Bad experience I had with this clinic, the doctor issued me manual (hand written) prescription without reference no. for insurance, when I went to the pharmacy they said the clinic should have given you a printed prescription generated by the insurance system so I can take the medicine, I called the clinic 3 times and the receptionist was tilling me the doctor is busy and when he finish he will do it so I had to wait for 30 minutes in the pharmacy until the clinic called me and gave me the no. on the phone, I believe such situation could have been avoided by given access to someone from the staff to help so that I did not suffer and wasted my time because of doctors mistake.

It’s a decent clinic located in a quiet and rather calm building with lots of paid parking spots nearby. The staff was polite and professional and the waiting room was spacious and peaceful. I initially booked an appointment with Dr. Baraa’ but due to his unforeseen circumstances, he was not in the clinic at the time so I was recommended Dr. Marwa; she was polite, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. While the prices of the clinic are not the most affordable, they are more affordable than many other dental clinics in Dubai. A few minor improvements could help; for example, providing the client with a clean pair of goggles/protective glasses during teeth cleaning and keeping the small dental sink the client uses between breaks in a more sanitary condition.

Working time is not correct

I wish I discovered this clinic earlier.I Went to Munich dental clinic and requested Hollywood smile for my upper and lower teeth, the result was AMAZING, it looks very Natural and very beautiful with No pain No Bad Smell and No sensitivity at All !!!I am really satisfied and very happy with this experience.And the clinic is very hygienic, clean and over all friendly environment and staff.Highly recommended.I wish I had known this clinic for a long time .. I have a Hollywood smile ... The result was a wonderful .. Alfener form natural and sweet and Mahsit Bay pain and no sensitivity and no wind never after Markbathm .. I strongly advise you this clinic
