This has been the worst company to ever go to if you are looking for a maid/nanny pr a housekeeper. Very unprofessional , rude behaviour and full of attitude staff. They charge you a fortune for all this stress and worst services. Never ever recommend anyone. We go to agencies for peace of mind but here you ll lose it even more. Look at there prices vs services - ABSOLUTE NO. Nannies are not professionally trained - its all advertisement gimmick, replacements are a pain as they never have available options to chose from. Very poor show, cant imagine this customer service level in Dubai

Very bad service, once you sign with them they dont reply or answer you in any requirement. very bad in communication and in support.I had a very bad experience where the helper was sick and asked for support they were not even replying, they mentioned that they are so busy while when i was about to choose a helper they were following up , calling and answering me every 5 minutes.

So relieved that the contract is terminated in less than 4 weeks. One of the most disastrous experiences I have ever had with maids in UAE. The whole process was tiring, and the maid/nanny - Caroline from Kenya - was an absolute disaster. Totally disgraceful, disgusting, , no hygiene, no experience in anything related to housework, the ironing and the tidying is a joke, never cleaned in her life, let alone the baby that she wasn’t able to handle in any task. My wife had to resign from her work as we didn’t trust the maid with the baby. With all of that the office was on her side initially till we insisted and reached the CEO.In brief, the staff they have never been in similar jobs, they were brought from their country and thrown to people homes to generate revenue. Avoid by all costs. Save your souls. Check the reviews of the office in the last few months which I unfortunately messed prior to dealing with them.

Very disappointed mainly by the communication, and other things..1. Any request or even a complaint to help them is done through email - NO ONE can get your complaint by phone - not sure why there is a call center2. Everything regarding the contract, renewal, questions, anyyything is done only through email and customer support dont have answers for you..3. Always waits on calls4. They are all about getting their money, even if I had questions about renewal they took the security check for the lack of the last payment before renewal, they didnt even call - just an email in SPAM as always a day before.. I was calling them and sent an email before that!I decided not to renew!5. Nagging for maid vaccine, I was happy to do it, but it should be their responsibility! They just want to reduce their costs and throw it on usOverall, disappointed - some of the staff are nice, thanks to whoever helped, but I had a bad experience.Please - anyome send me any recommendations for other companies or maids providers to have a better experience..

Stay away from this place at all costs.Call center is a joke since your calls are either never answered or never directed to the concerned employees who are always busy and have no time to answer a two minute call or call back a customer. The call center employee claims not to have the extension number of the manger which is surprising. Once the employees need something from you they’ll be the first to call. The place is a huge, huge mess.

I used Tadbeer Housekeeping co on sheikh zayed road to renew the visa of my nany. First, they typed the EID form was wrong mobile number and they couldnt correct it. Then they requested me to go to Amer for the visa printing in Al quoz then Mazaya Center and none of them is authorized to stamp the visa for nanys. Needless to say that i called the customer service for guidance in vain. Finally, I had to call the ICA to find out where to print the visa after 5 useless trip. After printing the visa, I went to the branch Manager to express my concern on the service and unfortunately they mentioned that its not their problem, they are just a typing center. overall, I wont recommend this office as they are slow, inaccurate, doesnt master the process and finally in complete denial or showing minimum willingness to enhance customer service.

From start to end everything youll do there is difficult and will waste a lot of your time to get even the simplest tasks done.From the hiring process:1- You have to submit 24 cheques for the workers salary uphand.2- I had to pay for her transportation (150 aed) to get her medically examined for the residents visa. Funny how she was up for hire without medical examination.Customer support:1- You need to to having any request done through emails.2- Whoever is answering those emails is oblivious to proper customer support, and doesnt actually read those emails.3- Endless wait for your calls to be answered, followed by nothing getting reaolved.Travel NOC:1- You have to go to the office with the worker to sign the NOC.2- You have to go again to obtain the NOC, because its rocket science to receive the NOC on the same day.3- If a mistake should befall the NOC, which is required by Tadbeer to check before the client leaves, youll have to go there again and redo the NOC.Overall has to be the most cumbersome entity in the UAE, nothing comes close to this level of incompetence in the entire country. Patiently waiting for the workers contract to finish to get rid of their *premium* customer handling and support.To any manager reading this review. Revise your system and client requirements, things dont have to be as hard as they are at the moment.

Worse maids you can get i changed 3 maids till now and each one is worse then the one before. I even upgraded my package and paid more to get better and experienced maid, but i ended up with another huge failure. They promised to provide a good maid that they will suggest, its been 1 month now and nothing happened. And story goes on and on and on ......

