I called the clinic and asked about the soft light prices and the lady otp told me 175 after discount so i booked an appointment, when i got there i told the receptionist that i want to pay first but she told me pay after the procedure, when i finished i was shocked that the price is 275 for face and neck, i told her that the lady told me 175 she didn’t specify, then the receptionist told me no its 275 for face and neck, i wasn’t notified the price of the neck area is separate, I havent had this problem with another clinic, this is the first time and I didnt like it.But their nurses and doctors are good and the lady that did the soft light took her time while doing it.

Dr Namir is the best dr 😍😍

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. My appoitment was at 3pm today with Dr. Namir and I was not taken up until 3:40. Even when I was taken to the doctors office he was treating another patient. The nurse kept coming in an out of the office (literally 5 times asking me the silliest questions, I was never ever asked these questions before and find them absurd. She even gave medical “advice” that I do not think is appropriate without a doctors consultations. I had enough. 45 minutes of my time was wasted - I am extremely offended by the lack of professionalism and the disrespect of time and poor customer service.

I have been introduced to Sansaya 3 years ago.I had acne problems on my face, then i have met the most person Zvezda, who is on the top of the above mentioned is a very professional cosmetologist. She have made, as I thought at that time, an impossible job. She made my face smooth and acneless.Thanks Zvezda.Thanks Sansaya.

Horrible customer experience, I paid for the (membership) as it was suppose to be a better experience with better prices , in which My appointment was canceled in less than 24hrs without my knowledge,Saying that the been trying to call me, which I don’t understand the reason, speaclliy that I have a confirmation message with the date and the exact time,The supervisor said that “we have a very long waiting list to accommodate”without taking in concedration that I booked my appointment more than a week back,They asked to come back in 2 hrs without any shame of there unprofessional treatment and the cancellation of my appointment withno excuse,I don’t recommend this Clinc what so ever.

Ive been coming to sansaya since more than 5 years ... and specially bacuse of vzevda as she is the best of the best technician and therapist ever existed in Dubai ! I was one of the lucky winners with Sansaya and I had won Botox and fillers. I absolutely loved the whole experience. First I would like to emphasize how amazing the staff is . I had the pleasure of interacting with Gunda, she is an absolute sweet heart and i recommend if you go to deal with her. So when I went for my consultation and i talked to Dr. Namir who has to be the funniest doctor that i encountered, he explained what i need or might not need as i wanted to go have my lips done but he recommended i do my forehead. Dr. Namir has such a light hand and is a great consultant he told me that i dont need to start this early with botox and fillers and how facials are more than enough. its amazing to meet a doctor who would tell you something like that. I will be visiting him again soon to have my lips done :) even though they are a bit pricey compared to other clinics but Dr. Namir is worth it and also they always have offers going on :)

I went to Sansaya clinic to do veneer consultation and teeth clealing with Dr.Dalaih. The staff and the reception were so friendly and helpful. Dr.Daliah was so kind and professional in her work. She gave me all information I want and was so clear with me. I like the treatment plane she gave me and I will start my new smile with her. Also, I was suffering from some of acne scars on my face. I heard that they have one of the best dermatologist Dr. Namir. I saw Dr. Namir and I did the treatment with him. Dr.Namir was really professional and friendlly. This is by far one of my worst experience i have ever had!!!!This clinic is beyond irresponsible and they dont respect anyone time and think if they are giving a free facial its a favor and they treat you like you dont matter. I have never been disrespected in and bothered about noone taking responsibility of their fault and wasting my time this much!!! so i had bought dermalogica institute products from pharmacy and they gave me a voucher for free facial in sansaya clinic and noone notified me about any terms and condition . When i booked they notified me i need to present a bill worth spend of over 1000 dhs to get the free facial and i had already thrown out my bill and they told me i need to go ask for a reprint. I could not get the bill and at the time of reconfirmation of booking i msged back saying that i dont have the bill if its fine i will come otherwise cancel the booking and after that i received a booking confirmation msg!!!!!!! i was fine if my booking was canceled but they send me booking confirmation (their mistake) even though i had booking confirmation because i didnt want to wast my time i did give a call to them to make sure my booking is confirmed and noone picked up or gave me a call back (what normal responsible clinics do). i was fasting and i had to kill 2 hours on streets 2-4pm(heat time) to wait for my appointment and when i went for my booking the receptionist miss Gunda!!!! is informing me my appointment is canceled and they gave the slot to someone else and they cant do anything about it!!! this clinic is very irresponsible, they have sent me a booking confirmation while they had given my time to someone else and noone took any responsibility for wasting my time, they did not treat me well at all and when i asked to talk to the manager they kept me waiting for 10 minutes while gunda is gone to the garden coming back with a reply of her manager i already gone and you can try to call tomorrow and make a complain!!!! as if my time is not already waisted and its my fault that i need to call them back!!! i do not recommend anyone to waste their time in this clinic as they staff is not professional and they dont admit their mistake or solve anything for you and i had already informed them i would give them bad review and they didnt even care!
