Very poor service. Staff dont make any effort to resolve customer issues. When our maid visa was due for renewal in 2020, they convinced us to transfer it to Tadbeer sponsorship with a promise that it will be hassle free service and that Tadbeer will take care of everything. Now, they are making us run around for every small thing. Call centre does not resolve any queries and just asks us to write emails to contract management team. Contact management team just keeps sending scripted responses without even making an effort to understand customer issues and offer alternatives. No clear escalation matrix.

My advise is not to keep your helper under Tadbeer sponsorship. We were almost stuck outside the country for their lack of professionalism as you need permission to go out and In (and you pay money). Sent them several reminder and complained about this problem but no response. I am switching visa sponsorship even if it will cost me more

Our terrible experience is not with Tadbeer but with the housemaid who turned out to be a big liar. Her name is Patience, 37, from Uganda- BEWARE and never look after hiring her. She pretended to have experience with babies and she didnt, we hired her based on what we said. We offered her full trust and respect, treated her as one of our family. She took benefit of all our good intentions, started lying, hiding facts, and steeling from our belongings. When she got caught she revealed a terrible attitude of rudeness. We got her returned as her lack of respect, bad attitude, and actions couldnt be tolerated. If you ever look after hiring a maid from Tadbeer, be careful not to choose her.

They gave us a nanny/maid that was covid positive! They are NOT testing their maids that are staying in company accommodations! They have NO covid control measures, and state that it is the clients responsibility to take the maids for testing AFTER you pick the maid up from their office. This is a direct violation of the UAE governments efforts to stop the spread of Covid! The management is running an absolute garbage organization and deflect any and all accountability! Do not give them your money

They gave us a Covid positive nanny and than tried to blame it on us ,saying that she got sick in our car .they also took zero responsibility for this situation and said it is the clients responsibility to test the workers. Extremely poor service and very insulting. Not to mention that I am 9 months pregnant and they have put me and my babys lifeat risk without taking any account for their mistake . I was insulted, laughed at and mocked by their supervisor. She asked me what is the problem .. when I was leaving their office ,there was another gentleman there who was collecting his money and cheques ,as they placed a covid positive nanny to his home as well.....the worse service ever!!!

Worst company ever. Their contract management team does not call customers or allow customers to call them and the communication with them by email is awful. They also lose your papers for which you have applied and paid (NOC, GDRFA entry permit, etc.) and make you lose your time submitting new ones. They do not respect their own set timing for completing paperwork for customers. I complained so many times with no avail!

I paid too much for nothing any services and no responsability in case of dispute ...better to sponsor a worker via own sponsorship more control ... with Tadbeer is lost of money stay a way ....

One of the worse service providers ever! No communication between departments, no follow up.... You need to harass them to get things done by phone and even going physically! Basically they charge for a service they are unable to provide. Better served alone!

If there was 0 stars I would put it . Every step of the process from interviewing, collecting , trying to train the maid and finally attmeting to cancel the agreement is an absolute mess.It is impossible to speak to anyone at the contracts department . They are very efficient at collecting and cashing the cheques though .the maid we we selected packed her bags and decided to leave within 3 days , within 6 insisted to be taken back . Company still hasnt managed to replace her . so i have paid for 35 dys , with 6 days of service.they are unable to replace , and are insisting to take all 3 months money whilst no maid is provided STAY AWAY !!!!!!

If there was an option of choosing 0 stars I would have opted for that.. such an ambiguous contract and only motive is to keep the customer in dark despite having to replace the maids 4 times during the entire duration of contract period and charging their own desirous amout without explanation towards the end of contract..seriously dissatisfied and disappointed

Tadbeer threatened me today, to continue taking my maids salary and not returning my deposit even though her residency is cancelled and she doesnt work for me. This company is unprofessional .When i came to cancel my maids visa, THEY gave her 3 options, leaving the country (what i wanted), joining tadbeer, or staying in the country for 28 days or until she founds another job. She obviously picked the last option, however she stopped answering her phone. And tadbeer wants me now to be responsible for someone who doesnt live with me because she didnt send her exit stamp or visa change.They arent accountable for the option they give to the maids and then want to blame their customers. This is a disgrace

Worst customer service attitude and response time. Customer relations reps are very incompetent. Although we cancelled our contract with them with proper notice and they promised last month cheque will be returned, they still cashed they cheque and said it was a mistake.No one picks up the phone and you cant reach they contract or finance departments. Going with them was the worst decision we ever made.The helpers they provide come with a bad attitude and zero experience and dont care about working as much as going back because they will still recieve salary while with tadbeer.

VERY BAD SERVICE AND NO TRANSPARENCY. They do NOT even deserve 1 star.Every time I call to ask about the maids status the answer will be: let me check with the concerned department & will come back to you. and of course no one will call back. I have paid 60% of the monthly fee for reservation, and so far after 2 weeks I do not know what the status is. They promised that the maid will be available after 4 days. & when I request for refund, they stopped answering. Terrible Terrible Terrible. do not approach them

As a business that prides themselves on ethical hire they hired a few ladies made them sign a resignation paper with no date on it and ensured them that everything is fine and its for legal purposes. Used these ladies for FREE MARKETING and a few days later the ladies were asked not to come back with NO explanation what so ever. And have been told that the resignation paper was already signed . I do recommend that you go to ANOTHER BRANCH one on the SAME ROAD just before this branch. If you really are looking for ethical help I dont think you should go to a branch that treats their staff like this. Extremely shameful.

