Theres a vast difference in service between the staff of Costa & Emirates souvenir shop.We were at the Emirates souvenir shop 1st to purchase some items. The items we wanted to purchase werent at the location we last visited the stall, hence we had to ask the staff who didnt bother to talk to us & just pointed the new location of the items.Whereas the Costa staff are always chirpy & fast with their service.

I have been working in the Emirates for quite a while, you can enter the headquarter for Food or duty-free store which you can find various things in that small store, as well access to costa with the view of Dubai airport in front of you.

Great place but in the beginning I experienced a parking problem. I spent around 20 minutes to find a valid parking lot, eventually couldn’t find and then I parked my car in the far distance and walked around 20 minutes to reach. If you are living in the UAE then you will know what does mean to walk 20 minutes under the sun.

Thats a great place to be housing so many outlets and offices mixed with hospitality of all kinds and courier/banking services plus adjacent parking. Of course its Emirates HQ too! I like it!

Emirates Group is owned by the government of Dubai and comprises of companies such as the Emirates Airlines, Dnata, Aviation training schools, aviation services such as Flight catering, meet and greet, sky cargo, aviation security such as transguard and all of that. It is a career stop for most workers. In Emirates you can just settle in and grow professionally and personally. The headquarters is in Dubai and the address is below: check it out and pay attention to every detail whiles you plan to visit for any of their services.Emirates Group Headquarter building, Airport Road, Um Ramool – Dubai, opposite Terminal 3How do you plan to get there?The best way to travel to our building is using the Dubai Metro, Emirates Group Headquarters Station.Visitors who use personal transport and who wish to use the Emirates Parking will pay a parking fee of AED 10 per hour; the first 2 hours are free of charge. Visitors can use the EGHQ Car Park ‘B’ parking (CP2) from Level 4A and above. Please do not park in any ‘Reserved Parking’ space as this will incur a fine of AED 500 and the car will be clamped.You can have access to the many shops and spaces available at the headquarters, arena and general reception. However if you’re visiting for other purposes career related or that which requires you to enter private spaces, check in through the security gates and attain a visitors pass using your valid ID. Its quite a scenic area if you go to the balcony behind Costa that has an overview of one of the runways so you can see planes taking off. There is also a DHL located inside and a few more shops.

Worst service, informing cancellation of flights less than 24 hours or at least 12 hours before the flight, they called us and told us that the flight is cancelled 6hrs before the flight when we already prepared everything and when we are already in the airport, if they are really professional then they should tell their passengers at least 12 hours before the flight. THE SERVICE IS NOT WORLD CLASS, OVERRATED. WORST SERVICE!

I love the airlines service. I believe they provide very good service at most reasonable prices. Their business class is just awesome. Their flight washrooms are also very neat and clear with proper toiletries available in stock. The best part of Emirates is their food. I have travelled in both economy and business and liked them.

This place is amazing for plane spotters especially at costa and the offices facing the airport (Ill put some of this place view, the building is so dynamic and beautiful, ofcourse it will be because this is the worlds best airline headquarters 😍.But I gave it 4 stars because of the rude securities, and I saw a pilot and I know that he is a pilot, he seemed free so I asked him a question, he lied to me and told me he is an aircraft engineer

Headquarters of Emirates-DNATA group employees, inside look like shopping mall, Costa, Emirates islamic bank, ENBD bank and some other ATM machines available there, and some emirates shops, one small All-Day grocery shop is there, Food courts.

This place is so magic. Totally recommend coming here and going to the costa coffee. Is amazing to see the energy of this airline

I am writing to talk about the Airlines itself not the building, this global giant is beyond amazing, excellent services with up to date fleet and very friendly and helpful staffI got an upgrade today on my flight to Business class and it was simply magical, amazing hospitality with a wide and delicious set of food serviced with care and attentionThis is definitely a high light in my travel experience, you didnt only make my day, but the whole business trip for meI cant speak any higher of such an amazing global giantFor sure I will be booking Emirates for all my personal amd business flights and I will make my friends do the sameThank you guys

Whats not to love about this place. The best view of the concourse there is and the personification of travel. A little sad and depressing to be at lately but Im sure itll go back to the hustle and bustle of pre-covid very soon.

I didnt tour this place in detail, but I have been very satisfied: coming from the Metro station to look for a place where I can change a AED 200 note, I went to the bank office inside the Emirates Headquarters: everybody very kind and efficient, in 2 minutes I was done, without going out under the killing sun.

