If you order something online you will never get it on time.Never deliver on time and always giving the same excuses again and again, each day once call in the customer service and the customer service is very rude and don’t know how to deal with customers. No professionalism in talks and services.I ordered an 85 inch Hisense screen on Aug 05, 2021 and it was supposed to deliver in 2 to 5 days.As I haven’t received the item even after 2 weeks, I cancelled it and requested for the refund. And the request for refund is still under process even after a week.When I called the customer support, they are still telling the same thing that, its under process. even after more than a week.The worst thing is that, the support team is getting rude over the call.If any concerned checking this, here am adding the ticket number for the reference: 4216823

After-sales service is abysmal.Our three month old fridge was broken (not cold) 10 days ago - still under warranty - so we called them up for replacement.First, they said a repairman will first come to check in 2-3 business days. We followed up with phone calls to customer service but we’re told there’s nothing they could do to help. Still nothing from them now.We’ve had to throw away so much food and try to survive without a fridge for 10 days now.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I bought a fridge 01 April which broke down on 28 July. Living in the middle of the desert in the height of summer, obviously a fridge is a necessity so I called and asked for urgent repair (ticket number #4180816). I was told it would take 2-3 working days for someone to visit. Its is now 09 Aug and I have STILL NOT HAD A REPAIRMAN VISIT. The fridge is clearly in warranty, and after calling 5 times and writing complaints on their website, I said that I would hire a private repairman and charge them with the invoice because I need a fridge. I was told this was invalidate the warranty. I then said I would escalate to a consumer protection agency, but the agent misinformed me that if I chose to escalate to Consumer Protection Department the investigation would take weeks and its just better for me to wait.Well after waiting another week I finally decided to contact Consumer Protection Department to escalate my complaints. Within 24 hours I received a call from a repairman...but he only realised after 3 calls and various WhatsApp messages that Im based in Dubai and not Abu Dhabi. He told me I would have to wait until someone from the Dubai office calls, minimum 24 hours wait. The amount of money Ive wasted on food that has rotted and takeaways is ridiculous. Ill update as, when and if the faulty fridge is fixed or replaced but I dont have much hope this will be solved soon. Worse customer service ever.UPDATE: We had 2 repairman visit today Sun 15 Aug to replace a faulty fan. Not great communication as to what was going on. One guy arrived and did a test - told us he would come back tomorrow. Then another guy showed up 20mins later and replaced the fan. Fridge now seems to be working but we have loud whirring noise and our concern is that it will break again.

Recommend you do not by online with this company, had been loyal in store customer for years spending thousands upon thousands seems now they just a poor reseller at best, purchased TV during promo for Ramadan didnt need TV for 3 weeks until moved, come to open all fine plug TV in and screen does not work, file complaint, return to them, ah you have made physical damage to TV not covered under warranty, i will post pictures below to see if anyone else can spot this physical damage as i am unable to see this with my magnifying glass also , called there team 7 times in 10 days days during this time and every time promised a call back within 24 hours not once did i get a call back even to explain, only email from there warehouse saying i physically damage TV have asked for report and evidence but yet to be supplied, so result is now stuck with TV they sent me which does not work and stating if you dont check within 24 hours of delivery you are not covered (quoted on email) not sure how this works when its not even damaged, TV value really does not bother me as was only 900 AED is purely just the principal of being accused of damaging and approach of this company and there suppliers just not interested, dont make same mistake as me please check your items before you sign anything or you are stuck T&C and warranty mean nothing, better still shop elsewhere for a better consumer experiencesee everyone gets same answer from them did not realize there were so many complaints online about there service, customer support already have all details, my email address and phone number how about you give me a call to discuss since no one has ever called me back be nice to speak to a senior team member to address my concernswill update date again if i get a reply although not expecting that call anytime soonstill no update or call waiting for that tech report as still not able to find the physical damageso now another day waiting for no response have asked for quote to repair something i didnt break and a tech report from them since i was told this had been returned to Sony to assess physical damageFurther update there is no update no quote no report from Sharaf or the supplier Kraykart for Sony report and still no phone call seems they have just brushed me on without a care for there customers

