I went today for the first time it was recommended by a friend and as she had told me, everything went perfect since we arrived till we left, my 6 year old son was so happy with the result he didnt feel anything although he had local anesthesia with Dr Joanna Maalouf before removing the cavity and putting a good filler instead. Last wee I had a chance to visit Versailles Dental Clinic for the very first time and I have to say since then I will never go anywhere else. The profesional approach starts when even before you walk into the clinic. I made a booking via phone and I was impressed with the friendly, welcoming tone that has been set from the very beginning.I was also impressed with a fairly early appointment which made such a difference as my molar was falling apart.On the first day Dr.Caron made a thorough examination and an Xray. With this I would like to add that the clinic is equipt with the newest technology.The next day doctor cleaned my half broken tooth, build up the core and placed a new crown.A lot of places do have similar technology, but the way Dr.Caron works is a piece of art, an undeniable passion for what he does over the corse of 30 years.I was beyond impressed with the whole process, it was absolutely painless and I left the clinic with a brand new tooth and ready for a dinner :)I highly recommend Versailles Clinic, you will feel like at home, the whole team was extremly professional but friendly at the same time.Thank you for a fantastic experience.I will be back soon:)

Im a tourist visiting Dubai and had a surf accident and broke several teeth on April 13th at 6:30pm. It was the first day of Ramadan and nobody was available, but Versailles Dental Clinic agreed to reopen for me at 10:30pm and worked on me until 1am ! All 3 doctors, Mr & Mrs Caron + their colleague were AMAZING, extremely nice and caring professionals. Plus, the result is perfect and I would never have expected to leave the building looking that good after what happened to me. First of all, Im from Bahrain 🇧🇭 Its a one hour flight to Dubai. I booked my appointment via whats app but I needed a confirmation letter for my work and they were very fast and cooperative in doing that.Few days later Im in the clinic, they are a family business so when they welcomed me they were soo kind and friendly that I felt like I was one of their family member because honestly my whole visit there they treated me like one. Long story short, before I went I told them that Im so careful about putting any heavy metals whatsoever in my mouth. So, when I saw Dr. Caron he showed me the plan and explained every step we were going through, he was very nice and funny. They booked a full day with Dr.Joaana to work on my teeth. Honestly her work was professional and she was very patient and understanding with me because I chose not to take an anesthetic needle and discussed with her why I dont want metals, she listened, accepted my opinion and told me her opinion with *respect*. She wasnt arrogant like so many other dentists, I respect her for that. She and her nurse Jutie (I hope I spelled her name correctly) worked on me almost 8 hours straight without taking a break to eat!! I really appreciate and admire their hard work.I was impressed by the new technology of their devices, I mean they made my crown tooth ready in front of me in 15 mins!! That was amazing, Ive never seen something like that in any other clinic Ive visited. Even though the price was a little bit high for me (I dont mean their prices are high) but Im happy with the result and its worth every penny. Ill never go or recommend any other clinic than this amazing Versailles.Luckily Dr.Carons birthday was next day :D! So we made him a small surprise. EXCELLENCE REDEFINED / VERY EXPERIENCED STAFFNo matter what I will say, I cant compliment this practice enough! It is on another level of excellence. So I will share my whole experience:I had a very complex case of a crooked impacted wisdom tooth that got infected. I went to see an oral surgeon in San Francisco and I was told that I needed to have it extracted, the downside was a 3-5% chance of losing speech due to a nerve very nearby. I got frightened at the thought (not that I have anything important to say, but who wants to lose the ability to talk). Before this, I didnt even realize that wisdom teeth were that big of a deal.I started asking around looking for someone with solid credentials. A friend of mine who owns a business in Dubai referred me to this place, I still did my thorough research on the clinic before I called them to inquire about Dr Carons approach. I also sent my scans.I was so reassured and impressed by the professionalism and friendliness on the phone that I booked my flight right away. I flew 15 hours straight to get to Dubai and the next day I took a cab to Versailles clinic.I was pleasantly surprised by the esthetic looks of the place. It looks like a little piece of France in the middle-east. The furniture, the manners, the elegance... Unparalleled!Julien, my POC went above and beyond ensuring everything runs smoothly. I honestly felt like royalty when my only expectation was to get this thing done safely.Dr Caron greeted me, he was already familiar with my case so we got right into it. The best way to describe him is a walking encyclopedia. While he was performing the extraction, he gave me a lesson about the history of dentistry, its french origins and how it evolved. My anxiety vanished as I felt I was attending an interesting TED talk instead. While I could tell he and the very nice assistant were working relentlessly to ensure everything goes to plan.During the entire procedure, there was no jerking around or pulling, only very delicate and precise movements until it was all over. Dr Caron did not compromise anything, conducted his own 3D scans and knew exactly what to do to remove the tooth safely.The outcome was impressive. I did not bleed at all, no swelling, no pain, nothing! I was prescribed the right meds to prevent any complications and was given instructions that I followed meticulously. I couldnt be happier.I also requested a Zoom session with Dr Joanna. She was just as nice and professional. She did a great job, so on top of the relief, I had a smile I was proud of. During the procedure, she even played my favorite music and created a very pleasant atmosphere. The happiness in that office was contagious.Throughout, I was always asked are you feeling ok?, Does something hurt?, Are you comfortable?, is the room temperature ok?... The attention to details and the patient needs is exceptional and its not a fabricated superficial friendliness (Which is an epidemic in California). You can tell these people are natural, genuine and just gifted at what they do and they love their job.I told all of my friends and family about this place. From now on, whenever I can, I will fly to Dubai to get my dental work. How can I go back to my dull dentist after this memorable experience.I hope my other tooth starts hurting soon so that I can find an excuse to fly to Versailles.A place that I highly recommend!

