Will make all excuses to avoid replacing a faulty product (a fridge in my case). It broke down completely 3 different times within the first 1.5 MONTHS of purchase, the handyman confessed the third time he came that the BOARD was faulty. Still they don’t want to refund us. We have contacted them endless times. Worst products and worst service. Never will any Samsung product enter my household again. Never.

I regret that we bought Samsung fridge. It got broken after 4 months of the usage and they refuse to fix it, saying that it not the issue. After asking to share their report by email , the manager has refused it as well. Just a verbal calls , no records, no reports. Never will go again for this brand. Was very surprised that such brand as Samsung has no service and do not care as well about the reputation.

Highly disappointed with the products abd services of Samsung. Been using Samsung pas 20 year but after recent experience Im going to switch to Apple.Brough S21 ultra in April, after 15 days received sound quality dropped. Went to MOE service centre, instead of solving the problem they kept repeating that phone is fine. Shown them my A32 which is 80p dhm phone, sound quality was better. They mentioned to reprogram the phone.After 2 month, microphone stopped working properly. Went again to MOE, they came up with same rhetoric that phone is fine. Shown them again the voice quality of my A51 and A32 and display unit. They were still not convinced. The technician went in to clean the mic and came back after 2 mins.Boom mic stopped working. Oh, now we have messed so we will change the mic.Fine when it will be ready? Tomorrow afternoon! Good!I came twice in within 2 month of buying your flagship phone, its not easy to come again and again, if it happens 3rd time! I want replacement (brought additional samsung care+ too)Samsun guy: IM NOT GOING TO PAY FROM MY POCKET (what? You are the representative of SAMSUNG, You should have a sense to deal with customers and no one is asking you to pay, phone is under manufacturer and samsung care+)Called afternoon, no one bothered to pickup or updated. Called and went in evening, we changed the mic phone is under observation (what? If part is replaced they what type of observation? Its not software). Okey then when should i come? Tomorrow afternoon!Called next afternoon several times! No one bothered again to reply.Called 800SAMSUNG, received service no and updated on call.Went, took the phone and back cover was damaged, poor workmanship, pinched back at glued area!Sent email to samsungg, whatsapped on 800samsung to either replace the phone or change the back cover with IMEI/SN printed. Phone will not be taken back without IMEI on back.Again same drama, no one bothered to update and after calling several times on 800SAMSUNG, the guy said If it happened in our Service Centre we will replace the phone!Take it to service centre again. Went there dropped the phone.Got a call today! There is not we will replace the phone. We will change the back cover without IMEI printed. If you want to take, take it. Otherwise, there is no other option.Phone is 2 month old, defected, under samsung care+, went thrice to service centre for issues. They damaged the back cover of new phone.This is the level they have came to serve the customers, not going to recommend samsung to anyone, not going to buy it in future and switching to APPLE for good.Along with going to file against them in Consumer Department.I know more than 5 of my peers who have s21 ultra, having similar issues. You also know your phones are defective thats why your manufacturer warranty states that we will only repair no matter how many times!Such a waste of time, money and peace of mind!

The worst experience ever in the UAE. Since Feb I have made over 20 calls for a technical issue with my TV.The customer service team are the most incompetent and unprofessional. My advice to anyone who wants to buy a Samsung tv, please think twice as they can only create problems and not give any solutions . They deserve a zero rating.

I bought a brand Samsung washing machine 5 months ago, with 10 years warranty.Earlier last week, the machine stopped working.I called the Samsung service center, they assisted me to make the machine work again.It started working, and stopped again after one time of use.I called again, and they assisted me in making the machine work again.The machine stopped again. I called again to have someone come to clear the problem.They sent a technician who worked on the machine for 1 hour, and fixed the problem.After one time of use, again the machine stopped working.I called Samsung again, they sent 2 technicians again. They both came, worked in my house for at least 2.5 hours. They kept removing their masks, and were even coughing. I had to tell them multiple times to keep their masks on.Over the course of 2.5 hours, they dismantled the whole machine in my house, and tried to solve the problem INSIDE the house. In the end, they couldnt resolve the problem, and they left.I called Samsung and said the machine has to be replaced immediately because its not working, the technicians couldnt fix it, and it is under warranty.They told me that if something happened with the machine in the first 14 days, then they can replace it, otherwise they can only try to fix it, thats if they even answer your calls and return your calls.I told the representative that I have laundry accumulating in my house of 4 people for the past 10 days, and they havent resolved the problem. He gave me a solution of providing a USED washing machine, while they take my machine and try to fix it. Every time I call they say the management will call me within 24 hours, and I am still waiting for a call for days. This may go on for weeks and months.I told them that this is not a solution during COVID-19, to provide a USED washing machine as a solution.As per the warranty and condition of the machine and the hygiene measures taken by Samsung, I told him I have only one solution, and that is to dispose the machine and BUY a completely new machine, and to take this complaint to the chamber of commerce.The only solution is to reach out to the consumer rights department of Dubai Government.DO NOT DEAL WITH SAMSUNG! YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY AND END UP THROWING A BRAND NEW MACHINE!