If you buy from Sharaf DG, you are on your own!I purchased Google Pixel Buds 2 from Sharaf DG website on April 2nd week! Delivery was prompt but my nightmare started.Pixel Buds 2 didnt work with my Pixel 5, I immediately raised a complaint and its been a month that I have spoken to every person in their customer support and fulfilment team. In fact, they gave me the vendors number to speak with him (doing their job) and I am yet to receive any response from them.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! In case you get a malfunctioning product, you are on your own! this is one of the biggest electronics chains in UAE. Such a shame!Update: Biggest joke is I have been communicating with their support team via email and calls. @Sharaf DG please stop deploying bots to manage people crisis and study the review/case first. Dont buy anything online from Sharaf Dg. They are listing items with less price and no stock. If you order the item you are not going to receive it and your order will get canceled after 5 to 7 days. If you contact customer care they will not even bother to check with the supplier, they will give an auto-answer arrogantly that your order is under process. and once it is canceled the refund will take another 7 to 10 days.

Refund pending since 17th feb. They cancelled order themselves immediately after placing as no stocks available very bad experience as lines are never answered. Long hold times. Follow up since then and today they say completed whereas no money received back on card. Escalated and team manager not available to speak. Bad customer service. An absolute JOKE! I ordered a phone online on the 26th of Nov. I received it as promised on the 30th, however it was the wrong unit (different to what I ordered). They came by to collect it a few days later and then nothing. Radio silence. I call them at least twice a week for 3+ weeks. The same answers are given to me 1) youll receive a callback in 24hrs (no callback was received over the 4 week period except once, which I missed as they rang on a different number than the one I expressly stated to be contacted on)2) We are sorry for your inconvenience. I give my complaint ticket number. Well reach out to the seller and let you know. Nothing.3) They reach out to the seller and Im told theyve just received stock and should expect this week. This was 2 weeks ago.It has now been over a month and I gave them an ultimatum, either I get my order or they cancel it. So because of their incompetence, they chose to cancel it rather than attempt to remedy their ridiculous series of mistakes and I now have to wait a 7-10 working days for my refund. I hope I dont have to chase that too. Overall, if I could give them no stars, I would. Their customer service employees were decent on average but it was a horrible experience. Absolutely awful. Incredibly disappointed. I will NEVER shop at sharaf EVER again and I advise anyone who is thinking of doing so NOT TO BUY FROM THEM.

My Complaint no 3395435 which was raised on 26th September 2020 regarding my Siemens Gas Stove. I got damaged stove at the time of delivery. Your delivery person requested to accept delivery and he will arrange technician next day to resolve problem. I have accept the delivery in good faith.After that no one visited my home. I have called the call centre many times but I did not get any response from them.They are taking full money from customer and sending damaged stock to customer. They have very bad customer service. I am very much disappointed with Sharaf DG service and I will never buy any product from Sharaf DG.I will suggest my all friends and family member not to buy anything ever from Sharaf DG.

Purchased a washing maching brand new. After 2nd utilization, the machine is down. I call sharaf dg and despiste 4 escalation to have a technician, nothing. No possibility to speak with a manager even as the only option is a call back option but no one ever call back or follow up. 1 week and no news from any sharaf dg service or department! This a company that we cannot rely on not do business with. I would recommend any customer to go through a different appliance company. Great for in store purchases however be prepared if your ordering online that delivery can take much longer than their standard delivery times listed. I had purchased a small item (Iron) and was promised twice a specific date. However this was misleading as I never received despite many phone calls and ending up cancelling my order.Instead I ended up driving to a competitor and purchasing it in store. From a customer service perspective a more accurate time frame should be given at time of online purchasing.

We were actual loyal customers before but after my current experience I am utterly disappointed. Absolutely worst customer service ever. The staff dont have the right information (i talked to several employees because of my urgent situation) Placed an order for an iPhone x almost 3 weeks back, called to cancel the same day and was promised a gift voucher amount rather than a refund which i was told would take time. Followed up with several staff members and EVERY single one of them gave different information. I received the phone even tho i requested to cancel the order. Fast forward to 3 weeks later, the supplier took 3 days to collect the phone, they then took another 5-7 days to CONFIRM to sharaf dg that they RECEIVED the unit. NOW im stuck with the refund process, which has again been going on since last week!!! a local transfer that too. Even tho i *requested* to speak to some manager, NO ONE has contacted me yet and I am sick of waiting. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO REFUND? Its not even a small amount. its in thousands!?

