Today I was a victim of determination by them workers of todays shift. August 15 11 pm. When I gave my ID and without seeing my other documents, the representative threw me my national document ID and told me that it was not possible because of my nationality. then I make him react and he sees that I have other legal documents. It is very sad.

He quoted me one exchange rate at first and then when I complained he dropped the rate. His excuse was that customers can bargain the rate displayed on the board. This is more like a vegetable stand rather than a currency exchange shop.