Our terrible experience is not with Tadbeer but with the housemaid who turned out to be a big liar. Her name is Patience, 37, from Uganda- BEWARE and never look after hiring her. She pretended to have experience with babies and she didnt, we hired her based on what she said. We offered her full trust and respect, treated her as one of our family. She took benefit of all our good intentions, started lying, hiding facts, and steeling from our belongings. When she got caught she revealed a terrible attitude of rudeness. We got her returned as her lack of respect, bad attitude, and actions couldnt be tolerated. If you ever look after hiring a maid from Tadbeer, be careful not to choose her.

Most of the reviews here are fake and bought by the company. This is one of the worst human resource / housekeeping agency in the country, they act like a mafia, in the beginning they are good like any sales person, trying to sell you to the fact that they have the best housekeepers, we had gone through the terror of replacing already terrorized housekeepers, while paying each month without failure for 2 years.Once the contract ended and we had to renew they hiked up the price of the new contract by 15%, we tried to ask of the reason but there was no clear answer, their reply was that this is a higher management decision, not a company policy, they know once you are comfortable with a maid they will jack up the price upon renewal, mind you without increasing the salary of the maid/employee, if this isn’t fraud what is?By the way during all this there is no one to assist you, their call center is disconnected from the contracts department and HR department meaning that the call center is just another sales scheme, you can’t negotiate contracts or ask or do anything except through email to contracts department, a minor conversation that can be resolved in 10 mins can take days. They will not negotiate or listen to you as a faithful customer, this is mafia racketeering at its best.They only take cheques, there is no digitalization processes in place, no safety measures for covid in terms of remote payment or digital signatures, everything requires you to visit their HQ, reminds me of a police station not housekeeping agency.They treat the housekeepers badly, they never tell the housekeepers about any pricing or price increase, they claim the housekeepers took certain courses (marketing hype) so that you pay them a bonus for these courses, mind you this is not calculated in the contract, this is between you and the housekeeper, so you end up paying the housekeeper instead of them, this justifies for them the percentage they take out of our monthly payment, so out of the monthly payment about 60% goes to them and 40% to the house keeper, a pure rip off and not fair to the worker.If you want my advice, stay away, get someone on your own visa if you know a good person willing to work honestly.

Very bad experience with this office.I got a maid and when she arrived home 180 degree changed. Not doing her job as we deal in the office.And when i ask ti cancel the contract and refund my money the keep delaying the process to get more money.

Please think a million times before you go for this company. Dealing with them is a nightmare. I am sharing this review because I know how difficult it is to find a decent housekeeper/nanny despite contant effort to be kind and considerate.First of all, they deliberately hid the truth when we booked our worker. After booking her they said she was unavailable yet due to visa process but they started charging us anyway. We paid for about a week where we didnt have a maid.During the interviews the maids were rude and honestly looked tired.Once you sign the contract they start informing you of all the costs you have to endure such as covid test and accommodation fees if you return the maid to them before they give approval. So I am supposed to be stuck with a maid I dont feel safe with until your inefficient contracts team decides to approve??The first one we had was ok at first but then started giving us conditions and giving me and my guests attitude. She was rude and refused to apologize and to work. She was so mean to me that I feared for my and childs safety. She also gave our baby expired food then said that if we dont like the way she feeds him.. She will stop feeding him.The second one we got was really good as a person but unfortunately you can see that they are not motivated to work because of the way the company treats them and they feel like prisoners. So eventually we both agreed that it is best that she leaves. They kept chasing us to renew the contract without offering any suitable candidates. Thank god we didnt do it. Now they want us to pay the workers annual leave :) honestly this is a joke.All I can say is very extremely low ethics and a very bad organizational culture that you can instantly sense with everyone you deal with in the company. Sadly you can see it in the workers. I dont blame the workers for their attitude.. They all just want to escape this big mistake they got themselves into.Money is money. We lost it. And we suffered in the process. All I can say is حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل.... Allah is watching. I just hope they stop this very unregulated business of scamming people.

This is the worst company we have dealt with. The candidates are all not trained they have zero respect and all have attitude issues. We have gone through three over the past 3 weeks as they refuse to work and they create problems with the current domestic help in the house. They have no etiquette or hygiene and two of them have told us that they were told to say that they have been vaccinated in order to get the job .we have people of risk who are elderly and they customer service team are slow to respond or to act a solution. I personally do not recommend the company Housekeeping Co. They signed me into a contract and refuse to give back my money. I will definitely not use their service nor recommend their service again.

Absolute worse service, also I have heard some of their maids show up and they are covid positive. I doubt they even test them.

They gave us a nanny/maid that was covid positive! They are NOT testing their maids that are staying in company accomodations! They have NO covid control measures, and state that it is the clients responsibility to take the maids for testing!

The worst housekeeping agency. Unqualified candidates, bad customer support and while they tell you they will replace your housekeeper whenever you want if she wasn’t good. They basically just keep recycling those bad candidates from one home to another. Just pay extra and go somewhere where they actually hire professionals and don’t also take most of your keeper’s money and give her nickels and dimes.

