The best multi national company office in GCC

Located in jabal ali the Geepas head office features huge building complex in white colour. The parent company is western international. I had been here for an corporate meet. The receptionist person is friendly and caring. They have all their department here. Please note you must take a taxi to this place. Their wharehouse is also at this place where in they have all inventory

I have bitter experience from GEEPAS.I bought a TV 2 years before for the price of 850 dirham and now its not working and when I send it to the GEEPAS service center, they are asking 450 dirham for doing repair. From my experience I realized that the GEEPAS products are not good and there is no warranty for their product after one year. So I decided to not to buy any products of GEEPAS in future and will never recommend anyone to buy this type of sub-standard products.

Dont ever buy a product from this company if you appreciate the customer relationship. This company does not respond for any type of guarantee, if you buy on their web page, and if you have the misfortune to require a later service, they have extremely bad customer service, after the purchase. Their customer service is lousy. When the product is damaged, they give instructions to take it to a store that does not accept it. No one takes responsibility, and the customer service department (seems to be outside UAE) is always evasive and wastes your time. They really dont care that you require the service if the product breaks.

This is the worst company in UAE, no follow up, no words, no service, not professional at all, I bought oven from them 2 years warranty after 4 months it breaks down, i call to be fixed they asked me to drop it to any near by Nesto super market, I did then Nesto did not have no idea what am talking about I call them again and again in the end i manage to call the head office the n they sent someone to pick up it. tis took me almost 2 months, then after one week again the same issue, i called them they ask for 30 AED to pick up it or no service, I asked why they said this is our policy I said fine send me your policy no respond, on the website its clearly mentioned free & easy retun. I called to talk to manager they said no manger here and always the same person given a name of Sara. My issue is still pending waste of time, money and mental energy..never buy from them never recommend them. bad very bad

Worst customer care, they ask you to wait and then go for lunch breaks....And so many other things.Location for service center is also in far remote location and adds lot of to the fuel cost and time for simple/small replacements.They should first learn what is the meaning of customer care.Google doesnt allow -ve ratings... unfortunately.

Absolute rubbish torches. Used my first one for 15 minutes and battery went dead and would not charge again. Bought a new battery which went dead after 10 minutes of use. Charged again for 24 hours and light is less than 25% of when new. Do not waste your money on this one. My model number is CFL 3108. I guess kthers will be the same. What a rip off.

Your products is not good at all ,first time I used only for one month its was damaged. Which I bought in Al ansar gallery salahhudin deira .. they dont know customer service its very rude talking to customers one at the staff in ansar.And for service take two weeks it not accept at all what customer will use mean while.....Thats what selling for less price .better to avoid this kind of products in market... I feel pity for this company products.

Its a horrendous decision to go for the warehouse sale. The place is full dirt and no proper roads added to the woes. Deals are good but the parking was awful. Had to literally drag the trolley instead of rolling on that Sandy road.
