Advice for new people who coming to dubai. dont take etisalat. better another networks. for what they are charging you may be surprised at the end of the moment. no options to solve the customer issues...only they want money money money from you. nothing else. you pay entire life free for them then also they wont stop taking from you. especially road side elife sellers. they want money only from you. once you paid youre in the trap thats all. no mercy they have. just want money from the customer. Worst possible customer service. They have zero value for customers and their time. They already have very few service centers on top of that service centers have very few counters. To make it worse many of the staff are rude and treat business customers like dirt. Nightmare to visit.

Things have changed rapidly over the years and I fail to realize is it good for us customers or bad ? thats the question being asked by myself as on when people who come to this place are looking for resolvement and when customer service attendant turns around and say sir youll need to pay by machine only as the counter doesnt take transaction for bill payments, what if the person is not carrying the exact change die to having neig currency denominations like Aed. 1,000 & 500 where can we go from this point just to get change and pay. Difficult but truth as they say we are here to help you but not for this coz. However customer service representatives cannot be so arrogant to customers as we are the people that provide you with business and in return CSR behave with customers as if they are going you a favour by saying no directly instead of helping people (especially) people who are arent fluent in english and some not so very educated. Please I request the management to kindly make note of my point and help address this issue with your customer service personal at this center. Thanks in advance.

Horrible experience in Etisalat. Insensitive towards death of a person and disrespectful behaviour by Mr. Mohd Nadeem in Counter 1.My uncle has passed away and there were some dues under his business name. Upon verifying with Mohd Nadeem, he states Let the collection team file a case against your uncle, since he is deceseased they will not get any payment.The guy didnt even have the courtesy to speak respectfully regarding a deceased person, and was speaking to us while staring at his screen.Strict action must be taken against such a person,

Worst customer service ever, they are the biggest telecom in the country why can they not train their staff. They’re digital assistance is slow and a waste of time it was better when you could talk straight to a human. It’s taken 1 week to get my Elife working after making a simple change to my account. Now 2 boxes out of my 3 Elife boxes are not working. After being a loyal customer for more then 15 years I don’t understand how they get these things wrong. Still not fixedEvery time they come to fix it they want to charge me Aed 150. They make mistakes and don’t know how to communicate and they want to charge me. What a joke.

Worst service provider! If we only have a choice, we will NEVER EVER avail your service! You just want money thats it! Incompetent call center agents! For 3days now, they said they will coordinate with their on site technician, but until now NO FEEDBACK! Are they comings from Mars??! Big company but not responsible for the affected consumers! Agents will just say apologize, and they understand our frustrations but no results! Its not our choice to be affected randomly by your maintenance! Were all working from home, how can you compensate our loss??! So disappointed!

I open etisalat account under my name end of January 2020, I paid every month all my bills.But in March 26 I’ve been informed that I’m no longer working at my work place. Because of COVIDBut I was still in Dubai, then I went to etisalat office in deira city center, just to talk to them about my contract, they said that if I will canceled my account they will charge me for 2000 AED 😳I was shoke 🤯 in June I suppose to fly back home and 8 of June I paid 300 AED to froze my account for July and August. But when I come back in August 23 they say that I have to pay pay 750 AED 😠😠😠for what I cannot understand!!! I tell them that I don’t have this money and I cannot pay such a big amount of money, and even I have I will not pay ! For what I have to pay nobody even explain and until now they keep sending me email and terrorize me calling me and telling me that I have to pay or otherwise I will have problems and they will switch it if my number 😳🤯🤬🤬🤬Until today 8 December 2020 the bill grew up to amount of 2158 AED 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ Very bad service! Terrible costumes care !!!!! Disaster office and people who worked there !!!!! This people have no values no morality and respect for other people!!!!Deceivers and chitters !!!!!!!

I have for a long time paid by over seas card in outlet as we make them only able to use pin not otp as we were hacked in past so no on line payments. I went to pay today and told cant use machine .machine only allow local cards. I asked in outlet told it new policy cant pay there. I can pay to buy a phone but not my bill. So cant pay phone want work. Told transfer cash or cancel. Tried calling all no nothing . Cancellation ladyRasma amazing person tried to help but unable .so on chat said as of 30th November want cancel as ler your own staff chose. Told cant do till 30th and only on x no. Your internal policy are not of my concern I never signed to say if I want to cancel on an advance date I have to call x. I have notified you in writting on chat . You used to be a great customer service company no you have no customer service it seems

I had to shift to my new place and they charge me 157 dhs for shifting and technician visit my new home , he forget to connect telephone cable and test it , i had to go make complain about hes careless delivery the service aka ( shifting ) then another technician visit and charge me another 150 dhs to fix the problem which is cause by first technician after i make complain about extra charge , they forcing customer to pay by automatically cancel your complain even Thu you make new one it will be close by staff , all customer service is 8002300 or 101 or 800101 connected directly to India and i couldt find any office number who actually in UAE and fix this problem for extra charge , ( i buy the 500 mb speed package and my speed is 250-350 mb ) ,

Very poor service. I wanted to have internet in my place applied the agent came to subscibe me I was really shocked he came just to take my Emirates ID details and make me an appointment so that the tecnition cane come and install the device. When he wants to make the appointment something wrong happend on the system and he told me sorry call this call centre number to book it as somthing when wrong and he cant do it.I called the number and no one can help me all of the agent giving me other call centres numbers and I kept bouncing around for 3 days ! They know nothing! Or they are just wasting time cause they know there is an issue with the system it self !I went to deria city center branch the agent there told me cancel the order and do it all over I took a ticket waited then the customer service kept trying to make the new request and he couldnt I asked him why he didnt have a vailed reason to tell me .. he told me just wait !!!The only proactive lady was the branch manager there she was informative and helpful but still it was a problem with the system it self and they couldnt do anything she advised that I should try after 2 hours nd if not the current request will be cancelled after 48 hours!After 2 hours called the call centre they are 3 numbers btw 1 for the call centre 1 for the tecnitions and 1 for the I got got :)However the call centre didnt know anything they told me it is under process! Told her ok I need to complain then after arguing she said she made me a complain and they will install the same day ! That was last Thursday!Nothing happend unitll last Saturday somone called me to make the registration all over again keeping in mind I have already done that...no comment!This is a serious waste of time !And of course I cant go for DU beacsue my area is etisale only!Plz make 1 call centre numberPlz say the truth to the customers they will wait and feel betterPlz make it access for a customer to complain and solve it

With the unspoken monopoly in hand, etisalat has yet again resorted to less than honorable sales tactics to boost revenue in a challenging economic climate.I have recently activated internet service which is advertised at 250mbps which in fact averages 175mbps when tested, and admitted by the service tech, that at its best produces 200mbps.As part of a desperate ploy to boost revenue, they have started selling home insurance at the store front, instead of focusing on giving better service, being honest, and making policy corrections that reflect the challenging economic conditions that face their clients.They choose to mislead and impose unnecessarily wasteful policy, such as making you take new outdated hardware so that they can penalise you no matter what, if and when you choose to cancel, much like extorting their clients for an already inflated cost of service, that is now considered as an essential part of life.In the year of tolerance, and with the hype of EXPO 2020 they should be ashamed for such willful waste, and poor business practice.There are many better business models from which to drive the organic results that yield long term satisfaction for all.Lets see if this makes any difference...