We had a horrible experience dealing with Housekeeping during 4.5 months. Their contract team who is supposed to attend to customers queries is not reachable by phone and they barely respond to emails. Their maids keep complaining about the low salary they are offered by this company so they would not stay for long. During our short time with Housekeeping Co we replaced two maids, the first one wanted to travel back to her country and the second wanted to terminate her contract with them to proceed education.Here is the worst part about this company: the Health INSURANCE that they provide to their maids. Only a few clinics are covered under their premium and none of those are available after midnight. So If the maid experience any serious health issues (such as emergency), the customer has to pay all related expenses, blood test, etc. We unfortunately went through this experience and we failed to get any refund of the money we spent from Housekeeping Co.

Contracts department just gives you predetermined responses, cant help you if you have issues with your maid. Counter 15 tried to put me on the side because he couldnt find my cheques. Thats not fair as I was also waiting in queue.Customer service staff are all friendly and courteous but I felt like I put too much effort to raise a dispute and labour ban for runaway maid.

Got my nannys contract renewed today. Totally hassle-free service. Dedicated staff especially Naval has been very helpful as always.

Very very bad service and not reliable at all when I did the replacement they send me one already have warning from their HR ,and they categorize the maid as housekeeping while they can’t speaking English or Arabic even she didn’t understand me in the interview and take around 3000 for what ... once you pay the first 6 month the maid starts to be rude and return to office and the company starts playing with you for replacement .. either offering you bad ones or once you select and waiting for 2 day .. they have some visa technical issues..advise don’t use this company at all

I had the opportunity to experience different service and very professional staff. The nannies are well trained and spoken,and paperwork is well detailed.Compared to previous companies,their charges are also reasonable.Greatest asset to the company is Nawel Mansouri.Extra attention to detail,and fast responses. If you have no option to apply on your own they can provide you on that, however the staff there are not cooperative and knowledgeable about what they are doing. There is no auto debit system so you need to have 27 cheques in order to pay the monthly salary of your maid and the 1st payment + deposit. Nor recommendable but if you are like me with no options you have to endure those errand.Ps. I provide my own nanny since there are a lot of bad review with their nanny.

I had a very bad experience with this company especially when you want to contact them no answer on phone calls and you have to use the email which is on auto and no response .and they said that their maids are skillful cause they involve them in institute to get a certificate but in fact they giving their maids an excuse to meet their boy friend and sleep over in their day off and sometimes maids take two days .I dont recommend .

Wrong advise staff not aware of MOHRE maid regulations. Everyone works there on autopilot. If you are unfortunate and an issue happens in your maid application, they won’t give you correct information or support. Highly not recommended unless you know the process thoroughly especially when changing maids.

I’ve recently signed a three months contract with them, unfortunately my experience was really bad.I got two workers who were so slow, with hygiene issues, loud with no experience with babies.Even after training them nothing worked.And when I asked for replacement contract section was NOT helpful at all and couldn’t get a replacement.

We are left with an unexpected overstay fine of 900 because of communication between systems. Meawhile sending WhatsApp messages to me saying everything is going smooth dont worry at all.

I had an experience with one of the nannys at the beginning she was very good and we always treated her as our sister or even as our daughter.Her responsibility was only to take care of our 5 months old daughter in addition to cleaning the house.After 2 months she started changing her attitude and not doing her job properly, so we gave her several warnings and at the end we decided to bring her back to office.Her name is Estella, a philipino nanny and she is number 1 drama queen on earth and everything that happens in the house she directly post it on facebook just to grab attention.She is a big liar and she just keep on crying everytime you talk to her simple words.I dont recommend her at as i think she has some problems.Dont make our mistake in taking her as a nanny even if she is the only one available on earth i will not choose her.

The breeze of the experience of sponsoring a housemaid is in such contrast with our previous tedious experience elsewhere.Our experience is limited to sponsoring our own helper so I can not vouch for the quality of the helpers that they recommend.We were helped by Aisha who was extremely professional and explained the process thoroughly and followed our application from start to finish.She was incredibly helpful and has such a nice personality, which made the experience even more agreeable. I applied the visa sponsorship by Housekeeping Co Tadbeer. i completed the whole process in 35-40 minutes. The receptionist assisted through the process and explaining clearly the fees. Initially i contacted them via whats app and later in touch with email. The communication was very smooth and required information was given on time.If you know the required documents ( very simple requirements) you can complete in the one go. The Application process is so simple. i am really happy and will recommend to use their services. You can also find ample parking space beside & behind the building. And the co is located exactly on the FAB metro exit.I am waiting for the maid visa and will update again with the complete experience.