Experience has been appalling. My online order has been delayed by twice the number of days its meant to be delivered. Amazon US delivered before the estimated time, so why isnt a service thats within the country. This is the very last time Im ordering online and to strongly show my distaste, in store purchases also wouldnt happen anymore. There are many other reliable options. I have my worst experience buying from them online. I have made my order online for oneplus 8 pro and converted my purchase to installments, waited for 5 days and on 5 day they have cancelled my order becuase they didn’t have stock. Purchased 3 items on the 28/04/2020, showed that it was in stock on the website, its out of stock now and estimated delivery shows 20/05/2020, every day the estimated delivery date just moves on further, they are selling things they dont even have in stock and now sit with my money and I am, waiting for something that if I knew it was going to take this long I would have just bought it from carrefour. the online chat is not very helpful and I feel they are over whelmed by everyone upset for long delays on receiving items. I did manage to cancel my order but twice I called I had to wait for 30 minutes to reach a call centre agent. I will definitely not order online from Sharaf DG ever again. I understand that its not the best time but transparincy from the beginning of the purchase and selling items thats actually in stock would have made it better for both parties instead of wasting my time and me wasting theirs.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD.Order was originally place on 9th May, they require up to 10 days to process the order... still no response after this date. 22nd May we receive a response that the back office will call and the refund the item, within 10 business days. Why was the item advertised on the website if it wasnt in stock? Happy to share screen shots of the false and misleading product display... BTW The date is now 25th June.... nothing has happened... Appalling service item not delivered, told it was shipped then informed the order had been cancelled the day it was due to arrive. Customer service team are inequipped to deal with any online complaints and requests to the online team for a call back seem pointless as they dont follow up. The item was for my sons birthday and he still has nothing and I have no refund yet. Furious doesnt even begin to describe how I feel. Plus the item is still showing as available on this website. ! star is too much to give but it doesnt allow 0 stars

I have placed an order for a mobile phone and DG member with star play subscription on 12.04.2020.Can anyone believe that, it has not yet been delivered to me. On 17.04.2020 I received SMS from courier that shipment is out for delivery. For the past three days I am receiving this messages. When I called DG toll free number they told it is due to Covid -19. Because of this delay, I placed order for some other items to Amazon on 16.04.2020 and next day they delivered all the items. This is the first time I made online purchase with DG and the last too. The fact that you haven’t reached out to me when it would be very easy to look up my reference number and call me shows me your company just doesn’t care.I submitted my laptop for repair on May 26th, FIFTEEN DAYS later, on June 11th, they finally called me back, after I had written several emails, used the online chatbot and called their service line to try to find out what is going on. On that 15th day, they told me I had a battery issue, something I already new from the bulging keyboard when I turned it in on May 26th. It took the service department 15 DAYs and NO REPAIR work done to tell me THAT!!!. Now it is June 14th and I still have not heard anything further about the repair. I would give the repair department a minus rating if it were possible. It is also impossible to escalate my complain further up the chain as SHARAFDG only has ONE phone number for everything, and that phone number is constantly busy. Additionally, nobody bothers to respond to the support emails. Today I am going to waste my precious time and to go to the store to try to get some answers and find out what is going on. A customer should never have to do this. I will speak with my money now and never buy anything from SharafDG again. I can share my experience with sharaf dg onlineI requested items on 05 april and till now i didnt receive it and i called them around 20 timesFirst its bad customer service and they are laying first they told me some items not available okay why you kept it open in your website i didnt receive any answerThen i called again and open case and they said they will call me no one called me i called them again and said items available now and you will receive it within 2 days i wait 2 days nothing deliveredI called them again agent told me we transfer your complain to online team and still no one replay then one supervisor called me said items out of stock now and i dont know when it will deliver

On 28 March 2020 I ordered a Samsung Note 10 plus with some accessories and I received a completely different model phone. I called Sharaf DG customer service when I realized the mistake and asked for the correct phone to be delivered. After explaining the situation she than told me I would receive a call the next day and of course no call. I have called everyday and always told a case is open and someone will call me back ASAP to follow up. During one of the calls I trying to ask if I could get a quick exchange but i was told that it would not quick because the unopened phone would have to be examined at the warehouse to make sure I didnt send back a fake phone. Everytime I call to follow up and ask why I have not been called, I receive the same excuse... because of the current Corona situation we are busy. When I send an email to [email protected] for assistance I dont get information on my purchase or a corrective action.

