them all the credentials but noone was responsive. Here we are after 15 days and I called them twice today to follow up and I hear the same response: mam I am not the one responsible and I will follow up and get back to you... this is unacceptable specially that the client pays hell of money to do the Xray or to do any dental service..

Last week my appointment was at 2:00 Pm I came at 1:45 pm before 15 mins and I’ve waited a little then I found someone is getting inside to the doctor and they didn’t care about me as my appointment at 2 I asked the stuff they say the kids were before and doing their teeth and they need 1 hour I told why you booked my appointment at 2 if you have a client. You should respect people times and I was very angry and didn’t say anything sorry or anything ! And I go without returning back.

Worst place ever! They didn’t care about how much pain my mother was in. Only interested in making money. They messed up her case and in the end my mother had to go to another dentist. Do your best to be seen by Dr. Anna! I have never, in my entire life, seen such a professional and kind dentist. It was 8pm and we were her last patients and she still took the time to explain how to properly read dental x-rays and she did not hesitate for a second to answer all the questions we had. Whether it was about hygiene, whitening or whatever, she would always take her time explaining the entire subject. She didnt stop smiling the entire time! I dont know if its Sweden or what but I love it! Ive found my dentist in Dubai :)

Its been 2 months and no1 could help me with the pain im just an experiment.. Dr. Chadi is the only one who’s trying his best but again he specializes in the while root canal therapy.. the actual dentists are trying things!! I went back to my dentist in a different clinic.

I had a bad experience with Jumeirah branch admin staff. They gave me an invoice for an amount but charged my card with higher amount (250 aed) . I discovered it by mistake after 10 days. And when i asked for explanation and i should take my money back. They refused and tried to fool me that the employee made a mistake on the system. I dont recommend at all. Great dental clinic with other specialties (GP, orthopedic, physical therapy, pediatric, obstetrics, gynecology, etc.). Well located with a network of 6 locations to choose from. My experience has been great with dentist Dr. Stavros (periodontist and implantologist). Their doctors are well qualified, from all over the world. Good experience and a good vibe clinic.

Very commercial, if you dont have a problem they will create one for you. Not recommended at all -Dr. Charlotte visit.I was looking forward to do a filling but the Dr. insisted not to & forced me to do a root canal. Even though I had the filling on my tooth for over a year.

Its true they want to hook you in recommending treatments that you dont need. Called them to do teeth whitening and they are trying to sell me other treatments that I dont need.

I called to book a consultation appointment and a man called Mina or something, answered and started sarcastically telling me “ it doesnt show on their system” when he asked if i need polishing and i already said I GOT POLISHING.I ALREADY GOT A POLISHING IN ANOTHER CLINIC IN ANOTHER COUNTRY. any other questions? The name of that clinic perhaps? The location? The dr? Lol!!! So ridiculous & unprofessional. :)! He could’ve asked if i had the polishing at their clinic instead of using a disrespectful tone. The clinic lost my appointment not once, but twice. When the receptionist brought it to the managers attention she wouldnt even take the time to explain to me what might have happened. There was no effort made to get me another appointment. If a health care clinic can not manage personal relations, how can then manage an entire facility whos daily work is to help and heal.
