Well fast services. But the maid didnt meet my expectations.She informed me that she knew all house work.When she arrived to my house i discovered that she knew nothing.

One of the worst service provider ever. Poor customer service. Alot of hidden charges. In terms of payment they will take within 1 hour on same day of your first appearance. However, in terms of returning they will ask you to wait for your whole life because it has to go through alot of dept. Approvals. Before the business the customer service people will pick all your calls even they call you back but once its time to return or withdraw services they will avoid your calls and automatically same person will get busy with lots of excuses. If you want to get trapped then go ahead.

Very bad service, 2 person working while there is 14 counter. So busy and unprofessional. So many mistakes and instead of rectifying the error they make big issue as its your problem to fix it. Never deal with them again

Lack of customer services, staff are barely available at their counters, after waiting for 2 hours I was told to visit the immigration office due to a problem in the system of tadbeer !! Should I be doing this?! Shame