Have a dishwasher that is only 6 months old stopped working they came to repair and said it needed new pump .Then said it would take 20 days for spare part !!!! after 20 days called them they said they would replace machine nobody called .I have called for the last 17 days and they keep telling me they are awaiting delivery date .they never call back am talking to Ala girl in charge of customer service but she never calls back .Disgraceful behaviuor from a supposed reputable global companybeware of very poor service.37 days so far i have to ring them every day still no resolve have talked to Dubai economic department and Lawyer who are now trying to push Samsung to do the right and legal thing

Samsung has one of the worst service Centre especially the call centre where there is not a single responsible person, Sat there for 2 hours for a z flip phone which was under warranty, but they are just to fool the customers as after carrying out the work they demand for dhs 2000. Tried to make a complain but all in vain.Shame on Samsung

Its really frustrating my Note10+ screen keep cracking after the replacement made last month.Its seems poor build quality or design. I have another budget smartphone Xiaomi Mi Mix which I am using since last 2 year very roughly, multiple drops and other events had potential damage its screen.They fulfilled what they agreed.I wonder a brand like Samsung Cant maintain its screen/glass quality like other budget smartphones?Fedup Samsung🙇🙇🙇🙇🙇🙇🙇

Another worst experience from Samsung.. I bought a Samsung 550 Litre refrigerator in March 2020. From Day 1, it is giving some sort of loud sound (Like a steel pen hitting a fibre pc) once in every Hr. I repeatedly reported this issue to #carrefour from where I bought this item and based on the complaint representatives called from Samsung. Two Samsung technicians visit my house two times and I clearly demonstrated the sound to them. Executives from different departments call from Samsung to tell that the sound is normal and it is some sort of technology. I really wonder if Technologies are made for betterment or to bring more trouble to customers. In addition, they informed that it is mentioned in User Manual Page 47 about this sound. As a customer, I am not sure how am I supposed to know about any disturbing sound before purchasing a fridge. So anyone who wish to purchase a Samsung Fridge, please do a detailed study and then make wise decisions rather than getting into a hourly trouble #Samsung

Was hoping for a better experience as being a loyal customer and buying the flagship phone Samsung fold.Had to replace the rear phone cover due to a crack caused by dropping the phone, was surprised to know that the Samsung store in Dubai Mall didnt have the replacement part and needed 1 week to 10 days and the staff suggested to visit the Media City branch which I did the next day to be learnt that they also didnt have the part and need time. If someone buys a phone worth AED 7k and than he has to wait just for the part to be ordered I dont think it worth buying any Samsung product and I recommend all to please atleast buy HUAWEI phone and experience the customer services they provide. I had a HUAWEI P30 Pro and the bezel got damaged, they had it replaced in 1 hour and they changed the lcd free of cost.

I bought their new washing machine last week and used it with normal cotton cycle for 3 days. But, suddenly it was not working properly (no water coming in, no spin). So I called the customer service center. It took three days for technicians to visit my house. They checked the machine and confirmed it’s defective product. But, there is no reply or actions taken until now. I called them more than 20 times to check the status but it’s not resolved yet. Terrible product and awful customer service. Never buying another samsung product again.

Unprofessional people, I brought a new phone 3 weeks ago , flip Z and the phone has an issue with screen , they didnt accept to give me a new one or to exchange and they wanted only to change the screen but I have to pay extra more money , and they said the problem is me I dont know how to use a phone . I never recommend samsung anymore and never recommend to be a samsung fan anymore, ill definitely go to iphone

Their refrigerators are too noisy and they dont help their customers. They just ignore the problems. Never ever buy any Samsung Refrigerator. I am very very very regretful. They are not exchanging or refunding their faulty refrigerator. Stay away from Samsung and its refrigerators. The worst customer service ever. Also I guess their quality process is super bad.

Worst online shopping experience ever.I love their product, Phone TV and planning to buy another TV but their customer service center in Dubai is the worst service center in the world, the manager who suppose to assist you is not even available to talk to you. I bought S10 plus pre-order on 21st Feb 2019 through Samsung pay. the transaction was not completed due to technical error so i decided to use my credit card directly. I bought the phone and to my surprise i found out that they have charged me on for first transaction. i call the service center and explained the situation. This is where all nightmare starts.First, the agent will confirm your case but you will not receive any confirmation email or sms, you will call in 2 days to follow up on refund to fine out that the first agent didnt do anything and did not raise a complain, you will call 3rd time and the same thing will happen, I had to go to consumer right to complain about this so i can get the issue resolved.The next thing, while i was chasing for refund for the uncompleted transaction, the time has come for phone i bought through my credit card to be delivered on 3rd march. I called Samsung and told them when my phone will arrive they told me we do not know yet and we cant confirm a date for arrival. I was so shocked, especially when i found out that the phone is already being sold in the market by the official dealer Eros two days before the official release date in UAE. I was really mad and frustrated, this is my first online service encounter with Samsung and i can say that they are the worst in the online selling platform. i have cancelled my pre-order and went directly to buy it from the market.and Refund is now another story to be continued. By the way, im Samsung fan my fridge is Samsung, Phone, TV almost everything.

We made a pre-order online, brought the opened 20 ultra node, with overwritten stickers. The next day, they handed over for an exchange, for a week everyone calls and finds out the story. We are still waiting for the phone. Be careful, there are problems here as well. I am writing to have this node IMEI-354255811488156. Be careful, check if he will come to you.