Awful service, I had a theft issue with my worker , and contacted them for support , they didn’t even show the courtesy to call and understand, all what they did is replying using standard email template that didn’t help at all. I was trying to escalate the case but there is no one to escalate to. For sure the worse service ever, not recommended at all.T

Mother and am not working and am watching them all the time and I have Cantu side my house and they are not qualified workers, they are lying about their experiences, please be careful for your kids and who you live with because even money will not replace them. Our first experience with sponsoring any worker and it was a breeze. Joyce at the Fab metro branch was so helpful and made it very clear what was required. Answered questions when we had them quickly over telephone and email. The process took 7 working days from start to finish. Paid a tiny extra cost for VIP service which we would also recommend anyone else do for that 1:1 service.

Fantastic service. As I, as a sponsor, was travelling, my wife and our helper needed to do this all by themselves. Went in today to cancel our Helpers visa as she has found a new employer. Greeted with a smile from Ibrahim who remembered me from last year when we applied for the visa. I also remembered him by name as he was so helpful the year before. Polite, knowledgeable and very efficient. Done in less than 10 minutes. For me this was 5* all the way.

This company claims that they train maids about cleaning ironing and humanism. We have a disaster. The maid is yelling at my kids and at myself. Eating and drinking at her leisure, playing loud music during work. I called company 50 times but they don’t answer. Email is on auto reply that office is closed and somebody will respond. But never. It’s a disaster. Not only maid but also company behaviour is pathetic.

Pretty good experience. This is our 12th year renewing our maid’s visa and the process has definitely become more cumbersome over that period of time. But after the last 3-4 years when it was actually quite stressful (always missing a document, erratic behaviour from the immigration staff, need for multiple visits, no receipts given...) I found Tad-Beer much, much better. Friendly staff, transparent procedures, efficient communication by e-mail, acceptance of scanned documents... it really makes the process so much better !Thank you Baydaa and team for your friendly and professional support !

The worst company ever and the worst maid. You will keep changing them till you had enough. I warn you dont ever use this company. Managers and HR are hiding and dont want to hear your complaints. Maids are unexperienced and lazy. They know they can go back to the company anytime. If I could choose zero star I would do it.

Difficult to reach, rude communication, admin sometimes a mess

I found this branch of Tadbeer accidentally, as I was looking for another one in the area. I have been trying to claim refund of the deposit I paid for my ex house maid for days, and I had the inconvenience of being sent from one office to another and so on.As soon as I entered this Tadbeer branch, I was approached by the manager, Mr. Ibrahim. It didn’t take much time for him to understand my issue and deal with it PERSONALLY. I just 10 minutes my job was done, a job that I spent an number of visits to other typing centers and government offices. Just 10 minutes! And I was not even intending to visit the particular center, found it accidentally as I said in the beginning.Dear Mr Ibrahim, thanks a lot for a very speedy and indeed, personal service. Keep up the good work!! 👍👍

Ms. Bayda at the VIP service section was great help by providing us prompt feedback and clear explanation about the process. Generally the service has improved since the last year. The whole process took 5 days less despite the mishap on the finger print reading. Will come back next year.

Tadbeer VISA services are the best thing that has happened in UAE for housemaid processing services. After utilizing their VIP service which is very reasonably priced, almost everything can be coordinated via phone and email, as compared to past few years experience of visiting various agencies multiple times. Had the most amazing experience with government department. My Aed 2000 refund was stuck since the account number was wrong.Mr. Ibrahim went absolutely out of the way and constantly chased various departments to correct the Bank details. Once that was done, he ensured that refund was processed after we left the country.Team members such as Ibrahim are absolute asset to any organization.Bow down to Ibrahim for his super work !Kunal.

What a great company and fantastic idea. The housekeeping Co sent a trainer who came to my house and started training my maid in the basics. Today it was how to use the washing machine, and fabric care. They have complete medules and I believe its worth the on-going management and training program. The fee of 1,100 is totally worth it. I have peace of mind, and know that if we lack communication I only have to call the Housekeeping team and they will talk directly to my maid. I work all day and dont have the time or the energy to train and look after my maid. The Housekeeping team are the professionals who bridge the gap between us both. I see the difference after each and every visit. Thank you to the Housekeeping Team.

I can not recommend Tadbeer enough. I was dreading having to renew our nanny’s visa because of past experiences. Tadbeer guaranteed us the process will take 2 weeks. It has been more than a month- our maids visa and Emirates ID is expired. As a result her phone is not working which makes me feel very unsafe when I leave my children with her at home and I can’t reach her.On top of that- we have been the ones chasing Tadbeer for any emails, help etc. The only phone number is the call center and they have no authorization to give any information, transfer to the office, etc.After you sign up for the two year sponsorship, it seems as though all efficiency is gone out the window. Before they received the checks, they seemed very professional and efficient.
