We were told someone will come to pickup our courier in between 4-6, we planned not to leave the house despite works to be completed outside the house and even after three follow ups they never arrived. We cannot be sitting in the house the entire day waiting for the courier to arrive**Update, team was responsive and the package was collected, changing the rating, hope to have a smoother experience hence forth. I have been using Continental Courier Services for my business for the past year and am really happy with them. They give really tailored customer service (especially Umang) he goes out of his way to accommodate my requests.

I would highly recommend Continental for their delivery service. I used them this week to get my wifes passport collected from the Spanish Embassy in Abu Dhabi when no other courier service would support such a request. The complicated part was to collect the old passport from my home, collect the new passport from the embassy and delivery it back to me. They managed to do all of this in 2 business days which was exceptional and at a very cost effective price too.

Very rude Customer service reps, they dont know how to handle customers and even shouts! Especially the lady who answers the call. They are liar, they said they will call for an update regarding my order but 1 week already passed but still not heard anything from them. They need proper training (customer service reps), you will lose Client due to this kind of behaviour.

They did not deliver my order, and on top of it kept saying they tried to contact me and I didnt answer which is not true. I called them and waited the whole day for the delivery and no one brought anything. Then they sent an email to the shop saying I did not recieve their call RIGHT AFTER i called ghem!!I have never dealt with such unprofessional people in my life!

As a seller I have to track EACH AND EVERY COD by sending emails (it is usually ignored) and making numerous calls to the account department in order to get COD credited on my account. Despite their attractive prices and on-time collection/delivery, I will not extend my contact with them and advice to business owners to stay away from this company to avoid the headache.

I use Continental for my small business, and Im very happy with the service level of the back office (especially Umang) and professionalism of the delivery drivers. A few tips...set up an account with them and prepay for shipment costs. Get in touch with the office for the best service or immediate needs. Also if you place requests for shipping/pickup during off hours, sometimes they get lost...so only request online pickups during the work days (Fridays are off days). Happy shipping!

I hand handed a 1 kg non document to be sent to Bombay (well within city limits)-India, on 10th December, As of now, Ms. Birwa whom I originally booked the shipment with and have been communication on their online chat had informed me it would reach in 2 working days subject to clearance. As of now, Shipment is still in transit and has asked to hold while she checks with her counterpart, They are ridiculous in their service and have misinformed me from the beginning, Since yesterday I have dropped an email for a manager to call back, noting yet!! Will never use their service ever again and I suggest no one to use this service, very very poor....

Continental pleasantly surprised us with their affordable charges and top notch service, akin to DHL and the likes. Pick up was done in 2-3 hours, delivery to Mumbai in 2days! Though commitment was 2-3 days. The courier company we been using for 10+ years was charging higher, and didn’t want to commit a delivery schedule - so they mentioned 10-12 days (seriously?!!! Lockdown tag line impacting you alone?!!!) Way to go Umang Bhartia and team......

We regularly use Continental for our import shipments from Europe. Last week, we had an urgent shipment about which we informed them in advance. We confirmed all the final details to them on Thursday at 5:35pm, expecting that the shipment will be picked up on the next working day in Europe - Friday. On Saturday we asked for the tracking details, only to be told that we confirmed late on Thursday, so the shipment would be processed on Monday. We had agreed on regular services, not urgent services , as we wanted to save cost. We were unhappy and conveyed our feelings. CCS management took this seriously, and had the shipment picked up on Monday, shipped by Priority using an expensive carrier. Today is a Wednesday, and we received the shipment at 11:00AM - faster than we would have received, had the shipment been picked up on Friday using normal services.Extraordinary exemplary service, CCS, you have a great service team !!!!!

I call this company and they tell me somebody will be at my house to collect the documents tomorrow morning before 1pm. The next day, I see no trace of anyone and at about 12:30 I call and ask what is happening. The lady who answers the phone says sorry maam, before 1 a guy will be there. At 1pm, a person knocks and says he is here to collect my papers. He says he has no envelopes and that he will take my documents in his pocket to sort out at the office!!!!!Never use this company!!!!!

Sent some confidential documents but after 4 days, this courier service told me that these documents can not be sent to home country and deducted my money before sending back to me. Would never recommend it to others.