I have found this clinic a few months after moving to Dubai and I cannot express how grateful I am to Dr Caron and his wife. They are the most compassionate health professionals I have ever met. The treatment they recommended included a lot of stages to it (from Invisalign to tooth removal, implant and teeth whitening). It’s been a year so far and everything is going well and as planned, everything is almost finalised and exactly as I wanted it. Honestly if you’re looking to fix a few details or revamp your smile, they are perfect. I cannot recommend them enough! Up to France standards for sure. Best decision I’ve ever made.

I want to say a huge thank you to the fantastically skilled Doctor Caron, his wonderful family and team at Versailles Dental Clinic after my experience there over the last few months.Previously I had a terrible experience with another implantologist involving a dental implant which went horribly wrong and ended fully inside my sinus.I was recommended to go to Dr. Caron for a consultation where we discussed the options of removing the implant. During the consultation I immediately felt that I was in a safe pair of hands as he assured me that we would remove the implant safely and with maximum care and a fast recovery time.It was quite a complex procedure as the implant was constantly moving around my sinus but Dr. Caron expertly removed it leaving me without even any bleeding, swelling or pain the following days which I simply could not believe would be possible after such surgery.Ive lived in the UK, Netherlands, Spain and Dubai over the years and have never felt more comfortable in a dentists chair than at Versailles clinic.I look forward to carrying out my future dental care with Dr. Caron and his team and can not recommend this clinic enough for safe, high quality dental surgery and a great team who will make your next trip to the dentist so much more comfortable.Thanks again guys X X X

A Highly Recommended Clinic I would give more stars if you want!!!!! Im Thankful and Im very Happy I just found the right dental clinic in Dubai to go to. There is super care and the whole crew love what they are doing and this is really recommended. I had visited many doctors in Dubai(to have as many consultations as possible and I didnt care about the money as much as I care for me to be fine and relaxed) and all of them where the same but this clinic is really different because they want you to be happy, so comfortable and satisfied from the moment you come in until you leave. Dr Douminque was always saying to me before and during the surgery if you feel pain then I will feel pain so their patients comfort is their top priority and I did really felt no pain during my tooth surgery and you can ask him to stop for a while whenever you feel you need one to two mins break,,,, he is so flexible and wants to comfort the patient . The reason why I visited Versailles is that I had a bad situation two days before visiting them. I slept two nights in the hospital(sulaiman habib) because an X dentist failed to clean my tooth deeply and get rid of my infections(because another previous dentist had treated this tooths root canal without cleaning it well before he closed the tooth(2 years back) and this caused a damage for the tooth so no other choice but to extract it ) which threatened my whole body health, so when I visited that X dentist in Dubai he messed things up more and left my tooth open for 5 days(this X was assuming that infections and bacteria will go out by itself but what really happened is that bacteria came into the tooth more and more and things got even worse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) from the inside and i suffered gradually (through these 5 days)a fever, inflammation, severe lower jaw pain, swollen cheek inability to swallow and even breath because of my damaged throat! and I was taking an antibiotic, nexum, brufin, probiotoics and all were useless and wrongly I was assuming that this is pain is normal lol.... so two days later after leaving the hospital I typed for the best clinic on google and I found Versailles, I went to consult Dr Dominique and his beautiful wife and the beautiful manager Leila who are all so amazing ::::: Many thanks for them and for every single person in the clinic and I know that there are alot of people who are concerned with not going to the wrong dentists who sometimes create the problem for your good teeth and that they want to find easily the right ones,,,, so I truly wish that I helped you enough with my feedback xxlove

Had visited this dental clinic in dubai for dental care, teeth whitening and their services were amazing!

The last couple of days of my holiday in Dubai, I got severe toothache which kept me awake in agony For 24 hours, so 12 hours before my flight home I decided to make an appointment to see what’s going on hoping for a fix, the staff were incredible friendly and understanding, Dr Caron preformed what needed to be done with details, x-rays and pictures of every step and a root canal later I was pain free, couldn’t recommend this place enough, Thankyou so much!
