Very Worst experience in dealing with the staff at Lulu Exchange at ( Naif Road - Deira ) The staff are incompetent and unprofessional in dealing with customers , where they lack basic knowledge of there day to day job , The manager there also very worst & unprofessional person , i raised a complaint with the head office , it seems they ignored my email as there was no response , thank you for your worst service

Horrible service trust me! They declined my transactions just because my passport name and visa name are different and the difference is my fathers name is included in visa page. What dumb !!!!
