Their direct debit service is not accepted by major banks in the uae and their services and systems are outdated and not reliable. They have qualified employees to perform daily operations but they lack an advanced communication system. Their prices are almost 20% higher compared to similar service providers. Not recommended

My helper is very good....shes calm, patient and willing to do any task assigned to her without hesitation. I am very happy with her. It would be much better if you set medical exam somewhere near my residence. My maid was asked to do the test somewhere in DIFC which was 25 km away. We were not briefed if someone is in charge of documents there in clinic. The rest of services were professional and nice.

Dishonest company: don’t believe in their verbal commitments. They sold me their service as a package for peace of mind, they said they take care of the end of service gratuity, holidays and airfare ticket allowance after the 2 years contract (this is why i thought it was worth paying a premium compared to other service companies), but unfortunately when the nanny’s contract ended they told her they will not pay unless she renews with them although I was paying in full all what was needed and she was moving to a maids visa service under their sponsorship...they mistreat these poor ladies who don’t know how to defend themselves 😢

We have tried a nanny with them. Unfortunately the nanny was not suitable; however their level of customer service and their cooperation was an amazing experience. They deliver what they promise, and are eager to help you find the right fit. They are very professional in a very delegate industry.

I am very happy with the services provided by Maids.cc and I highly recommend them. The entire visa process for my maid went very smooth and fast. All was done through WhatsApp from the comfort of my home with no need for any physical visits to their offices or anywhere else. We made our maids visa through Maid.cc. All the process was very smooth and easy. They answered all our questions and responded al our concerns. All procedure finished in 3 weeks and we received her passport, her visa and id.

Worst experience with Maid cc , struggled with them for 1 year and then moved our nanny visa to our name , they r a rip off .After almost 2 years Our Nanny resigned to go home , i applied to cancel her visa , i was removed on spot from all communications with company , they started ignoring my calls and started to call our nanny to convince her to stay despite she told them more then 4 times that she dont want to . At the End i contacted Dubai Police who referred me to DED and all was solved within hours , i would t recommend them at all

They are not transparent, in two years they increased two times our rate without respecting their contractual obligations, they asked for outrageous lump sums amounts (12000 AED) in order for us to keep our nanny this is just after charging us 5000 AED for 5 months!!!!! In summary if you like the nanny, they hold you hostage of your contract! Beware... but most importantly please dont beleive any of the paid positive reviews below.

We trusted that MaidCC will provide honest and humble maids. Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with a MaidCC maid named Hajra Shamim. A very manipulative and cunning female, who extracted money and gifts from us on every pretext like birthdays, eid and joining back post vacation but then went ahead with someone else after taking all that she could from us.Need to be careful of such manipulative maids provided by Maid CC.

Used maids cc for 3 years. A nightmare of a company. They are certainly the most expensive,the least reliable, and rest assured their last priority is customer service. Worst company out there. I can tell you horror stories about how they treat thier maids and thier clients. FYI Im a client (was). Simply horrible service.If you take the time to read to 5 star reviews you will very quickly notice that they are bot generated or paid due to the poor English being used. Imagine they have to pay to get reviewed 🤣. What a joke

Absolutely horrific experience, changed 3 maids in less than 5 months. Quality level is truly as bad as it gets. All maids consistently complained about the company while trying to obtain more money from us. When we would not give them extra cash, they would not work well on purpose.