World class building by every measure!

Headquarters for the Emirates group. Very accessible by metro. Free car parking available for the first 2 hours. Nice views of the airport. Lot of facilities for the staffs and guests including shops and food courts.

Excellent place with couple of restaurants and coffee shops. You will find Emirates official store and duty free shop inside. Well connected by metro. People polite there.

Very organized place.

I wont talk about the building, but about the airline. Its a pleasure to fly in their A380s and 777s and even more since they updated the interiors of the 777s. I flew with them for a bit of time and its still as good as it was. A special note for the food in business class its really good and the service is excellent.

Emirates group one the biggest and finest organization... The airlines head office is in the Emirates Group building in Al-Garhoud, Dubai. The building is located on Airport Road, across from the site of the Emirates Engineering Centre...

Be ready to drive 8 stories up to use the visitors parking and spend half of the free time allowance going up and down. 🙂🙂🙂

Its a metro station as well as it is the Emirates Airlines headquarters too.Its super easy to reach, by metro the most effective but easy by car as well. There are two major indoor parkings on the sides with various levels, as well as several other parkings in the open right across the street.You can reach the headquarters by metro and get off at Emirates metro station which is located ay level 2 of the Emirates HQ. This will give you a small taste of the airline it self as you can see all Emirates active employees and not walking around and having business meetings or taking a coffee. There is a costa coffee there, DHL, rsa insurance company, Emirates nbd Branch, an official Emirates store, an outstanding view from the balcony of Emirates terminal 3 with A380s and Boeing 777 roaming around and parked.Smokers area is located exactly outside on this balcony. Beware taking pictures as it should be forbidden.Other levels of this building are restricted to Emirates employees only with exception to users with temporary permits.Its a place Id visit at least once to understand how the airline relaxes in its work environment and how advanced it is as well.

Emirates airlines failed to inform me about the cancellation of my confirmed flight in advance.flight from from Dubai to Basra is cancelled without a single notification.staff at the counter were very rude and non supportive. reservation desk claimed they informed me, when questioned about how could they change without contacting me on the previous connection Cairo- Dubai which was scheduled a day ahead of the Dubai-Basra leg?!they had no answer they even claimed I had to pay no show penalty because its my fault.What is more shocking is that no accommodation or transportation were provided despite keeping me stranded for 3 days or coverage for pcr testing that I had to do all overgets worse the chat agent provided only a complaint link accessible only on PCs !! Who the hell carries a pc around when travelling ? and what happened to smart phones in 2020 ??!!!very bad job, dont claim to be the best when you fail to contact your custoner👎

Who the hell have access to Pcs during travel in 2020 ??!!!On the other hand, their customer care is not aware about any new regulations about visas to dubai , nor many other important info.Booking a seat in their shuttle bus from abu Dhabi to dubai was very disappointing and the agent was extremely rude.Finally the food was really bad on my last 2 flights.👎👎👎

You can visit it through metro train one station is dedicated to that location and inside that building different shopping brands are available where you can shop and also food refresement area is there too.

I used to work for this great airline when I had many times the reason to pass by at the Emirates headquarters. It is a place that gives you already the feeling of going on vacation although you just work in there. The building has plenty of parking spots but unfortunately one of the narrowest car entrances I have ever seen.On the other hand the building has great food outlets for people working in there. Definitely a great place to work at.

First 2hours parking for visitors is free then you will be charged. Veiw airport from level 2 and enjoy Coasta too

There is no parking .. for me , I park at Al Rashidiya metro station for free ( by using my gold Nol card at the parking gate ) and then taking the metro to emirates airline station for 6 AED and 6 AED to come back

Looks like the COVID-19 has made EMIRATES RUN SHORT ON CASH FLOW and they do not intend to refund customers who are entitled to and requested for a refund.Despite having got confirmation from Emirates that they will effect a refund, 6 weeks later they try to get you to accept a voucher or a to extend the validity of your ticket. Upon insisting for a refund, they reluctantly state it will take 90 days to process, BUT HAVE YET TO CONFIRM THIS IN WRITING.

This is such a cool building! I really want to work for Emirates, just so that I can hang out in this cool building all day. I usually visit when Im stopping at the skytrain stop. They have great food options on the main floor, with a kind of open cafeteria that doesnt look like a cafeteria. The inside of this building is even more beautiful than the outside. If youve never been inside, you really should stop by. Its great! Whoever the architect of this great building is...that person is awesome!
