Good company to work for long term goals

Anyone who wants to do business with BIC, you will regret for the rest of your life. I really dont know how this company is working. they never pay. they never answer to emails or calls. Fraud company

Previously known as HLG, their dealership & service is a huge disappointment.Have had a contract with them since 2014/2015 & none of our accounts have been cleared until now.Highly unprofessional employees and entire system apparently.No one in the accounts department neither in their staff is responsive to emails or complaints related to payments.Regardless of endless trips to their office including calls, emails and what not, a HUGE sum of money is yet to be paid by them towards our company.Avoid getting into their trap and save yourself from their deceiving promises and campaigns.I wonder how are they paying their employees if they claim they’re out of money?

One the best company to work with Salaries are on time with all other facilities as per UAE Labour. One of biggest construction company region with good system . Honest Management, Diversity, Work life balance, Systematic procedures, International Standards, Mega Projects.

I think the company was very good in its olden times, but now NO, SUB CONTRACTORS & SUPPLIERS - PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM THEM, U R NOT GOING TO GET PAID.

I wish i can give zero stars. This company is part of the HLG group, that has failed to pay us for years. They should never be worked with. We tried to reason with them, and even after three years of finishing the project they dont pay us. They claim they dont have money. Why did you take the work then!!

HLG is one of the best and leading company in UAE

Worst paymaster of sub contractors! They boast getting contracts worth millions in social media. But, unable to pay AED 123,600 since three years. Shame!!

This company is not pay the subcontractor. Not able to give reason for dont pay 40.000AED. Not picking calls, not replying to mail. Very bad managment!

Payment due since 2015.Such shame less company.they are doing business from there subcontractors money.

Worked with Al Habtooer Engineering till their Journey of becoming HLG Contracting.One of the best company i had worked there till 2017.I still miss working with my colleagues, very friendly atmosphere and team work approach.Current status I am unaware if the company is still ok or no and lots of my friends left already.
