Very trash company it’s better not to deal with them, bought hitachi fridge and give them for repair, they charge 700/-Dhs but it’s the same problem. Looks like they don’t know there job and when you look for the manager the staff is acting as manager as he own the company. Very bad customer service ohhh no

Worst experience for warranty claim and maintiance .. the smallest local workshop in UAE will do a better job and communicate better with their customers.I called them explaining that my Hitachi fridge is not cooling and the its super noisy, so obviously there is an issues with the compressor which is still under warranty.After chasing them for two days, they came and surprisingly they told me the issue is with compressor and we cant take it today because our truck is full !! so me calling and explaining the issue is actually useless...The story doesnt end here ... Ive received zero call after collection to explain the cost and the actual issue .. even though I called them 3 times in three different days to understand the cost and the issue, they confirmed that someone will call me within an hour .. and obviously no-one has called or followed up.They repaired the machine and called me saying it will cost that much and we will deliver it tomorrow !!So basically ... In direct way of forcing me to pay whatever they asked for ...Never Ever Again ...

Delayed salary, no accountability from the person who made the mistake. Blame other people.

I buy one laptop from Eros burjuman store when I buy eat and I found a problem with the laptop its so hot and he dont want to format for me i bring back to them until now no answer i was send a lot of emails and even I call a eros group number no answer I dont want to keep going every single minut to burjuman even the staff they are not answering my questions just ok no problem dont worry I dont understand I Give my money even the laptop I bring back to them to fix it nothing until now so please if you will not bring back my laptop in a good condition return my money back I really regret for choosing ErosSo please thanks .

Amazing and friendly Filipina receptionist and HR staff.

Most horrible experience. They delayed my properties handover due to the weak management of my project. Also, the billed me and collected money for items that were not installed yet. Moreover, didn’t honor my contract as the item specified are out of stock. Finally, when they installed the AC on all my 4 construction projects, they caused structural damages to my properties.
