Came here for dubai design conference. Pretty location with lots of nice outdoor sculptures.

Its good in its services. U can have easily car parking service here, and u can reach in this office easily from the both side of d3 entrance manin road. I like this place personally because there is every facility like restaurant, smart police station, bank and allday is also there. U can have your choiced items in this office.

D3 building 1 . All day supermarket in the ground floor. coffee, cold drinks& foods,gift stuff also available there. Its good for all the all the employees. I like this place 😍

Design wise its a good place, but the area around is not fully developed. It will take time to attract more people.

Nicely planned area, combine all the ingredients required for design services might be requested.