Dont waste your time.After you sign up for the 2 yr sponsorship they sell to you, be prepared for everything to slow down.Nobody will stay in touch with you- you will have to chase them for everything, even if there is a delay, issue in the processing, missing paperwork- NOBODY will call you.If i didnt chase them, my maids visa could take months more.They guaranteed 2 weeks. It has been more than 3 months and customer service is not authorized to do anything more than to read you the status online and send emails to someone who never replies.Go elsewhere.

Quick at processing payments but very slow with communication. Still not sure which step my maids visa is at. Got message to collect salary and advised to collect salary documents from HR and They are open 8am to 8pm. However HR people only work till 2pm. Need to improve communication.Called back today 2 days after asking for update on salary letter to find out it is ready for collection. No update and I am having to chase. If the Ministry is expecting people to use TAD Beer they need to step in and improve how they communicate.

I did the VIP service to renew maid visa and ID after she finished her medical check up separately. Surprisingly visa was all done and ready to pick up within a week and so as Emirates ID. There was no line or wait to start the application. Im happy with the service at this nice clean location.One BAD thing, if you have a big car, please consider to park somewhere else then underground parking. Very bad design at the exit. I rather get a ticket on the street then parking there again. Horrible to have such a bad exit design at this new building, worst exit out by far compared to so many other parking.

They are very welcoming, and fast to process the paperwork face to face. However when it comes to updating you about the status of the process via email or any kind of message system, it’s close to NO communication.Trying to contact them via phone is impossible, to get an answer via email takes time, so you end up going back and forth in between work. It’s hectic. I would reconsider next time I have to deal with the maid visa process, I’ll probably go somewhere else.Quite disappointing, especially when the experience is good at the center (only).I know you guys can do much better than this !

Very immature staff, the issue with this center it’s just an image. It’s a clean nice looking and smiley faces but when it comes to get your job done they know nothing about nothing. The manager who is called Ibrahim asked me today to LEAVE because I was complaining about the service in front of other customers and then he told me I’m a manager and you can’t talk to me like this. Seriously!! Do I need to tell you you are great if you are a manager. Respect is earned! Customers always right but not in this branch for sure. Fake promotions and rude staff, just go to different branch.

The place is brand new, neat and clean and not crowded. However, all employees are immature and know nothing about anything. I called twice before coming to make sure I have all needed documents. Yet, I spent full day wandering between Tadbeer, Tasheel, Amer, and foreign affairs to renew the visa of my housemaid.

If there was stars in the minus I would have given that to them! What a waste of money and time, I still do not get the point of why this service exists. First of all, I went to TADBEER in Um Suqeim to renew my maids visa, it took them 2 working days just to open a file for me at the cost of 475 AED, they said they will text me when it was done - never received that. After following up over the phone they said it was approved and I should come in to put in my application. Went in for the application and to my surprise I was asked to re-pay the 2000 AED deposit because TADBEER does not acknowledge the deposit I gave to immigration :) Next steps were I will get a text message with the approval where I should then go to Immigration Department to stamp it in 48 hours at the latest. Waiting for the visa I booked my maids ticket back home , I waited for the 48 hours and no text message arrived so then I called the TADBEER office and got a confirmation that the visa is approved and I should head to immigration to get it stamped on the passport. It has been now one week since I applied and no visa in sight, apparently there is a technical glitch at TADBEER where the approval is stuck !! No one will tell me how long it will take to resolve the issue, no one is calling to update me, the call centre took down my complaint and said they will call me within two working days :) went all the way down to the MOHRE to follow up and there is no answer! My maid missed her flight, costed me money as it was a no show, the ticket is now 6K more than what I originally paid for (Easter Holiday) and the saddest part is that she missed her brothers graduation. Lives got affected, money and time was lost and TADBEER is still silent about the matter and regardless of my endless efforts I still do not have an answer. Please bring back the old school renewal application process and lets not depend on technology because obviously TADBEER is not up for the new age.

They maybe Good at what they do.But this is my wifes experience as she is having right now.She was instructed to come to the center by 8:00 and do medical and a training.She was there before 8:00 and had to wait till 9:30.Then they put her along with some ladies in a van.First they stoped near Emirates Tower because driver had to go to a bank.Then they went to Karama Identity Authority because some of those people (not my wife) had to give finger prints.Then the driver stopped near DIFC and went into an Etisalat.It is only 10 minutes they left from there and now the time is 11:45 and that is almost 4 hours since she went and no medical has been done.Instead they wasted the whole morning and she had to sit in a vehicle doing nothing.In few minutes they will reach Al Quoz Medical Center and for a medical that only takes 15 minutes max (as she had visas before and after the first time it doesnt take much time), she had to spend a morning.Hope they will manage the time and how they should do this.It is good that they provide transport but Al Quoz Medical Center and Karama Identity Authority are both can be easily reach even using public transportation.

I was asked to contact tadbeer for maid visa renewal. Upon my 1st time submission tadbeer said salary certificate and residence proof is not required whereas since I have renewed my maids visa few times, I know its a must document for renewal. After a day I get the message stating incomplete document and guess what, its salary certificate and residence proof. I went again to provide that but today again the situation remains the same. Tadbeer says its immigration systems error and immigration centre says tadbeer should fix their problem. In all this I am the one made to run around. Happiness is no where in this whole process. Totally unhappy. Tadbeer is no less than a typing centre and are there only to upload the document. They personally take no efforts to understand the visa requirement and proactively assist.
