One of the finest apartments. Though smaller in size, the construction and layout certainly stand in terms of quality. They probably have the finest of the washrooms in its category. Also the locations for clusters like Y and V from the residential perspective is the best in Lake Elucio side of JLT

Not clean and bed like hospital bed at 308 . Only good thing is the view

Best residential building in JLTUpdate 03 July 2021. The management of the building ran it down into the ground, disgusting dirty building. No complying with governmental safety regulations. The only good thing about the building is the rooftop pool which you barely can even use, heater is never working and water is FREEZING. Horrible horrible building compared to what it was in 2019.

I live next to it and I just love the view its amazing

Due to the drop in rent prices, quality of the residents of the building has changed drastically. People who swim in the pool in their pijamas are now living here.

Absolutely amazing modern skyscraper with secure parking and the best rooftop swimming pool in the entire Jumeirah Lake Towers District. Apartment was super spacious with 2 balconiesOnly a short walk from the marina and much better value.I will be staying here for all my visits now.

Very bad am not recommended that to anyone not clean . No assistance from any one . Not comfortable bed . Totally sooooooooo bad

I used to live here and has moved across the Marina side but always comes for a visit. The guards are still pleasant and always remembers me! 😆

Very good building, from the apartment on the 40th floor the views are breathtaking. The gymnasium on the same floor. Laundry and spa in the hall of the building, 24 hour security, rooftop pool overlooking the marina skyline. Highly recommended.