Youre doing everything you can to show that youre customers-oriented but your staff members arent. I have made a complain regarding a telephone customer agent her name was Rena for being so rude and not that helpful to solve my three months long issue with an expensive item I bought from you. And instead, her supervisor - his name was Majed - just called the next day saying: I dont think there was anything wrong shes done, lets not accelerate or be sensitive. I think its just the time to try a different retailer after this.

I have bought a Karcher V5 vacuum cleanerfrom Sharaf DG in Dubai Deira City Center. The vacuum cleaner will not work more than 5 minutes and stops for an hour or so before I can use it again for another 5 minutes maximum. I have taken it back to Sharaf DG and they sent it for service and returned it after 10 days saying there’s nothing wrong with the product and that it’s normal for it to work for 20 minutes and stop!! O would accept it to work for 20. mns but it works for 5 mns max!! I tried to return it and get refund but Sharaf DG says that it’s passed the 10 days window for returning purchased products!!Very unhappy with Sharaf DG as a regular customer...

For your poor service and unprofessional way dealing with loyal customers .I ordered a product online and it was a gift to mother in my hime country on her birthday 🎁I ordered on 11-5-2019 and i got the message On mobile & on 14-5-2019 i got a message it was shippedI called and they told and confirmed that before 15-5-2019 it will be deliveredSo i booked the flight ✈️ on 15-5-2019 late night for my friend to go my home country with the surprise gift and till Tuesday 21-5-2019 i did not received the items and they told when i call that product is not physically exists in Mirdif City Centre ,I cancelled the order and went and bought it from Time square branch along with Samsung Galaxy Tab almost 2900AED Paid on spot to save the occasion and also flight which i paid 480 AED To post-pond it ....!When i raise a complain aganist Sharaf DG they gave me 100 AED Voucher only to use it again in their store ...image2.jpegIs it fare for loyal customers , why i should trust you any more ...Enough you make me lost money and missed the flight ✈️ and on above , you damaged the surprise for mother ..!Inspite of that i refused the 100 AED Voucher and now i am requesting for at least the money i spend 480 AED.The management refused to accept thier mistake and also say that voucher is above what i expectI will raise it again Sgaraf DG to the consumer right as well as to the concern economic department in country to take the right action and correct the miss up caused by Sharaf DGThis is unprofessional way to deal with loyal customers as welk as it is not accepted at all since it was not my fault at allAll the screenshoots are attached as a proofRecommended all customers to be careful since i have been screwed because of your poor cystomer service delay in delivery and un estimated faluts from Sharaf DGI got a call from a person saying that only 100 AED can be given and i refused to accepted.Think about the customer service , you pushed me to rough by your poor unprofessional service to loyal customers 3 years old☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️☝️Simply that was my experience and i need my right fully to be compensated .....!Sent from i phone

Very bed experience with sdj the staff tell me lies to push me to take the warranty he said that include fiscal danage when i talk to manager treat me very bed and tell first time for the stuff to sell warranty and refused to refund me. Dont believe what they say, i dont recommend this store at all i will never trust them again

Avoid at all costs. TV was delivered broken, called to request an exchange. Took 3 days to confirm that my complaint had been reviewed. 22 calls later, 1 week has passed and no replacement. I am currently on hold for 15 minutes, after being told it would be delivered today. 9 hours waiting for delivery, and no contact or follow up. Each time I speak to someone they ask me for the order number and quote the wrong items, there doesnt seem to be any organisation. Unhelpful and highly problematic. Shop at Noon or Souq - they will respond to your queries.

Horrible experience,bought a lg mobile which was promised to make home delivery on next day as they failed get the store stocks right during in-store sale. After 4 days numerous calls to call centre, store staff,finally they delivered the phone without the freebie which come along with with mobile. it took 3 days.importantly all at Sharaf dg only reading out their policies and no effort to sort customer concerns and requests. call centre staff they dont have any idea what the customer need and very poorly sinked with logistic and store staff communications.after all my efforts fail to get the desired results tried to contact their operation manager , this too failed dispite eaving my phone number and messages.hope some one will respond
